Update dvtm to 0.7.
PR 46585 by maintainer Leonardo Taccari.

Pkgsrc changes:
* Switched to <../..mk/curses.buildlink3.mk>: now dvtm also works with
  curses(3).
* Reset maintainership to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org.

Changes:
* on resize backfill text from the buffer if possible
* fix for a segfault in resize code
* support for the 8 basic highlighted colors
* compilation fixes for BSD curses and pdcurses (however the
  latter doesn't actually work due to the select(2) driven event loop
  of dvtm)
* some AIX fixes
* graphmode fixes
* fibonacci layout (not enabled by default)
* dynamic color changes depending on the window title configurable in
  config.h
* window borders are now drawn using the colors specified in config.h
* rudimentary mouse support, that is mouse events will be passed to
  the underlying terminal application
* relicense terminal emulation component from LGPL to ISC
* various source code cleanups (code reviews and patches are always
  welcome)

Initial import of py-stompclient, version 0.3.2, into the NetBSD Packages
Collection.

stompclient provides a simple and lighweight STOMP client API for Python.

stompclient supports both simplex (publisher-only) and duplex
(publish-subscribe) communication with STOMP servers. This project started as a
fork of the stompy project by Benjamin W. Smith) but has evolved into a very
distinct codebase, which combines a few ideas from stompy with features from
the Stomper library and CoilMQ broker.

cad/openscad: Use wrappers for bison, USE_TOOLS-= flex

On DragonFly, the path for bison and lex were set to /usr/local/bin/bison
and /usr/local/bin/flex.  These were basically hardcoded.  The added
patches set the paths to "bison" and "flex" which pick up the
${WRKDIR}/.tools/bin/ and ${PREFIX}/bin versions instead.

flex was removed from USE_TOOLS because the pkgsrc FlexLexer.h can build
openscad and the one that comes with DragonFly can't.  It was replaced
with the flex buildlink3 and it should work everywhere.

print/poppler016: Fix poppler-qt.pc (Fixes KOffice, kdegraphics3)

Remove a dependency to poppler-0.16 in the poppler-qt.pc file so
that pkg-config --cflags "poppler-qt >= 0.3.1" returns valid information.

Default poppler version is now 0.20.x.  Since this package explicitly uses
0.16.x, @PC_REQUIRES_PRIVATE@ introduces a dependency to poppler-0.16.x in
the .pc file; pkg-config will then print messages such as "Package
'poppler-qt' requires 'poppler = 0.16.7' but version of poppler is 0.20.2"
instead of the required information.  Removing the Requires.private line
entirely fixes the issue.

After applying this patch and rebuilding poppler-qt, graphics/kdegraphics3
and misc/koffice now build on DragonFly.  Previously they failed with
poppler-related errors.

Patch provided by F.Tigeot.

Updated math/mathomatic to 16.0.2

(asau)

2012-08-13 15:20:19 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to Mathomatic 16.0.2

CHANGES MADE TO MATHOMATIC 16.0.1 TO BRING IT UP TO THE NEXT VERSION:

A nice cleanup and documenting of everything, while my mind still works.

07/23/12 - Enabled links in "manual.pdf" (the Mathomatic User Guide
          and Command Reference), they were not working before,
          but they work great now.

07/24/12 - Allow -a option ("set alternative") with sets alternative
          color mode, useful in MS-Windows when using Cygwin with the
          MinGW compiled version.

07/27/12 - Two bug fixes today:

          Fixed using rlwrap under Cygwin and possibly other places,
          when running rmath.

          get_yes_no() question asker wasn't working in Cygwin or rmath.
          Fixed to always ask the question, even if the input is not a TTY.

07/28/12 - Reading directories and empty files gives an error now.

07/30/12 - Split off changes.txt to changes.txt and changes_series_15.txt.
          changes.txt and NEWS now contain only series 16 changes.

          Added tests/batman_gnuplot_bug.in to prove there is a plotting bug
          in gnuplot itself.

08/01/12 - Removed directive to use large font in the CSS for all Mathomatic
          documentation.  This is so it can be browsed easily with a mobile
          device.  The font size should be set by the user.

08/02/12 - A one-sided expression with an equals sign now only sets the
          expression equal to zero if autocalc didn't work on it.  In the
          Symbolic Math Library, or without autocalc enabled, all is the
          same.  This makes it more likely purely numerical input is only
          calculated, even when preceded or followed by an equals sign,
          when autocalc is enabled.  Reason for this change:
          Why would you want to set a constant equal to 0?

          Fixed a bunch more error reporting bugs coded into version 16.0.1
          of Mathomatic to apply identical operations to both sides of an
          equation.  All fixed now.  Points to the error correctly now, too.

08/04/12 - Major change to Symbolic Math Library.  It now works exactly like
          the application when it comes to purely numerical input,
          approximating and displaying the result, however sign variables
          are not expanded and the result is not 100% simplified,
          so running "simplify sign" afterwards helps with that.
          To revert to the old way, just turn off autocalc, or set
          the numerical input equal to some normal variable; then there
          will be no automatic approximation nor simplification.
          You can tell when an input has been approximated because it
          was numerical input, because it will always be preceded with
          "answer =".

