Import idzebra-2.0.47

Zebra is a high-performance, general-purpose structured text indexing and
retrieval engine. It reads structured records in a variety of input formats
(eg. email, XML, MARC) and allows access to them through exact boolean
search expressions and relevance-ranked free-text queries.

Zebra supports large databases (more than ten gigabytes of data, tens of
millions of records). It supports incremental, safe database updates on
live systems. You can access data stored in Zebra using a variety of Index
Data tools (eg. YAZ and PHP/YAZ) as well as commercial and freeware Z39.50
clients and toolkits.

note update of net/filezilla to 3.5.0

(zafer)

2011-05-23 20:03:35 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update filezilla to 3.5.0

Changelog:
* Don't create queue.xml anymore if it does not exist
* MSW: Progress lines in transfer queue now appear in correct position after changing the Windows theme
* MSW: Work around a bug in Windows where a list controls' scroll position changes without the control being notified in any way
* Several fixes to build system and environment
* Added experimental setting to strip file revision upon download from VMS servers. Set "Strip VMS revisions" to 1 in FileZilla.xml to enable
* The string coalescer benchmark debug option no longer crashes if benchmarking an empty string coalescer
* The transfer queue is now stored in an SQLite database. This greatly improves performance and vastly reduces memory consumption while loading/saving the queue
* Additional improvements to general queue performance and memory consumption
* The provided Linux binaries are now compiled for Debian Squeeze instead of Lenny
* Fixed crash during shutdown of FileZilla
* Clearing the queue when it was not yet fully populated no longer causes a crash
* If using ask login type for a site and no username is given, the initial focus is now on the user box in the login dialog

Fix assorted build problems. Should close PR 42081. While here, add at
least minimal comments to all patches and tidy up some (but by no
means all) pkglint.

I have no idea if this works. It spews warnings about "packed", which
lead me to suspect it may not run correctly, but I don't have the
facilities to test it. It does, however, now build ok on LP64 and if
someone can test it may be reasonable to remove the restriction on that.

Updated devel/scmgit to 1.7.5.2

(adam)

2011-05-21 17:25:14 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Changes 1.7.5.2:
* "git add -p" did not work correctly when a hunk is split and then
one of them was given to the editor.
* "git add -u" did not resolve a conflict where our history deleted and
their history modified the same file, and the working tree resolved to
  keep a file.
* "git cvsimport" did not know that CVSNT stores its password file in a
location different from the traditional CVS.
* "git diff-files" did not show the mode information from the working
tree side of an unmerged path correctly.
* "git diff -M --cached" used to use unmerged path as a possible rename
source candidate, which made no sense.
* The option name parser in "git fast-import" used prefix matches for
some options where it shouldn't, and accepted non-existent options,
  e.g. "--relative-marksmith" or "--forceps".
* "git format-patch" did not quote RFC822 special characters in the
email address (e.g From: Junio C. Hamano <jch@example.com>, not
  From: "Junio C. Hamano" <jch@example.com>).
* "git format-patch" when run with "--quiet" option used to produce a
nonsense result that consists of alternating empty output.
* In "git merge", per-branch branch.<name>.mergeoptions configuration
variables did not override the fallback default merge.<option>
configuration variables such as merge.ff, merge.log, etc.
* "git merge-one-file" did not honor GIT_WORK_TREE settings when
handling a "both sides added, differently" conflict.
* "git mergetool" did not handle conflicted submoudules gracefully.
* "git-p4" (in contrib) used a wrong base image while merge a file that
was added on both branches differently.
* "git rebase -i -p" failed to preserve the history when there is a
redundant merge created with the --no-ff option.

Updated cad/gwave to 20090213

(dmcmahill)

2011-05-19 03:28:34 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to gwave-20090213

The big change here is that gwave now uses gtk2 instead of gtk1
------------------------------

New in 20090213
- Fix warnings related to GtkTooltips
- fix reading of ascii spice3 rawfiles containing blank lines, like those
generated by ngspice
- add patchfile and explanation sometimes needed when building g-wrap
- applied submitted patch that fixes some gcc return-type warnings, fixed
many additional gcc warnings.

