Updating editors/p5-Padre from 0.57 to 0.58

pkgsrc changes:

Upstream changes:
0.58 2010.03.08
    - Fixed "Open File In Existing Padre" for non-win32 (PDONELAN)
    - In advanced preferences, display the storage backend name when it is
      default and 'User' is now called 'Overriden' (AZAWAWI)
    - In advanced preferences, display preferences options for non-boolean
      settings (AZAWAWI)
    - In advanced preferences, display a True/False radio button for boolean

    - In advanced preferences, hide bottom controls at startup (AZAWAWI)
    - In advanced preferences, Set button is hidden when it is a boolean.
      True/false radio buttons handle the switch instead (AZAWAWI)
    - Fixed ticket #858 Recent files does not display anything on Padre startup
      (AZAWAWI)
    - Refresh all menus at startup. This prevents "nothing" open mode (i.e. no
      document) from incorrectly showing an enabled menubar (AZAWAWI)
    - Padre::Util::share() can now get the name of a plugin (e.g. 'Perl6') and
      return the share directory of that plugin (SZABGAB)
    - Removed the unused concept of user-configurable menus, which was slowing
      down a ton of different operations that needed a menu refresh (ADAMK)
    - Removed ->refresh calls during the initial menu construction, as we
      will be refresh'ing again anyway at the end of the startup, and thus
      any work done in the menus is completely wasted CPU (ADAMK)
    - Removed the very expensive window list refresh code from the main menu
      refresh method into it's own dedicated refresh method. We can fire
      this directly in the limited number of situations that the notebook
      adds, removed, or renamed documents (ADAMK)
    - Speed up status bar updates (ADAMK, SEWI)
    - Warning editor markers are now actually orange on win32 (AZAWAWI)
    - Landed new and much much faster refresh_windowlist (ADAMK)
    - Fixed ticket #860: Configurable key bindings dialog (AZAWAWI)
    - Added Browse Buttons to External Tools Preference Dialog (PLAVEN)
    - Fixed ticket #863: Continous warnings or prints kill Padre
      (AZAWAWI, KTHAKORE)
    - Bumped Wx::Perl::ProcessStream version requirement to 0.25 (AZAWAWI)
    - Added promised PPI lexer configurable max-length limit for azawawi (ADAMK)
    - Fixed ticket #867: Padre dies when hitting Ctrl-. (AZAWAWI)
    - Fixed ticket #807: F2 is broken (AZAWAWI)
    - Fixed ticket #835: Function list not populated on initial panel showing

Release 0.40 - 7 March, 2010

* this release is very similar to 0.40_3, but now indexable by cpan.

Release 0.40_3 - 18 February, 2010
----------------------------------
* fixed Build.PL with correct build_requirements;
* fixed test to use still not installed library;

Release 0.40_2 - 15 February, 2010
----------------------------------
* merged btparse library into Text::BibTeX code. I am sorry for all
  other languages that might be using this library. For them my
  suggestion is that they make Text::BibTeX as a dependency.
* ported compilation and configuration tools from ExtUtils::MakeMaker
  to Module::Build.
* back on track, trying to make Text::BibTeX work and compile easily
  on main platforms (sorry, for main platforms I assume Linux, Mac OS
  X and Windows running Strawberry Perl).
* Thanks to Philip Kime for continuous poke so I work on this!!

2010-03-09 21:20:24 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

This package provides two scripts that can help administer a mail server
that uses the sendmail Mail Transport Agent (MTA).

* mailqs reads the output from sendmail's mailq(8) command and summarizes
each queue entry, one entry per line. As such, its output is more easily
consumed by other scripts.
* rmmq is a convenience command for removing items from a sendmail queue.
When you run mailq(8) or mailqs, you get a list of sendmail queue IDs.
These queue IDs map to several files in a sendmail queue directory. This
command automatically maps the queue IDs to the files and removes them for you.