08/05/12 - m4/degrees.m4 copied with m4/functions.m4, when installing with
          "make m4install", thanks to a suggestion by Reini Urban,
          maintainer of the Cygwin version.

Mathomatic version 16.0.2 released Monday 08/06/12.

CHANGES MADE TO MATHOMATIC 16.0.0 TO BRING IT UP TO THE NEXT VERSION:

07/06/12 - Confirmed successful compilation and testing with the
          Tiny C compiler (tcc).  Only needed to set the tcc linker
          library directories to the current gcc library directories
          to make it work (using the -L option).

          Searched globally for the word "simply" and fixed many outdated
          texts in the Mathomatic documentation and READMEs, deleting some
          wrongly used "simply"s, too.

07/07/12 - Allow "set modulus_mode language", where language is C, Java,
          Python, or positive.

07/08/12 - Now leaving the "UNIX" C preprocessor define alone,
          when "HANDHELD" is defined.  "UNIX" was previously
          forced undefined.

07/11/12 - "make test", "make check", and ./t now display the actual
          Mathomatic version number being tested.

          matho-primes now has a -v (display version number) option,
          like Mathomatic does.

          Mathomatic now automatically clears out all old
          numeric calculations if it runs out of equation spaces,
          requiring no action from the user.

07/12/12 - The solve command never needs the "repeat solve" prefix anymore.
          The repeat flag is always set for the solve command, so that
          it will always do full simplifies when verifying.

          Added quadratic formula derivation and proof to
          "tests/quadratic.in".

07/17/12 - I came up with a swinging new and easy way to add, subtract,
          multiply, divide, modular and integer divide,
          and raise to the power of both sides of an equation by any
          expression.  To add x+1 to both sides of the current
          equation, just type "+=x+1" at the main prompt.  To divide both
          sides by c^2, type "/=c^2".  You can add stuff to non-equations
          too, this way.  Be sure and use the simplify command after this
          if needed, because only a small amount of simplification is done
          by default, just enough so you can see what is happening.

07/20/12 - Changed floating point to rational floating point conversion
          routine (f_to_fraction()) to ignore converting anything with
          over 15 digits, for greater accuracy.
          This fixes some small accuracy bugs: "factor number 17!" now gives
          an error instead of the wrong value.

07/21/12 - Integrate, Laplace, and Numerical Integrate commands now warn
          when the current equation is not a properly solved equation.

Mathomatic version 16.0.1 released Sunday 07/22/12.

  Fix CVE-2012-3479:
  When the Emacs user option `enable-local-variables' is set to `:safe'
  (the default value is t), Emacs should automatically refuse to evaluate
  `eval' forms in file-local variable sections.  Due to the bug, Emacs
  instead automatically evaluates such `eval' forms.  Thus, if the user
  changes the value of `enable-local-variables' to `:safe', visiting a
  malicious file can cause automatic execution of arbitrary Emacs Lisp
  code with the permissions of the user.

Uodate hypermail to 2.3.0.
Based on PR 46440 by Uwe Klaus.

