tests/usr.bin/shmif_dumpbus/t_basic.sh: revision 1.9
Use tcpdump -n to avoid reverse DNS lookup. There is no point in having
different results from running this test in a networked vs. a non-networked
environment.
Adjust golden output accordingly.
