fluxconf: remove package
The wm/fluxconf package has been dead upstream for over a decade, fails
to build with default pkgsrc settings in most environments (it has of
course continually bit-rotted), and is also actively harmful for users
in some contexts. It doesn't support the current config format that
Fluxbox 1.3 uses, so it will actually corrupt config files.
As discussed on pkgsrc-users:
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-users/2020/01/14/msg030221.html

In some OS environments (e.g., some Linux distros), Python in the base

for this package's intended dependencies in pkgsrc, and so aren't
meant to be included. If someone wants them, they should add them as a

py-music21: add new package
music21 is a set of tools for helping scholars and other active listeners
answer questions about music quickly and simply. If you've ever asked yourself
a question like, "I wonder how often Bach does that" or "I wish I knew which
band was the first to use these chords in this order," or "I'll bet we'd know
more about Renaissance counterpoint (or Indian ragas or post-tonal pitch
structures or the form of minuets) if I could write a program to automatically
write more of them," then music21 can help you with your work.

qemu: fix Linux build in most environments
Addresses PR pkg/54772, reported by and patch tested by Ottavio Caruso.
virtfs-proxy-helper is only built if two development libraries (for
libcap and libattr) are installed, which typically aren't included by
default in Linux distros. Make virtfs support a non-default option that
someone would enable when they expressly want it, and they have first
installed the necessary upstream header packages to support the
compilation of this option.

=====
- Respect the "Working Directory" setting when opening initial window (the
current directory was used instead). (bug #16292)
- Disable "Paste" actions in read-only mode
- Point session manager to desktop file. This means that the session manager
will know the (translated) name and icon for the application. This is visible
e.g. in xfce4-session-settings in the "Current Session" tab. (bug #16121)
- Resolve G_TYPE_INSTANCE_GET_PRIVATE deprecation warning
- Allow to use <Alt> shortcuts when menu mnemonics are disabled - like <Alt>h
which is normally used for "Help" menu. (bug #15989)
- Fix 'Menubar starts shown when set to hidden in properties' (bug #15979)
- Fix invalid geometry on Wayland. Also fixes the issue with increasing the
window size when showing or hiding widgets such as tabbar, toolbar, menubar
on Wayland.
- Fix size increase when the menu is used on Wayland (bug #13938)
- Avoid passing null pointer to g_warning()
- Replace GLib threading functions with their GDK counterparts
- Fix setting a font via the command line (bug #15869)
- Properly apply zoom factor when creating new tab (bug #15785)
- Add icons to "Cancel" and "Paste" buttons
- Fix background color changing when changing focus if "Vary the background
color for each tab" is enabled (bug #15740)
- Revert "Save accelerators map on exit". It turned out that saving accelerators
map on exit prevents users from disabling the Alt+N shortcuts by setting them
to "" in accels.scm. The shortcuts that had been disabled got overridden on
the next launch of the terminal. (bug #16058)
- Allow to unset window urgency hint even if "Visual bell" is disabled (bug
#15729)
- Unmaximize drop-down window when hiding it. This seems to help xfwm4;
otherwise, it won't be able to unmaximize the window once it's shown again.
(bug #15681)
- Allow to use --maximize with drop-down windows
- Search dialog: Make opacity scale unfocusable. This prevents the text entry
from losing focus when the opacity scale is used.
- Fix closing tabs with middle click. This includes switching to last active
tab, allowing to undo close tab, and checking for a running process. (bug
#15687)
- Translation updates: Croatian, English (United Kingdom), Finnish, French,
Galician, Greek, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian Bokm奪l, Portuguese, Slovak,

This looks unusual and is incomplete because there were two distinct
enlightenment packages in different parts of the tree. This package
went from 0.16.x to 1.0.x release numbering, while x11/enlightenment
reflects development that continues to use 0.x release numbering.
This package isn't intended to conflict with or supersede

guile: fix build with GNU texinfo 6.7
GNU texinfo 6.7 fails to parse api-compound.texi because of an
unnecessary non-breaking space character (code point 160). (Whereas
GNU texinfo 6.5 succeeds there, as does the old C source version
bundled with NetBSD's userland.)
utf8 "\xA0" does not map to Unicode at ParserNonXS.pm line 1796, <FH> line 908.
Malformed UTF-8 character: \xa0 (unexpected continuation byte 0xa0, with no
preceding start byte) in pattern match (m//) at ParserNonXS.pm line 3364.
Malformed UTF-8 character (fatal) at ParserNonXS.pm line 3364.
It's simpler to just replace the byte in that source file with an ASCII
space character than attempt to fix the texinfo parsing code (and we're
in a freeze right now, too). This should fix the bulk build failures on
SmartOS and others.

asio: build fix for NetBSD > 9.99.14
Carry over the same patch from the Boost meta-pkg to fix this same
file in this version of the asio implementation. (The patch looks a
little ungainly in isolation, but is simpler than creating multiple
#if/#else blocks in the target file.)
(TBD: this package is likely redundant, as a newer version of it is
subsumed within the Boost libraries. The only package depending on it
is abiword-plugins. At first glance, it appears that abiword-plugins
could simply be patched to reference the Boost namespace for this
functionality. But I haven't confirmed if there are any specific
functional gaps between the two implementations, so I'm making this
quick build fix for now.)

guile22: fix SunOS builds on releases that provide accept4()
Curiously, the only thing stopping this from building was the second
accept4() test in the configure script, which doesn't supply the
necessary linker arguments. Elsewhere, the build configuration does
correctly set those same arguments. On current members of the SunOS
family, this meant it would falsely think accept4() wasn't defined
when it really was, which would then lead to a signature mismatch
during compilation.