Version Changes for Hypermail
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
============================
HYPERMAIL VERSION 2.3.0:
============================
Jose Kahan (Oct 27, 2009)
  - Added two new accesskeys in messages: 't' ->  next message
    in thread, 'd' -> next message
Jose Kahan (Oct 26, 2009)
  - Updated hmrc.4 and hmrc.html to descrbie the new features.
Jose Kahan (Oct 26, 2009)
  Various fixes / enhancements developed at W3C by Fumihiro Kato,
  Daigo Matsubara and myself:
  - Markup changes for deleted messages that are kept.
  - New directive: htmlmessage_deleted for setting a custom HTML
    message for the body of deleted messages.
  - New directive: delete_incremental to disable deleting of existing
    messages in the archive when doing an incremental add of a new
    message. In some setups, if this feature is enabled, replies to
    deleted messages will cause uncontrolled markup escape and
    expansion. Feature is enabled by default.
  - Updated list of known protocol uris that hypermail will convert
    into links.
  - Bug fix: setup.c:MakeConfig() CFG_SWITCH was using long instead of
    int.
  - New directive: fragment_prefix for customizing the prefix that is
    put before each URI fragment in a message. Default value is "msg",
    the previous hard-coded value.
  - New directive: email_address_obfuscation foro enablingemail
    address obfuscation using numeric character reference.
  - New directive: inline_addlink to add in-line links to content that
    is stored in the attachments subdirectory. 'inline_types" must
    also be enabled.
  - New directive: inreplyto_command, gives a URI template to a script
    that hypermail will link to if it's unable to find a corresponding
    Message-Id in the archive's messages.
Peter McCluskey (May 13, 2008)
  Change from Fumihiro Kato to fix bug that sometimes caused a charset
  problem when Content-Type is us-ascii but message headers
  include other encoded text like utf-8.
Peter McCluskey (Nov 14, 2007)
  Applied xhtml patch from Zvi Har'El.
Peter McCluskey (Oct 1, 2007)
  Changes from Fumihiro Kato to fix bugs on 64 bit systems and some
  possible buffer overflow problems.
  Change in rules about whether to escape urls; it now seems to escape them
  when found in the middle of the line the same way it has been doing when
  they are at the start of a line.
Peter McCluskey (Feb 16, 2007)
  Changes from Rick van der Zwet:
  cosmetic = tweaking the interface a small bit (right align, the message
  numbers, years in the date listing
  spamify-domain = obfuscate the body of the message as well (will also
  obfuscate 'ssh rick@foo.bar' this of course), moved the domain obfuscate
  yes/no to the general to make the function more portable
Changes from Mike Fabian changing int to size_t.
Peter McCluskey (Mar 27, 2006)
  Add rel="nofollow" to text message URLs (option txtsuffix = 1).
Peter McCluskey (Mar 14, 2006)
  Fixed a core dump with linkquotes = 1 caused by Daigo's changes.
Peter McCluskey (Sep 30, 2005)
  Fixed missing links at top when show_index_links is 1 or 3.
Peter McCluskey (Aug 4, 2005)
  Fixed double counting of messages deleted with the delete_msgnum option,
  which sometimes caused top level index page to show wrong number of
  messages and not link to a folder.
Peter McCluskey (Jul 29, 2005)
  Changed to sort on sender date rather than from date when displaying
  sender date as a result of use_sender_date = 1.
Peter McCluskey (Jun 23, 2005)
  Some small changes from Vincent McIntyre to make date-range in index of
  folders link to default index page, to use CSS instead of <th> to
  distinguish that column, and some whitespace changes.
  Added explanation of how to handle strcasestr prototype error to INSTALL.
Peter McCluskey (Mar 19, 2005)
  Fixes to files_by_thread option submitted by Oliver Meili.
Peter McCluskey (Dec 2, 2004)
  Patch from Ulf H舐nhammar to fix two format string bugs in Hypermail.
  They could have caused crashes if using incremental mode on edited
  pre-existing archives with data like "%n%n%n%n%n%n%n%n" in certain lines.
Peter McCluskey (Nov 28, 2004)
  Add filename_base option.
Peter McCluskey (Sep 29, 2004)
  Add support for JAVT timezone.
  Add mailbox_date_trimmer to contrib, faq.
Peter McCluskey (Jun 2, 2004)
  Add language code substitution cookie patch from Shane Wegner.
============================
HYPERMAIL VERSION 2.2.0:
============================
Peter McCluskey (May 25, 2004)
  Changed some of the addresses to hypermail-project.org.
  Made the "We delete ... " message print only if progress != 0.
Peter McCluskey (Mar 23, 2004)
  Changes to speed up incremental update when there are deleted files if
  using usegdbm (it's still slow if usegdbm = 0).
============================
HYPERMAIL VERSION 2.1.9:
============================
Peter McCluskey (Feb 23, 2004)
  Released version 2.1.9 tar file.
Peter McCluskey (Feb 17, 2004)
  Add use_sender_date option.
  Fix instructions for doing "make install" so that the documentation will
  be installed.
Peter McCluskey (Feb 5, 2004)
  Update much of the documentation.
Peter McCluskey (Feb 4, 2004)
  Change default in setup.c for spamprotect and spamprotect_id to On.
Peter McCluskey (Feb 2, 2004)
  Add set_report_new_file and set_report_new_folder options.
Peter McCluskey (Jan 23, 2004)
  Add in missing <a name="end"> for index files.
  Removed a misleading, nonportable timezone string from link titles in
toplevel index pages.
Peter McCluskey (Jan 9, 2004)
  Change to make mbox_shortened option work a little better with
discard_dup_msgids = 0.
  Change folder_by_date option to use "From " date rather than "Date: "
to decide which subdirectory to use. This makes it consistent with
top level index page.
Peter McCluskey (Dec 26, 2003)
  Add increment = -1 mode to enable automatic determination of whether
to update or append in most cases.
Peter McCluskey (Dec 3, 2003)
  Added a mbox_shortened option to handle mboxes that have had messages
deleted from the start of the mbox.
Peter McCluskey (Dec 1, 2003)
  Fix mismatch in <ul>, </ul> in date.html with indextable = 0.