Pullup ticket #3046 - requested by martti
mediawiki: security update

Revisions pulled up:
- www/mediawiki/Makefile 1.10
- www/mediawiki/distinfo 1.6
---
Module Name: pkgsrc
Committed By: martti
Date: Tue Mar  9 05:16:42 UTC 2010

Modified Files:
pkgsrc/www/mediawiki: Makefile distinfo

Log Message:
Updated www/mediawiki to 1.15.2

Two security issues were discovered:

A CSS validation issue was discovered which allows editors to display
external images in wiki pages. This is a privacy concern on public
wikis, since a malicious user may link to an image on a server they
control, which would allow that attacker to gather IP addresses and
other information from users of the public wiki. All sites running
publicly-editable MediaWiki installations are advised to upgrade. All
versions of MediaWiki (prior to this one) are affected.

A data leakage vulnerability was discovered in thumb.php which affects
wikis which restrict access to private files using img_auth.php, or
some similar scheme. All versions of MediaWiki since 1.5 are affected.

Deleting thumb.php is a suitable workaround for private wikis which do
not use $wgThumbnailScriptPath or $wgLocalRepo['thumbScriptUrl'].
Alternatively, you can upgrade to MediaWiki 1.15.2 or backport the
patch below to whatever version of MediaWiki you are using.

Updated graphics/png to 1.2.43

(wiz)

2010-03-09 08:41:15 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to 1.2.43:

version 1.2.42beta01 [December 4, 2009]
  Removed "#define PNG_NO_ERROR_NUMBERS" that was inadvertently added
    to pngconf.h in version 1.2.41.
  Revised scripts/makefile.netbsd, makefile.openbsd, and makefile.sco
    to put png.h and pngconf.h in $prefix/include, like the other scripts,
    instead of in $prefix/include/libpng.  Also revised makefile.sco
    to put them in $prefix/include/libpng12 instead of in
    $prefix/include/libpng/libpng12.
  Removed leftover "-DPNG_CONFIGURE_LIBPNG" from scripts/makefile.darwin

version 1.2.42beta02 [December 11, 2009]
  Removed leftover "-DPNG_CONFIGURE_LIBPNG" from contrib/pngminim/*/makefile
  Relocated png_do_chop() to its original position in pngrtran.c. The
    change in version 1.2.41beta08 caused transparency to be handled wrong
    in some 16-bit datastreams (Yusaku Sugai).

version 1.2.42rc01 [December 17, 2009]
  No changes.

version 1.2.42rc02 [December 22, 2009]
  Renamed libpng-pc.in back to libpng.pc.in and revised CMakeLists.txt
    (revising changes made in 1.2.41beta17 and 1.2.41rc01)

version 1.2.42rc03 [December 25, 2009]
  Swapped PNG_UNKNOWN_CHUNKS_SUPPORTED and PNG_HANDLE_AS_UNKNOWN_SUPPORTED
    in pngset.c to be consistent with other changes in version 1.2.38.

version 1.2.42rc04 [January 1, 2010]
  Marked png_memcpy_check() and png_memset_check() PNG_DEPRECATED.
  Updated copyright year.

version 1.2.42rc05 [January 2, 2010]
  Avoid deprecated references to png_ptr-io_ptr and png_ptr->error_ptr
    in pngtest.c

version 1.2.42 and 1.0.52 [January 3, 2010]
  No changes.

version 1.2.43beta01 [January 27, 2010]
  Updated CMakeLists.txt for consistent indentation and to avoid an
    unclosed if-statement warning (Philip Lowman).
  Removed "#ifdef PNG_1_0_X / #endif" surrounding
    PNG_READ_16_TO_8_SUPPORTED and PNG_READ_GRAY_TO_RGB_SUPPORTED
    in pngconf.h.  These were added in libpng-1.2.41beta08 and libpng-1.0.51,
    which introduced a binary incompatibility with libpng-1.0.50.
  Backported new png_decompress_chunk() algorithm from libpng-1.4.1.