New in 20090124
- minor fixes adaptating for stable guile-gnome-platform-2.16.1
- seems to be stable now

New in 20080206
- Another alpha release using guile-gnome-platform, for wider testing
- Fixed "zoom dialog" for guile-gnome-platform
- Still having some occasional crashes, apparently due to memory corruption
that I haven't yet tracked down or pinned on guile-gnome-platform or anything else.

New in 20070514

a "gwave2" version that uses Gtk+-2.0 by way of guile-gnome-platform.
Feature-wise, about the same as the previous release.
I think I've fixed most of the crashes.  Known defects:
Several dialogs that should have defaults don't.
The change-waveform-color menu doesn't show the colors, just numbers.

Updated audio/cmus to 2.4.0

(gls)

2011-05-18 21:08:49 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update audio/cmus to 2.4.0

Upstream changes:

I'm pleased to announce cmus 2.4.0 "Easter egg", the long-awaited feature
release of cmus. Since 2.3.0 (more than a year ago!) tons of enhancements have
been made, both to cmus' internals, and to the user-visible parts.

Here is a short summary of the new stuff you will find in 2.4.0:

- Mutt-like short filters
    E.g. "~a beatles (!~y1960-1965 | ~d>600)". This nicely complements
    traditional cmus filters, especially with

- Live filtering
Live filtering is immensely useful and addictive feature, especially if you
have a huge music library. Press 'L' and start typing, and you'll understand
what I mean. To reset the live filter, type 'L<Enter>'. Also, do know that
you can use short filter expressions for live filtering, too!

- Resume support
To enable resume support, simply add "set resume=true" to your ~/.cmus/rc.
After that, cmus will resume the playback at startup (or resume the paused
state, if you quit cmus while track was paused), as well as restore the
state of live filter etc. Most likely than not, you'll find this very
    useful!

- Smarter string handling
Cmus has solid Unicode support for a while now; however, this release
adds locale-aware string ordering, and the ability to ignore diacritical
marks (accents) while searching/live filtering/etc.: e.g. "bjork" will
match "Bjrk", which can be very handy.

- Long format options, including ones for bitrate/codec
From now on, format strings can contain more readable placeholders like
%{artist}, including new (and frequently requested) %{bitrate} and %{codec}.

- HTTP proxy support for streams via http_proxy environment variable

- Less CPU wakeups during playback
This makes cmus more eco-friendly, because of reduced power consumption.
It also makes notebook batteries last a bit longer.

- New RoarAudio output plugin

- Support for big-endian systems, lots of different audio sample formats,
almost any C compiler and unix-like OS out there

Also, cmus' website (http://cmus.sourceforge.net) now has a wiki:
http://cmus.sourceforge.net/wiki. Make sure to check it out (and update, if it
is missing something).

Update parrot to version 3.4.0.

Local changes:
o Remove local fix which has been adopted upstream.

Upstream changes:
3.4.0 news:

- Core
+ The Generational Mark and Sweep garbage collector is the new default.
+ The --gc-nursery-size command line argument was added.
+ Parrot now gets entropy from the underlying OS.
+ The NCI subsystem now supports 8, 16, 32 and 64 bit integers.
+ The NCI subsystem now supports "long long" and "long double" signatures.
Not all platforms/compilers support these non-standard types, so developers
are cautioned to take note that using them reduces portability.
+ Many more OpenGL functions in the Parrot OpenGL bindings are available,
    which required the above-mentioned signatures.
+ Bytecode-related embedding api functions moved to src/embed/bytecode.c.
- Languages
  + Winxed
    - Use 'using extern' for module imports.
    - Improved stage 0 prefix ++ and -- operators.
    - Allow 'null' in conditional operator.
    - Several examples are updated.
- Community
+ Google Summer of Code Bonding period is going well. Students are
mostly done with their classes and much code will flow soon.
- Documentation
+ More PCT introductions are available.

3.3.0 news:

- Core
+ The isa and isa_pmc vtables can now be overridden from PIR
+ IMCC has a new improved external interface
+ A new IMCCompiler PMC adds prototype PDD31-alike functionality for the
    PIR and PASM compilers
+ New --with-llvm option to Configure.pl, which will link to LLVM if it
    is available
- Community
+ Parrot Virtual Machine was accepted into Google Summer of Code 2011
- Ecosystem
+ Rosella adds a stable "Event" library to implement a
    publish/subscribe mechanism
- Tests
+ The test coverage of the extend_vtable subsystem was greatly increased

Initial import of www/p5-HTTP-OAI version 3.24
This package was submited as part of PR pkg/43929 which adds the Koha Integrated Library System
submitted by Edgar Fuß

-------------------------------------

HTTP::OAI is a stub module.