Peter McCluskey (Nov 17, 2003)
  Add a check for the problem with the starting message number that was
partly fixed on Oct 1. Now old archives with a startmsgnum = 0 .hmrc but
a first message of 0001.html in this case will be treated as if startmsgnum
was 0.
Peter McCluskey (Nov 15, 2003)
  Add Portugese support from Hugo Cisneiros.
Peter McCluskey (Oct 1, 2003)
  Fix some problems with starting message number that caused bugs when
  increment = 1, linkquotes = 1 and using folder_by_date.
Peter McCluskey (Sep 11, 2003)
  Fixes to make pcre work.
Peter McCluskey (Sep 3, 2003)
  Applied patches from Mike McDonald to use nowrap option in the author and
date columns in the index tables and get rid of all of the 'width=100%'
options to the tables.
Peter McCluskey (Sep 3, 2003)
  French language improvements from Olivier Kaloudoff.
Peter McCluskey (Sep 1, 2003)
  Applied patches from Mike McDonald to make spamify_replacedomain use
set_antispam_at, change printdates to include the dates in the table
version of the bydate index, and make the table use the whole screen
width instead of 80%.
Jose Kahan (Aug  18, 2003)
  - Changed to lowercase the suffixes added to the message indexes. That is,
    from "archive name By Date" to "archive name by date" because the
    upper case seemed out of style as we don't have any control on what
    is the string used for the archive's name. Did this change only for
    the English messages as I don't know if this convention works well for
    other languages.
Jose Kahan (Aug  18, 2003)
  - Made the links to the different indexes show the index of the current entry.
    This change originated from the feedback we got on the WAI enhanced archievs.
    People find that this small changes increases the usability of the archive.
Jose Kahan (Aug  18, 2003)
  - The links to the first message (aka #first) were not working in the
    by attachment, by author, and by subject indexes.
Peter McCluskey (Aug 16, 2003)
  - applied fix from Jean-Charles Meyrignac to handle 0x1A in mbox.
Jose Kahan (Aug  14, 2003)
  - After receiving more feedback, reverted the changes done for converting the
    displayed value of the Date: header. The reason is that users like to know
    when they send a message. This information was getting lost because we
    were converting the date to the local time.
  - Made the Received on date be  shown in converted local time.
  - Added a new configuration option, indexdateformat, so that people can
    specify a different format for indexes than the one used elsewhere. If this
    variable is not defined., it'll use the dateformat by default.
  - Made the index by date compare dates independently of the value of dateformat.
Jose Kahan (Aug  13, 2003)
  - Made the Received on footnote line use the same date format as that used for the
    Date: header on top of the messages.
Jose Kahan (Aug  18, 2003)
  - Small WAI change to the list of indexes to show the entry corresponding to
    the current index, but outside of a link. This comes from feedback, where
    people said it was less distracting to see the same index to links all
    the time.
Jose Kahan (Aug  18, 2003)
  - Add the <title> WAI enhancement that I had forgotten to do for messages.
    The new format is: [subject] from [author] on [date] ([mailing list label]).
    I also removed the 64 characters maximum limit check we had on the title.
    The reason is that this is not part of the HTML specification, but rather
    a writing style. Dominique says we shouldn't be so strict in this case. In
    addition, just adding a \0 after 64 characters could break entity names and
    generate invalid HTML.
Jose Kahan (Aug  13, 2003)
  - The mailcommand option didn't work when applied to a paragraph that had
    a previously converted href string that includes the '@' char. I added
    a quick hack to ConvURlsString to avoid doing the mailto: convertion if an href
    already exists in that line. The best solution would be to do something
    similar to ConvURLsWithHrefs.
    Also fixed a memory leak.
Peter McCluskey (Aug 8, 2003)
  - Applied haof fixes from Bernhard Reiter.
Jose Kahan (Aug  4, 2003)
  - As a side effect of PNK's use of an SGML entity for the @ char, the
    mailcommand option stopped working on all the headers except for
    the To: one.
Jose Kahan (Aug  1, 2003)
  - In order to guarantee the validity of XHTML documents, changed the
    behavior of hypermail when including customized footers. Previously,
    when using this option, the custom markup had to include the </body>
    and </html> end tags. As we also need to include a </div> in some
    cases for XHTML and it's much harder to guess when to add it, I
    made hypermail always add those three end tags as needed, regardless
    of whether the custom footer option is being used.
Jose Kahan (Jul 30, 2003)
  - After talking with Dom Hazel-Massieux, I added some extra WAI enhancements
    to the list of indexes generated by hypermai. Specifically, the date
    is shown in a verbose name in the title attribute of each entry and in
    an abbreviated version in the markup that's being displayed.
Jose Kahan (Jul 30, 2003)
  - When rebuilding an archive, the attachment files were not being overwritten
    correctly. . Fixed this by adding an O_TRUNC flag.
Jose Kahan (Jul 29, 2003)
  - Removed a memory leak in file.c as reported by insure.
  - The ietf-mbox option didn't work on "quoted printable" encoded attachments.
Peter McCluskey (July 22, 2003)
  Fix show_msg_links = 3 option (Jose's changes assumed it didn't exist).
  Updates to German from Tobias Weber.
Kent Landfield (Jul 14, 2003)
  - When show_headers was used in print.c, the newline was not recognized
    early enough in printheaders. A check was added to assure the newline
    was recognized properly.
Kent Landfield (Jul 10, 2003)
  - Small typo in print.c corrected.
      fprintf(fp, "%s ^lt;<em>%s</em>&gt;"...
Updated devel/py-cython to 0.16
(wiz)
2012-08-12 21:08:46 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML
Update to 0.16:
0.16
Features
    Enhancements to Cython's function type (support for weak