version 1.2.43beta02 [February 1, 2010]
  Backported two-pass png_decompress_chunk() algorithm from libpng-1.4.1.

version 1.2.43beta03 [February 6, 2010]
  Backported fast png_push_save_buffer() algorithm from libpng-1.4.1.
  Backported some cosmetic changes from libpng-1.4.1.

version 1.2.43beta04 [February 8, 2010]
  Reverted recent changes to png_push_save-buffer().
  Removed PNGAPI declaration of png_calloc() and png_write_sig() in
    1ibpng-1.2.X, introduced by mistake in libpng-1.2.41.
  Return allocated "old_buffer" in png_push_save_buffer() before png_error()
    to avoid a potential memory leak.

version 1.2.43beta05 [February 8, 2010]
  Ported rewritten png_decompress_chunk() by John Bowler from libpng-1.4.1.

version 1.0.53rc01 and 1.2.43rc01 [February 18, 2010]
  No changes.

version 1.0.53rc02 and 1.2.43rc02 [February 19, 2010]
  Define _ALL_SOURCE in configure.ac, makefile.aix, and CMakeLists.txt
    when using AIX compiler.

version 1.0.53 and 1.2.43 [February 25, 2010]
  Removed unused gzio.c from contrib/pngminim gather and makefile scripts

Changes 5.0.1:
* We believe that we have resolved most of the problems
  concerning canceled or failed jobs being "stuck" in the
  Director.  There is one outstanding problem in the SD when
  canceling jobs that we will fix in the next major release.
  If you see jobs that seem to be stuck, in general issuing
  a cancel command in bconsole should now make them go away.

Directives:
* The default for "Allow Duplicate Jobs" has been changed from
  no to yes.  If you use this directive, please check your
  conf file, and note the next two items!
* AllowHigherDuplicates disabled. It did not work as documented
    and was confusing.
* New directive "CancelLowerLevelDuplicates" See New Features
  section in the manual.
* Truncate on Purge rewritten.  See New Features section in the manual.

* Bug fixes

* Ensure SD asks for help when looping even if poll set.
* Fix three-pool regress bug
* This version fixes an issue where the console window would start out
  docked. It is fixed by initiating the variables in the Pages class wi
  constructor.
* Fix make_catalog_backup.pl fails when catalog db is on other host

2010-03-09 05:16:42 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Changes with Apache 2.2.15

  *) SECURITY: CVE-2009-3555 (cve.mitre.org)
    mod_ssl: A partial fix for the TLS renegotiation prefix injection attack
    by rejecting any client-initiated renegotiations. Forcibly disable
    keepalive for the connection if there is any buffered data readable. Any
    configuration which requires renegotiation for per-directory/location
    access control is still vulnerable, unless using OpenSSL >= 0.9.8l.
    [Joe Orton, Ruediger Pluem, Hartmut Keil <Hartmut.Keil adnovum.ch>]

  *) SECURITY: CVE-2010-0408 (cve.mitre.org)

    when request headers indicate a request body is incoming; not a case of
    HTTP_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.  [Niku Toivola <niku.toivola sulake.com>]

  *) SECURITY: CVE-2010-0425 (cve.mitre.org)
    mod_isapi: Do not unload an isapi .dll module until the request

o  CVE-2010-0728:
  In Samba releases 3.5.0, 3.4.6 and 3.3.11, new code
  was added to fix a problem with Linux asynchronous IO handling.
  This code introduced a bad security flaw on Linux platforms if the
  binaries were built on Linux platforms with libcap support.
  The flaw caused all smbd processes to inherit CAP_DAC_OVERRIDE

Release 2.68 is mostly a bug-fix release; the most important changes are:

* Detect Sys::Syslog vs. Unix::Syslog at run-time
  rather than when running ./configure.
* Bug fix: Don't change Content-Disposition to "inline" by default.
  This was causing weird bugs with Outlook iCalendar attachments.
* Various crash fixes.
* Make relay_is_blacklisted and relay_is_blacklisted_multi handle
  IPv6 addresses.
* Make the C code call smfi_setmlreply if the milter library supports it
  and the Perl code returns a multi-line reply.

