Add evolution option, defaulting on.

This package lacked an evolution option (to depend on
evolution-data-server).  Other gnome packages had such an option,
which is highly useful to get back to a workin system in the scenario
where libffi has a new major version shlib, and evolution-data-server
won't build.  Because the option defaults to on, this doesn't change
the default behavior, but those who set
PKG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS+=-evolution can be spared the build pain.

A decision about whether evolution support should be on by default or
not is pending; this change is not controversial and is being made now.

Updated misc/calibre to 0.8.69

(ryoon)

2012-09-19 15:38:27 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to 0.8.69

* Depend on qt4-qdbus
* Fix build on NetBSD at least
* Many improvements
* Many bugfixes

Changelog:
In detail, see http://www.calibre-ebook.com/whats-new

E-book viewer: Support the display of mathematics in e-books. Supports both embedded TeX and MathML [0.8.66]

The calibre ebook viewer can now display embedded mathematics (symbols, equations, fractions, matrices, etc.) in EPUB and HTML ebooks. For details, see: http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/typesetting_math.html [External link]
A new wireless device driver. This allows connecting wirelessly to a device running a 'smart' calibre client [0.8.65]

The wireless connection functions just as if the device was plugged into the computer by USB cable. Currently, Android devices are supported. See https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.multipie.calibreandroid [External link]
E-book viewer: Add a paged mode that splits up the text into pages, like in a paper book instead of presenting it as a single column. To activate click the button with the yellow scroll icon in the top right corner. [0.8.61]

In paged mode, the ebook viewer no longer cuts off the last line of text at the bottom of the screen, and it respects CSS page-break directives. You can also set page margins and control the number of pages displayed on screen by clicking the Preferences button in the viewer and going to 'Text layout in paged mode'.
When searching, allow use of un-accented characters to match accented characters in all fields and all languages (not just authors and English as before) [0.8.60]

The rules for matching un-accented characters are done in a language dependent way. So if your calibre interface language is set to English, n will match both n and ñ, but if it is set to Spanish, it will match only n, as in Spanish ñ is a separate alphabet in Spanish. This makes searching a little slower, so if you have a very large library you can turn it off via Preferences->Searching.
PDF Output: Full pagination support. No more cutoff bottom line. [0.8.57]

Fixes a long standing bug in calibre's PDF Output that caused the bottom line of some pages to be partially cut off and prevented top and bottom margins from working.
Make the new calibre style default on Windows and OS X. [0.8.56]

This change gives a more 'modern' feel to the calibre user interface with focus highlighting, gradients, rounded corners, etc. In case you prefer the old look, you can restore under Preferences->Look & Feel->User interface style
E-book viewer: The Table of contents panel now tracks the current position in the book. As you scroll through the book, the entry you are currently on is highlighted. [0.8.54]

To see this feature in action, open the Table of Contents panel in the viewer by clicking the button with three blue lines on it. As you page through the book, the chapter you are reading currently is highlighted in the Table of Contents Panel. Obviously, this will only work if the book you are reading has a Table of Contents. You can also use the Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDn keys to quickly skip between chapters.

* Fixed old index file descriptor leaks after a view cleanup.
* Performance improvements for the built-in changes feed filters
  '_doc_ids' and '_design'.

* OAuth secrets can now be stored in the users system database.
* Documents in the _users database can no longer be read by everyone.
* Confidential information in the _replication database can no longer

  the path requested by clients before VHosts and rewriting.
* Fixed incorrect reduce query results when using pagination parameters.
* Made icu_driver work with Erlang R15B and later.
* Improvements to the build system and etap test suite.
* Avoid invalidating view indexes when running out of file descriptors.
* Log correct stacktrace in all cases.
* Improvements to log messages for file-related errors.

>From the release announcement on http://nmap.org:

"The Nmap Project is pleased to announce the immediate, free availability
of the Nmap Security Scanner version 6.00 from http://nmap.org/.
It is the product of almost three years of work, 3,924 code commits,
and more than a dozen point releases since the big Nmap 5 release in July
2009. Nmap 6 includes a more powerful Nmap Scripting Engine, 289 new scripts,
better web scanning, full IPv6 support, the Nping packet prober, faster scans,  and much more! We recommend that all current users upgrade."

Here is a condensed Changelog:

Nmap 6.01 [2012-06-13]

o [Zenmap] Fixed a hang that would occur on Mac OS X 10.7.

o [Zenmap] Fixed a crash that happened when activating the host filter.

o Fixed a bug that caused Nmap to fail to find any network interface when
  at least one of them is in the monitor mode.
  http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2012/q2/449
  http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2012/q2/478

o Fixed the greppable output of hosts that time-out.