    references, default arguments, code objects, dynamic attributes,
    classmethods, staticmethods, and more)
    Fused Types - Template-like support for functions and methods
    CEP 522 (docs)
    Typed views on memory - Support for efficient direct and indirect
    buffers (indexing, slicing, transposing, ...) CEP 517 (docs)
    super() without arguments
    Final cdef methods (which translate into direct calls on known
    instances)
General Improvements and Bug Fixes
    support default arguments for closures
    search sys.path for pxd files
    support C++ template casting
    faster traceback building and faster generator termination
    support inplace operators on indexed buffers
    fix alignment handling for record types in buffer support
    allow nested prange sections
0.15.1
This is a bugfix-only release.
0.15
Major Features
    Generators (yield) - Cython has full support for generators,
    generator expressions and PEP 342 coroutines.
    The nonlocal keyword is supported.
    Re-acquiring the gil: with gil - works as expected within a
    nogil context.
    OpenMP support: prange.
    Control flow analysis prunes dead code and emits warnings and
    errors about uninitialised variables.
    Debugger command cy set to assign values of expressions to
    Cython variables and cy exec counterpart $cy_eval().
    Exception chaining PEP 3134.
    Relative imports PEP 328.
    Improved pure syntax including cython.cclass, cython.cfunc,
    and cython.ccall.
    The with statement has its own dedicated and faster C
    implementation.
    Support for del.
    Boundschecking directives implemented for builtin Python sequence
    types.
    Several updates and additions to the shipped standard library
    .pxd files.
    Forward declaration of types is no longer required for circular
    references.
Note: this will be the last release to support Python 2.3; Python
2.4 will be supported for at least one more release.
General improvements and bug fixes
This release contains over a thousand commits including hundreds
of bugfixes and optimizations. The bug tracker has not been as
heavily used this release cycle, but is still an interesting subset
of improvements and fixes
Incompatible changes
    Uninitialized variables are no longer initialized to None and
    accessing them has the same semantics as standard Python.
    globals() now returns a read-only dict of the Cython module's
    globals, rather than the globals
        of the first non-Cython module in the stack
    Many C++ exceptions are now special cased to give closer Python
    counterparts. This means that except+ functions that formerly
    raised generic RuntimeErrors may raise something else such as
    ArithmeticError.
Known regressions
    The inlined generator expressions (introduced in Cython 0.13)
    were disabled in favour of full generator expression support.
    This breaks code that previously used them inside of cdef
    functions (usage in def functions continues to work) and induces
    a performance regression for cases that continue to work but
    that were previously inlined. We hope to reinstate this feature
    in the near future.
0.14.1
New Features
    The gdb debugging support was extended to include all major
    Cython features, including closures.
    raise MemoryError() is now safe to use as Cython replaces it
    with the correct C-API call.
General improvements and bug fixes
The bug tracker has a list of the major improvements and fixes
Incompatible changes
    Decorators on special methods of cdef classes now raise a
    compile time error rather than being ignored.
    In Python 3 language level mode (-3 option), the 'str' type is
    now mapped to 'unicode', so that cdef str s declares a Unicode
    string even when running in Python 2.
0.14
New Features
    Python classes can now be nested and receive a proper closure
    at definition time.
    Redefinition is supported for Python functions, even within
    the same scope.
    Lambda expressions are supported in class bodies and at the
    module level.
    Metaclasses are supported for Python classes, both in Python
    2 and Python 3 syntax. The Python 3 syntax (using a keyword
    argument in the type declaration) is preferred and optimised
    at compile time.
    "final" extension classes prevent inheritance in Python space.
    This feature is available through the new "cython.final"
    decorator. In the future, these classes may receive further
    optimisations.
    "internal" extension classes do not show up in the module
    dictionary. This feature is available through the new
    "cython.internal" decorator.
    Extension type inheritance from builtin types, such as "cdef
    class MyUnicode(unicode)", now works without further external
    type redeclarations (which are also strongly discouraged now
    and continue to issue a warning).
    GDB support. http://docs.cython.org/src/userguide/debugging.html
    A new build system with support for inline distutils directives,
    correct dependency tracking, and parallel compilation.
    http://wiki.cython.org/enhancements/distutils_preprocessing
    Support for dynamic compilation at runtime via the new
    cython.inline function and cython.compile decorator.
    http://wiki.cython.org/enhancements/inline
General improvements and bug fixes
    In parallel assignments, the right side was evaluated in reverse
    order in 0.13. This could result in errors if it had side
    effects (e.g. function calls).
    In some cases, methods of builtin types would raise a SystemError
    instead of an AttributeError when called on None.
    Constant tuples are now cached over the lifetime of an extension
    module, just like CPython does. Constant argument tuples of
    Python function calls are also cached.
    Closures have tightened to include exactly the names used in
    the inner functions and classes. Previously, they held the
    complete locals of the defining function.
    "nogil" blocks are supported when compiling pure Python code
    by writing "with cython.nogil".