Upstream changes:
3.11  2010-03-01 sbeck
* NEW CODE(s)
* Added the IANA domain names to Country
* Fixed a problem that produced warnings with perl 5.11.5.
Jerry D. Hedden
*

3.10  2010-02-18 sbeck
* Moved support files into the Locale::Codes namespace.
* The work done in each of the Locale::XXX modules was
virtually identical to each other. It has all
been moved to a central module and the
Locale::XXX moduels are now just wrappers.
* The XXX_code2code functions would return undef if the
same codeset were passed in for both the 2nd and
3rd arguments. This doesn't make sense and has
been changed.
* Added all semi-private routines (except for the
couple that were already present):
rename_XXX
add_XXX
delete_XXX
add_XXX_alias
delete_XXX_alias
rename_XXX_code
add_XXX_code_alias
delete_XXX_code_alias
* Added "UK" alias. Steve Hay

3.01  2010-02-15 sbeck
* Fixed Makefile.PL and Build.PL to install as core
modules.

3.00  2010-02-10 sbeck
* Took over maintenance of the code
* All codes and country names come from the official
standards
* code2country now returns the name of the country specified
        in the standard (if the different standards refer
        to the country by different variations in the name,
        the results will differe based on the CODESET)
* Added code sets
FIPS 10 country codes
Alpha-3 and Term language codes
Numeric currency codes
* The rename_country funcion from 2.07 would guess the
CODESET (unlike all other functions which used
a default of LOCALE_CODE_ALPHA_2). The guess can
cause problems since (with the addition of FIPS)
codes may appear in different codesets for different
countries. The behavior has been changed to be
the same as other functions (default to
LOCALE_CODE_ALPHA_2).
* Dropped support for _alias_code
* Added language_code2code, currency_code2code

(sno)

2010-03-08 16:28:56 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Importing time/p5-DateTime-TimeZone-HPUX version 1.04. This module is
required to get time/p5-DateTime-TimeZone working well on HP-UX.

This distribution implement detection of the local timezone as defined at
the operating system level, either in $ENV{TZ} or in /etc/TIMEZONE.

HP-UX has its own system for defining timezones. See tztab(4). This is
incompatible with the now common set of timezones known as the Olson DB
that is used by DateTime::TimeZone. This module fixes this hole by
providing the map between the two systems.

Update devel/php-memcache to 2.2.5.

Removed options.mk support, because there is no OpenSSL support in this

  instead of failing the server

- Fixed PECL bug #12883 (Breaks UTF-8 in keys)
- Fixed PECL bug #13060 (make problems, due to role="doc" instead
  of role="src")
- Added package version to phpinfo()

2.2.2
- Fixed PECL bug 12494 (Segmentation fault when Exception thrown in
  the callback function)
- Fixed PECL bug #12834 (segfault when getting duplicate array values
  on 64-bit system)
- Changed behaviour of close() to actually remove all servers from
  pool (PECL bug #12555)
- Added configure option for PEAR installer to disable session handler
  support

2.2.1
- Added argument to Memcache::get() that receives the flags for
  retrieved value(s)
- Fixed PECL bug 11369 ("nested" get calls in __wakeup() functions
  breaks)

  (PECL Bug #11236)
- Fixed incompatibility with standard hash strategy in previous
  versions

2.2.0

  __sleep)
- Fixed PECL bug #10607 (Segfault on array key retrieval when array key

Fix get_passphrase hook to do the correct thing now that the input parameter
is a structure instead of a string.  Should probably change this hook to use
the provided contrib/get_passphrase_from_file.lua file, but I just want to
get things working again for now.  Bump PKGREVISION to 1.
