One of these new tests located a bug which will be fixed within minutes of this commit ... While doing this, move the test that was used only in the echo builtin test case (testing if the NetBSD shell was being tested) into a utility function, and also call it in the eval test, so NetBSD specific behaviour of what is unspecified in the standard can be checked to ensure it is not accidentally altered.