    The builtin "next()" function in Python 2.6 and later is now
    implemented internally and therefore available in all Python
    versions. This makes it the preferred and portable way of
    manually advancing an iterator.
    In addition to the previously supported inlined generator
    expressions in 0.13, "sorted(genexpr)" can now be used as well.
    Typing issues were fixed in "sum(genexpr)" that could lead to
    invalid C code being generated. Other known issues with inlined
    generator expressions were also fixed that make upgrading to
    0.14 a strong recommendation for code that uses them. Note that
    general generators and generator expressions continue to be
    not supported.
    Iterating over arbitrary pointer types is now supported, as is
    an optimized version of the in operator, e.g. x in ptr[a:b].
    Inplace arithmetic operators now respect the cdivision directive
    and are supported for complex types.
Incompatible changes
    Typing a variable as type "complex" previously gave it the
    Python object type. It now uses the appropriate C/C++ double
    complex type. A side-effect is that assignments and typed
    function parameters now accept anything that Python can coerce
    to a complex, including integers and floats, and not only
    complex instances.
    Large integer literals pass through the compiler in a safer
    way. To prevent truncation in C code, non 32-bit literals are
    turned into Python objects if not used in a C context. This
    context can either be given by a clear C literal suffix such
    as "UL" or "LL" (or "L" in Python 3 code), or it can be an
    assignment to a typed variable or a typed function argument,
    in which case it is up to the user to take care of a sufficiently
    large value space of the target.
    Python functions are declared in the order they appear in the
    file, rather than all being created at module creation time.
    This is consistent with Python and needed to support, for
    example, conditional or repeated declarations of functions. In
    the face of circular imports this may cause code to break, so
    a new --disable-function-redefinition flag was added to revert
    to the old behavior. This flag will be removed in a future
    release, so should only be used as a stopgap until old code
    can be fixed.
2012-08-12 16:28:06 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML
Update to 0.27:
pkg-config 0.27
===
- Drop usage of popt for equivalent API in glib2.
- Add back an internal snapshot of glib2 to break circular dependency.
  This can be used by passing --with-internal-glib to configure. On
  Windows it may still be required to use an installed glib.
- Fix --exists to check for Requires and Requires.private. This ensures
  that all necessary packages are installed prior to using --cflags,
  --libs, etc.
- Various fixes for MinGW which should allow it to be used unpatched on
  that system.
- New autoconf macros PKG_INSTALLDIR and PKG_NOARCH_INSTALLDIR to help
  determine the .pc file install directory.
- Fix handling of --exact/atleast/max-version vs. =/>=/<=.
- Fix errors in man page source.
- Ensure testing only searches in the check directory.
- Bump glib requirement to 2.16 to avoid deprecated
  g_win32_get_package_installation_subdirectory().
- Autotools refresh and update. The required versions now are
  autoconf-2.62, automake-1.11 and libtool-2.2.
- Use g_alloca from glib instead of figuring out alloca ourselves.
- Remove search for setresuid & setreuid only needed for internal popt.
- Bugs fixed: 833, 2458, 5214, 5326, 5703, 6074, 8653, 9135, 9143,
  9584, 10652, 11464, 14396, 17053, 23922, 28776, 29011, 29801, 31699,
  48743
pkg-config 0.26
===
- Build system fixes
- More tests
- pkg.m4 fixups which makes autoconf 2.66 happier.
- Drop support for legacy -config scripts.  Those should already be
  gone and cause problems in cross-compilation environments.
- Drop embedded glib
- Fix up pkg.m4 to handle the case of --exists working and --cflags
  or --libs failing.
- Various documentation updates
- Allow $() through without escaping it.
- Add --with-system-include-path instead of hard-coding
  /usr/include.
2012-08-12 16:03:24 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML
Update to 1.0.3:
This minor maintenance release unsurprisingly provides the usual recent
collection of build configuration improvements and janitorial cleanups.
Alan Coopersmith (4):
      config: upgrade to util-macros 1.8 for additional man page support
      Use AM_CFLAGS instead of bdftopcf_CFLAGS since there's only one target
      Remove unnecessary calls from configure.ac
      bdftopcf 1.0.3
Gaetan Nadon (6):
      .gitignore: use common defaults with custom section # 24239
      Makefile.am: ChangeLog not required: EXTRA_DIST or *CLEANFILES #24432
      Deploy the new XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS #24242
      INSTALL, NEWS, README or AUTHORS files are missing/incorrect #24206
      Makefile.am: add ChangeLog and INSTALL on MAINTAINERCLEANFILES
      config: update AC_PREREQ statement to 2.60
Jesse Adkins (1):
      Purge cvs tags.
2012-08-12 15:46:38 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML
Update drupal7 package to 7.15.
Release notes says "no security fix" but it really fixes SA49131:
<http://secunia.com/advisories/49131/>.
Release notes
Maintenance release of the Drupal 7 series. Includes bugfixes and small
API/feature improvements only (no major new functionality); significant new
features are only being added to the forthcoming Drupal 8.0 release.
No security fixes are included in this release.
Besides documentation fixes, no changes have been made to the .htaccess,
robots.txt or settings.php files in this release, so upgrading custom versions
of those files is not necessary.  Known issues:
    #1708722: Call to undefined function drupal_find_base_themes() in
    drupal-7.15/includes/module.inc on line 184: Under rare circumstances
    which are still under investigation (most likely, sites with a sub-theme
    enabled and a module enabled that calls certain code early in Drupal's