Nmap 6.00 [2012-05-21]

o Most important release since Nmap 5.00 in July 2009! For a list of
  the most significant improvements and new features, see the
  announcement at: http://nmap.org/6

o Some XML output improvements...

o Lots of NSE scripts added and updated...

o Fixed the routing table loop on OS X so that on-link routes appear.

o Upgraded included libpcap to version 1.2.1.

o Fixed a compilation problem on Solaris 9 caused by a missing
  definition of IPV6_V6ONLY.

o Setting --min-parallelism by itself no longer forces the maximum
  parallelism to the same value.

o [Zenmap] Fixed a crash that would happen in the profile editor when
  the script.db file doesn't exist.

o [Zenmap] It is now possible to compare scans having the same name or
  command line parameters.

o Fixed an error that could occur with ICMPv6 probes and -d4 debugging:
  "Unexpected probespec2ascii type encountered"

o Applied a workaround to make pcap captures work better on Solaris 10.

o Fixed a bug that could cause Nsock timers to fire too early.

o Changed the way timeout calculations are made in the IPv6 OS engine.

Nmap 5.61TEST5 [2012-03-09]

o Integrated all of your IPv4 OS fingerprint submissions since June
  2011 (about 1,900 of them).  Added about 256 new fingerprints (and
  deleted some bogus ones), bringing the new total to 3,572.
  Additions include Apple iOS 5.01, OpenBSD 4.9 and 5.0, FreeBSD 7.0
  through 9.0-PRERELEASE, and a ton of new WAPs, routers, and other
  devices. Many existing fingerprints were improved. For more details,
  see http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2012/q1/431

o Integrated all of your service/version detection fingerprints
  submitted since November 2010--more than 2,500 of them!  Our
  signature count increased more than 10% to 7,423 covering 862
  protocols. Some amusing and bizarre new services are described at
  http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2012/q1/359

o Integrated your latest IPv6 OS submissions and corrections. We're
  still low on IPv6 fingerprints, so please scan any IPv6 systems you
  own or administer and submit them to http://nmap.org/submit/.  Both
  new fingerprints (if Nmap doesn't find a good match) and corrections
  (if Nmap guesses wrong) are useful.

o IPv6 OS detection now includes a novelty detection system which
  avoids printing a match when an observed fingerprint is too
  different from fingerprints seen before. As the OS database is still
  small, this helps to avoid making (essentially) wild guesses when
  seeing a new operating system.

o Refactored the nsock library to add the nsock-engines system.

o [NSE] Added 43(!) NSE scripts, bringing the total up to 340.

o CPE (Common Platform Enumeration) OS classification is now supported
  for IPv6 OS detection.

0.12.2 (06/24/2012)

* [Vertical Rhythm Module] Removed the $ie-font-ratio constatnt in favor of a

* [Vertical Rhythm Module] The establish-baseline mixin now styles the <html>
  element instead of the <body> element. This makes the vertical rhythm module
  work better with rem based measurements.
* [CSS3] Added 3D transform support for Mozillia, IE, and Opera.
* [CSS3] Added -ms support for css3 columns. Add support for the columns
  shorthand property.
* [CSS3] Added -ms and -webkit support for CSS Regions. Docs
* [CSS3] Added mixins for column-break properties to the columns module.
* [CSS3] Added a css3/hyphenation module for the word-break and hyphens
  properties.
* [CSS3] Made the API more consistent across the different mixins in the
  transitions module.
* [CSS3] The text-shadow mixin now supports the spread parameter and it is
  used to progressively enhance browsers that support it.
* [CSS3] Add a mixin for the unofficial filter property. Docs
* [CSS3] Removed the -ms prefix for gradients and transforms. Microsoft took
  so long to release them, that the spec was approved first.
* [CLI] Added a -I option for adding sass import paths via the CLI during
  compilation and project set up.
* [Configuration] For better ruby and rails integration, the add_import_path
  command now accepts Sass::Importer objects and Ruby Pathname objects.
* Reverted the hide-text mixin to the -9999 method. If you prefer the Kellum
  method then you need to set $hide-text-direction to right in your
  stylesheets.
* $legacy-support-for-mozilla can be set to false to disable output for
  Firefox 3.6 or earlier.
* Cleaned up the inline-block mixin to have less output and make the
  vertical-alignment of that mixin configurable or even turned off. Details
* Output of SVG and original webkit gradients is now omitted when using the
  degree-based linear gradient syntax.
* Added a --fonts-dir configuration flag for the compass command line.
* Added tint() and shade() color helper functions, for better

2012-09-16 12:37:51 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update py-testtools to 0.9.15.