HTTP::OAI::Harvester is the harvesting front-end in the OAI-PERL library.

To harvest from an OAI-PMH compliant repository create an HTTP::OAI::Harvester
object using the baseURL option and then call OAI-PMH methods to request data
from the repository. To handle version 1.0/1.1 repositories automatically you
must request Identify() first.

It is recommended that you request an Identify from the Repository and use the
repository() method to update the Identify object used by the harvester.

When making OAI requests the underlying HTTP::OAI::UserAgent module will take
care of automatic redirection (http code 302) and retry-after (http code 503).
OAI-PMH flow control (i.e. resumption tokens) is handled transparently by
HTTP::OAI::Response.

Initial import of www/p5-HTML-Template-Pro version 0.9504

submitted by Edgar Fuß

-------------------------------------

Original HTML::Template is written by Sam Tregar, sam@tregar.com with
contributions of many people mentioned there. Their efforts caused
HTML::Template to be mature html tempate engine which separate perl code and
html design. Yet powerful, HTML::Template is slow, especially if mod_perl isn't
available or in case of disk usage and memory limitations.

HTML::Template::Pro is a fast lightweight C/Perl+XS reimplementation of
HTML::Template (as of 2.9) and HTML::Template::Expr (as of 0.0.7). It is not
intended to be a complete replacement, but to be a fast implementation of
HTML::Template if you don't need quering, the extended facility of
HTML::Template. Designed for heavy upload, resource limitations, abcence of
mod_perl.

HTML::Template::Pro has complete support of filters and HTML::Template::Expr's
tag EXPR="<expression>", including user-defined functions and construction
<TMPL_INCLUDE EXPR="...">.

Initial import of www/p5-CGI-Session-Serialize-yaml version 4.26
This package was submited as part of PR pkg/43929 which adds the Koha Integrated Library System
submitted by Edgar Fuß

-------------------------------------

This library can be used by CGI::Session to serialize session data.
It uses YAML, or the faster C implementation, YAML::Syck if it is available.
YAML serializers exist not just for Perl but also other dynamic languages,
such as PHP, Python, and Ruby, so storing session data in this format makes it
easy to share session data across different languages.

YAML is made to be friendly for humans to parse as well as other computer
languages. It creates a format that is easier to read than the default
serializer.

Initial import of textproc/p5-PDF-Reuse-Barcode version 0.06
This package was submited as part of PR pkg/43929 which adds the Koha Integrated Library System
submitted by Edgar Fuß

-------------------------------------

This is a sub-module to PDF::Reuse. It creates barcode "images" to be used in
PDF documents. It uses GD::Barcode and its sub-modules: GD::Barcode::Code39,
COOP2of5, EAN13 and so on, to calculate the barcode pattern. For Code128 it uses
Barcode::Code128.

Normally the barcodes are displayed on a white background and with the
characters under the bars. You can rotate the "image", make it smaller or
bigger, prolong the bars and change the background. (But then, don't forget to
test that your barcode scanner still understands it.)

If you don't change the size of the "image", the bars are approximately 24
pixels high (the guard bars a few pixels longer) and the box/background is 38
pixels high and something like 20 pixels wider than the barcodes. The text
under the bars are 10 pixels high.

Initial import of textproc/p5-PDF-Reuse version 0.35
This package was submited as part of PR pkg/43929 which adds the Koha Integrated Library System
submitted by Edgar Fuß

-------------------------------------

This module could be used when you want to mass produce similar (but not
identical) PDF documents and reuse templates, JavaScripts and some other
components. It is functional to be fast, and to give your programs capacity
to produce many pages per second and very big PDF documents if necessary.

The module produces PDF-1.4 files. Some features of PDF-1.5, like "object
streams" and "cross reference streams", are supported, but only at an
experimental level. More testing is needed. (If you get problems with a new