    page request), upgrading to Drupal 7.15 may lead to a fatal error. A
    patch to fix this is available.
sysutils/grub2: Fix lex issues
Apparently depending on the compiler and version of lex used, one could
encounter two lex problems:
1) 'yy_fatal_error' defined but not used
2) 'yy_scan_bytes' compares signed and unsigned (char and int)
This patch resolves the problem.
sysutils/grub2 currently has no support for DragonFly, and there is
significant divergence from FreeBSD.  It will require some tested
patches to hostdisk.c and getroot.c at least.
lang/konoha: Add DragonFly support, kill MySQL detection
* Specific DragonFly configuration was added
* A couple of K_USING_BSD macros were changed to __NetBSD__ along with
  other changes to support FreeBSD and DragonFly
* If MySQL is on the system, CMake will find it and try to use it.
  Problem 1: It's broken, it can't link to libmysql
  Problem 2: If it could, it would affect PLIST
So disable MySQL detection for now, sqlite3 is what's used.
I suspect there are other CMake detection logic that aren't accounted
for yet in Konoha.
Initial import of mcollective, version 2.1.1, into the NetBSD Packages
Collection.
The Marionette Collective aka. mcollective is a framework to build server
orchestration or parallel job execution systems.
Mcollective's primary use is to programmatically execute actions on clusters of
servers. In this regard it operates in the same space as tools like Func,
Fabric or Capistrano.
By not relying on central inventories and tools like SSH, it's not simply a
fancy SSH "for loop". MCollective uses modern tools like Publish Subscribe
Middleware and modern philosophies like real time discovery of network
resources using meta data and not hostnames. Delivering a very scalable and
very fast parallel execution environment.
The focus is on catering to the needs of enterprises and large deploys.
Pluggable Authentication, Authorization and Auditing capabilities sets it apart
from other tools in this space.
security/aide06: Fix regression caused by bison 2.6.x
Bison 2.6.x+ handles the yydebug functionality differently by predefining
YYDEBUG.  The yacc logic is not expecting YYDEBUG to be defined without
an value, so it breaks on an "#if YYDEBUG" macro in a few places.
In order to make this work with pre-2.6 bison as well as current versions,
hard code the inclusion of debug symbols.  It doesn't hurt anything and
it fixes the package.
Fotoxx change log
=================
2012.08.01  v.12.08
+ Menus now show a popup descriptions if the mouse dwells on the menu.
+ Auto-synchronization (indexing of new image files) was made optional.
  If disabled, metadata edit and search functions are also disabled.
  These can be restored at any time by synchronizing the image files.
+ The size of a printed image (in centimeters) can be set in advance.
+ A 1-click sepia coloring was added (aged photo effect).
+ If Linux standard trash and desktop trash folder both fail (possible
  with some distros) give the option to simply delete the image file.
+ Painting and scrolling the gallery window was made faster.
+ Navigating the gallery window to other directories was simplified.
+ A gallery from an image search or collection can be discarded and
  replaced with a directory gallery using a toolbar button.
+ Bugfix: Edit Collections: keep the gallery window scroll position
  stable when adding or removing images from a collection.
+ Bugfix: If the initial gallery window is list view (no thumbnails),
  then the gallery window displayed only a blank window.
+ Bugifx: Crash if a retouch function is "painted" with the mouse and
  and the function is canceled before any change is made.
+ Bugfix: Show RGB [clear] button cleared image tags but not the dialog.
+ Web site was changed from squarespace.kornelix.com to kornelix.com.
2012.07.05  v.12.07.1
+ Bugfix: World map loses the mouse connection and becomes unresponsive
  after a left mouse click/drag is used to zoom/pan the map image.
2012.07.03  v.12.07
+ Tabs are now used to switch between the image and gallery windows.
+ List Geotag Groups by country, country/city, or country/city/date.
  Nearby dates can be grouped together. Click a listed group to get the
  corresponding thumbnail image gallery, view or edit images from there.
+ Click a location on a world map, get the corresponding image gallery.
+ Several small UI improvements in geotag edit and report functions.
+ Bugfix: edit collection: removing images was sometimes not possible if
  some images still in the collection had been deleted from disk.
+ Bugfix: memory leak if successive images are viewed in rapid sequence.
+ Bugfix: Art > Dots treatment was destroyed when saved to a file.
+ Bugfix: crash in Open Recent File if the first file had been deleted.
2012.06.17  v.12.06.2
+ The Spanish and Galician translations were updated.
+ bugfix: crash following use of Batch Add Geotags function.
+ Bugfix: stop unwanted gallery window from appearing when the control
  key is used to link mouse actions to the main window.
2012.06.01  v.12.06.1
+ bugfix: version check for exiftool failed for locales having a comma
  decimal point instead of a period (e.g. 8,60 instead of 8.60).
2012.06.01  v.12.06
+ The Spanish and Galician translations were updated (as of v.12.05).
+ Package exiftool version 8.60 or later is now a requirement.
  (this translates into Ubuntu 11.10 or later)
+ New: List geotag groups (city, country, date, image count), click on a
  group to show a thumbnail gallery, click thumbnails to view or edit.
+ Added and revised geotag locations were separated from the download set,
  to make them easier to keep when changing computers or Linux releases.
+ Geotag search for "null" can be used to find images with no geotags
  (also within other search criteria such as date).
+ New: Voodoo retouch function improves most images with one click.
+ Thumbnail files are now .jpeg instead of .png. Initialization after a
  new install is about 40% faster, and thumbnails are 1/3 as large.
+ There are now three thumbnail options: no thumbnails, thumbnails in the
  image directories (as before), or use a designated thumbnail directory.