0.9.15
~~~~~~
This is the last release to support Python2.4 and 2.5. It brings in a slew of
improvements to test tagging and concurrency, making running large test suites
with partitioned workers more reliable and easier to reproduce exact test
ordering in a given worker. See our sister project ``testrepository`` for a
test runner that uses these features.
Changes
-------
* ``PlaceHolder`` and ``ErrorHolder`` now support being given result details.
  (Robert Collins)
* ``ErrorHolder`` is now just a function - all the logic is in ``PlaceHolder``.
  (Robert Collins)
* ``TestResult`` and all other ``TestResult``-like objects in testtools
  distinguish between global tags and test-local tags, as per the subunit
  specification.  (Jonathan Lange)
* This is the **last** release of testtools that supports Python 2.4 or 2.5.
  These releases are no longer supported by the Python community and do not
  receive security updates. If this affects you, you will need to either
  stay on this release or perform your own backports.
  (Jonathan Lange, Robert Collins)
* ``ThreadsafeForwardingResult`` now forwards global tags as test-local tags,
  making reasoning about the correctness of the multiplexed stream simpler.
  This preserves the semantic value (what tags apply to a given test) while
  consuming less stream size (as no negative-tag statement is needed).
  (Robert Collins, Gary Poster, #986434)
Improvements
------------
* API documentation corrections. (Rapha谷l Badin)
* ``ConcurrentTestSuite`` now takes an optional ``wrap_result`` parameter
  that can be used to wrap the ``ThreadsafeForwardingResult``s created by
  the suite.  (Jonathan Lange)
* ``Tagger`` added.  It's a new ``TestResult`` that tags all tests sent to
  it with a particular set of tags.  (Jonathan Lange)
* ``testresultdecorator`` brought over from subunit.  (Jonathan Lange)
* All ``TestResult`` wrappers now correctly forward ``current_tags`` from
  their wrapped results, meaning that ``current_tags`` can always be relied
  upon to return the currently active tags on a test result.
* ``TestByTestResult``, a ``TestResult`` that calls a method once per test,
  added.  (Jonathan Lange)
* ``ThreadsafeForwardingResult`` correctly forwards ``tags()`` calls where
  only one of ``new_tags`` or ``gone_tags`` are specified.
  (Jonathan Lange, #980263)
* ``ThreadsafeForwardingResult`` no longer leaks local tags from one test
  into all future tests run.  (Jonathan Lange, #985613)
* ``ThreadsafeForwardingResult`` has many, many more tests.  (Jonathan Lange)
Document USE_PKGSRC_GCC_RUNTIME and provide a default setting.
Introduce USE_GCC_RUNTIME for packages which build shared libraries, but
do not use libtool to do so, and add logic to always define _USE_GCC_SHLIB
on Solaris if either USE_LIBTOOL or USE_GCC_RUNTIME are defined.  On Solaris,
a non-GNU linker is always used, so this correctly adds a dependency upon the
gcc runtime for those packages.
Update ruby-kramdown to 0.14.0.
kramdown 0.14.0 released
Published on Sunday, 16 September 2012
First of all please note that this release contains a backwards-incompatible
change: The syntax for specifying a code language for a code block or code
span has changed. Instead of using lang='CODELANG' one has to use
.language-CODELANG now.
This change has been introduced to avoid problems because the lang="..."
attribute is used by HTML for other purposes than setting the code
language. Furthermore using .language-CODELANG is also proposed by HTML5 and
it seems to be a good way to achieve the needed functionality.
Other changes in this release include the possibility of setting the code
language on the starting line of a fenced code block and a way of excluding
certain headers from the table of contents by assigning the .no_toc class to
them.  Changes
* 2 major changes
  o Code language is now specified via .language-CODELANG instead of
    lang='CODELANG'
  o Implemented support for setting language on fenced code block starting
    line (initial patch by Bran)
* 1 minor change
  o Headers with an ID can be prevented from showing in the TOC by assigning
    the .no_toc class to them (patch by Tim Bates)
* 1 bug fix
  o Numeric instead of symbolic HTML entities are now the default fallback
    (patch by Gioele Barabucci)
kramdown 0.13.8 released
Published on Friday, 31 August 2012
This release brings two new options (one for adjusting header levels and the
other for enabling/disabling coderay). And the usual bug fixes.  Changes
* 2 minor changes
  o New option header_offset for offsetting all header levels (initial patch
    by Michal Till)
  o New option enable_coderay for enabling/disabling coderay (initial patch by
    Bran)
* 5 bug fixes
  o Reserved HTML characters in abbreviation titles are now correctly output
    (patch by Alex Tomlins)
  o Similar abbreviations (like CSS and CSS3) are now correctly parsed
  o Fixed bug RF#29626: Text of mailto-link was sometimes wrongly obfuscated
    (reported by B Wright)
  o Fixed known Ruby 1.9.3 problem with RakeTest task (patch by Gioele
    Barabucci)
  o Fixed double output of ‘markdown’ attribute on HTML elements in kramdown
    converter
* 1 documentation change
  o README file is now called README.md and uses kramdown syntax (patch by
    Bran)
Update ruby-pdf-reader to 1.2.0.
v1.2.0 (28th AUgust 2012)
- Feature: correctly extract text using surrogate pairs and ligatures
  (thanks Nathaniel Madura)
- Speed optimisation: cache tokenised Form XObjects to avoid re-parsing them
- Feature: support opening documents with some junk bytes prepended to file
  (thanks Paul Gallagher)
  - Acrobat does this, so it seemed reasonable to add support
2012-09-16 08:14:21 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML
Adding ruby-hashery package version 2.0.1.
The Hashery is a tight collection of Hash-like classes.
Included among its many offerings are the auto-sorting Dictionary class,
the efficient LRUHash, the flexible OpenHash and the convenient KeyHash.
Nearly every class is a subclass of the CRUDHash which defines a CRUD model
on top of Ruby''s standard Hash making it a snap to subclass and augment
to fit any specific use case.