+ Flatten Brightness: prevent "color bands" in monotone bright areas.
+ Rotate function user interface was improved and made more responsive.
+ Keyboard shortcuts can be revised and new ones added by the user.
+ Stop popup messages from getting hidden behind other windows.
+ Block "save to file" if an edit dialog is active (unpredictable result).
+ Edit history log was moved from EXIF:EditStatus to EXIF:ImageHistory
  because this is the de facto standard.
+ Metadata reports were changed to use EXIF tag names instead of tag
  descriptions. These are needed to directly edit metadata.
+ Slide Show: added continuous loop option (last goes back to first).
+ Trim: new option to start automatically for each new file opened
  (work through a batch of new photos more quickly).
+ Trim: new convenience button to do rotate and return to trim.
+ The [prev] and [next] buttons pre-load the next file ahead of need.
  This can speed-up sequential viewing of images on a slow computer.
+ F11 toggles main window to full-screen (no menu/toolbar) and back.
+ Bugfix: geotag retrieval failure with photos from some cameras.
+ Bugfix: Keyboard shortcut T (for Trim) caused a crash.
2012.04.21  v.12.05
+ Geotagging and reporting was added. Geotags may be entered using city
  names, with substring matching. Click the wanted city from multiple
  candidates. Multiple images can be processed rapidly. Batch processing
  is also available. Search images by city [country] or within radius of
  a given location. Output is a gallery of clickable thumbnails. Select
  locations to assign or search from a world map. Database has 3000+
  cities and others can be added as needed from a web geocoding service.
+ Search Images function was simplified. Searching by date, rating, tags,
  comments, caption, filename, geotags, and any other metadata is in one
  GUI with buttons to select the unusual options.
+ Bugfix: captions and comments with imbedded quotes were causing some
  metadata edits to fail (do nothing).
+ Bugfix: stop GUI lockup if window is resized by user while panorama or
  other composite function is still computing.
+ Bugfix: stop paranoia if an image directory is read-only and thumbnail
  subdirectory cannot be created - just leave out the thumbnails.
+ Bugfix: GUI was too difficult to view and edit the same collection.
2012.04.01  v.12.04
+ Select Area by color tones is almost 2x faster with less flicker.
+ New: Erase an object by overpainting with selected background.
+ New: Vignette Tool: change brightness or color in a radial pattern.
+ Art > Tiles: an optional 3D depth effect was added.
+ Edit Pixels: do area edge blending same as other edit functions.
+ Gamma Curve: buttons [++] etc. added as in brightness/color curves.
+ Select Area: "tweak" mode added: nudge an edge line using the mouse.
+ White Balance: slider added to adjust the impact from 0 to 100%.
+ Gallery window navigation was made a little more flexible.
+ First time startup: initial thumbnail creation and image file indexing
  is 2x faster (2000+ images/min. on a strong PC with 4 cpu cores).
+ New: Help > Log File: view the current (live) log file.
+ Memory allocation failure: no crash, exit with a reasonable message.
+ Bugfix: rare crash when a concurrent edit function completes.
2012.03.14  v.12.03.2
+ Bugfix: Select Area / Finish: crash in cairo. This is apparently a new
  bug in gtk3/cairo which affects some distros (but not current Ubuntu).
  Fotoxx was changed to avoid the problem: remove calls to gdk_flush().
  This can make Fotoxx appear to "freeze" during Select Area / Finish.
2012.03.04  v.12.03.1
+ Bugfix: Select Area: cancel button did not kill the Finish process.
+ Bugfix: Retouching a zoomed image caused temp. change in aspect ratio.
2012.03.01  v.12.03
+ Mouse-driven area select and edit functions respond much faster.
+ The internal image format was changed from int-16 to float-32 per
  RGB color. This simplified the code and made some edit functions
  slightly faster. There is no visual image impact. The main memory
  needed to edit a 20 megapixel image has grown to about 800 MB.
+ The exiftool program is started as a server process and left running.
  This eliminates a significant startup delay for every image opened.
+ Indexing of new files at startup was made much faster: typically
  1-2 seconds on a strong PC if only a few new images are found.
+ A toolbar button is used to change the mouse-drawing color for select
  and edit functions. Similar buttons on many dialogs were removed.
+ The pixel edit function was made easier and faster to use.
+ An edited file can be saved in the additional formats .bmp and .ico.
+ Setting the zoom ratio was simplified: each 2x zoom is 1-3 clicks.
+ Create Blank Image: the file type can be .jpg, .tif, .png, or .bmp.
+ The E-mail function was removed because Thunderbird and Evolution do
  not work (or no longer work) with the "standard" xdg-email protocol
  for attachments. Use Tools > Batch Convert to select images, export,
  and reduce size (if wanted) for attaching to e-mail or uploading.
+ Bugfix: If the top image directory was set to /home/<user>, thousands
  of unwanted files in /home/<user>/.thumbnails/* were being indexed.
+ Bugfix: Stack/Noise image alignment was poor if there was significant
  camera movement between photos.
+ Bugfix: Progress monitoring for some functions was very inaccurate.
+ Bugfix: some .gif files produced empty thumbnail images.
+ Bugfix: file synchronization at startup was sometimes wasting time
  with unnecessary updates.
2012.02.01  v.12.02
+ Fotoxx was converted to use GTK3 and Cairo. It will no longer build
  or install on older Linux releases lacking these libraries.
+ Multiple (up to 10) top image directories are now supported.
+ The gallery thumbnail size is saved and restored across sessions.
+ Bugfix: crash if an image present 2+ times in a collection is removed.
+ Bugfix: crash in slide show "jaws" transition.
+ RPM packages are built using Fedora and rpmbuild instead of alien.
2012.01.04  v.12.01.2
+ Italian user guide was updated.
+ Swedish translation was updated.