wm/enlightenment now installs under "e16" directories, not

match the expected location, and, while here, fix permissions on the

incompatible with that used by E16, so these themes are only relevant
to E16.)
(TBD: these themes are rather old; there are newer supplementary E16
themes provided upstream that should be added, but I'm leaving that for
a separate pass.)

pkgsrc-specific changes:
- add options for pango, a choice of audio back-end, and font
inclusion (which may not be necessary, depending on the target OS)
- enable more modern X11 features
- note correct license
Addresses PR pkg/52952 by Vicente Chaves.
(Quoting the upstream change log would be excessive here, as there's
been twelve years of development since this package was last updated in
pkgsrc. Those interested should simply look at the package's ChangeLog
file.)
(TBD: this package should probably be renamed to "enlightenment16", to
avoid confusion and conflict with x11/enlightenment. These two packages
should be able to co-exist, if desired. This version continues to be
relevant as it's more lightweight and has fewer dependencies.)

licenses & mk/license.mk: add license for Enlightenment 16
Enlightenment 16 uses a modified (non-standard) MIT license that
includes an advertising clause. (This makes it incompatible with the
GPL.) I've named it enlightenment16 to differentiate that Enlightenment
>=17 releases use the 2-Clause BSD. (Enlightenment 16 continues to be
developed independently, and is of current interest to pkgsrc users.)
In some places, this is referred to as the "MIT With Advertising"
license, but I'm not aware of other projects using this variant. If it
becomes more broadly relevant to pkgsrc, we could rename it such.
(This should have been added a long time ago, the wm/enlightenment
package simply has never had a LICENSE variable set. Better late than
never.)

py-webcolors: update to version 1.10
Change log:
Version 1.10, released 2019-09-08
---------------------------------
No bug fixes or new features.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Similar to the change in version 1.9 which normalized conversions to
named colors for `gray`/`grey` to always use the `gray` variant, the
other named grays of CSS3 now normalize to the `gray` spelling. This
affects the following colors: `darkgray`/`darkgrey`,
`darkslategray`/`darkslategrey`, `dimgray`/`dimgrey`,
`lightgray`/`lightgrey`, `lightslategray`/`lightslategrey`,
`slategray`/`slategrey`.
Version 1.9.1, released 2019-06-07
----------------------------------
Bugs fixed
~~~~~~~~~~
* The `__version__` attribute of the installed webcolors module,
although not documented or referenced anywhere, was accidentally not
updated in the 1.9 release. It has now been updated (and now
indicates 1.9.1).
Version 1.9, released 2019-06-01
--------------------------------
No bug fixes.
New features
~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Added :ref:`a set of constants to use when referring to
specifications that define color names <spec-constants>`.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* When asked to provide a color name, using the CSS3/SVG set of names,
for the hexadecimal value `#808080`, the integer triplet `rgb(128,
128, 128)`, or the percentage triplet `rgb(50%, 50%, 50%)`,
webcolors now always returns `u'gray'`, never `u'grey'`. Previously,
the behavior could be inconsistent as it depended on the Python
version in use; `u'gray'` was picked because it was the spelling
variant used in HTML 4, CSS1, and CSS2.
Version 1.8.1, released 2018-02-12
----------------------------------
The 1.8.1 release is a repackaging of 1.8 to produce both source
(.tar.gz) and binary (.whl) package formats, following reports that
the source-package-only release of 1.8 was causing installation issues
for some users. See `issue 6 in the repository
<https://github.com/ubernostrum/webcolors/issues/6>`_ for details.
Version 1.8, released 2018-02-08
--------------------------------
No bug fixes.
New features
~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Added the :class:`~webcolors.IntegerRGB`,
:class:`~webcolors.PercentRGB`, and
:class:`~webcolors.HTML5SimpleColor` named tuples.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Drop support for Python 3.3 (Python core team no longer maintains
3.3).
* Mark support for Python 3.6.
* :ref:`The full verification tests <full-verification>` now run
correctly on Python 3.
Version 1.7, released 2016-11-25
--------------------------------
No new features or bugfixes.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Drop support for Python 2.6 (Python core team no longer maintains
2.6).
* Mark support for Python 3.4.
* On Python 3, the use of :class:`str` for all functions which take
string arguments is now mandatory. Attempted use of :class:`bytes`
will raise an exception. On Python 2, use of bytestrings is still
permitted.
Version 1.5.1, released 2015-11-23
----------------------------------
No new features.
Bug fixes
~~~~~~~~~
* Corrected multiple typos in documentation.
Version 1.5, released 2015-03-07
--------------------------------
No bug fixes.
New features
~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Python 3 support: webcolors now supports Python 3.3.
* Added :ref:`HTML5 color algorithms <html5-algorithms>`.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Packaging improvements.
Change log:

~~~~~~~~~~
* The `__version__` attribute of the installed webcolors module,
although not documented or referenced anywhere, was accidentally not
updated in the 1.9 release. It has now been updated (and now
indicates 1.9.1).
Version 1.9, released 2019-06-01
--------------------------------
No bug fixes.
New features
~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Added :ref:`a set of constants to use when referring to
specifications that define color names <spec-constants>`.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* When asked to provide a color name, using the CSS3/SVG set of names,
for the hexadecimal value `#808080`, the integer triplet `rgb(128,
128, 128)`, or the percentage triplet `rgb(50%, 50%, 50%)`,
webcolors now always returns `u'gray'`, never `u'grey'`. Previously,
the behavior could be inconsistent as it depended on the Python
version in use; `u'gray'` was picked because it was the spelling
variant used in HTML 4, CSS1, and CSS2.
Version 1.8.1, released 2018-02-12
----------------------------------
The 1.8.1 release is a repackaging of 1.8 to produce both source
(.tar.gz) and binary (.whl) package formats, following reports that
the source-package-only release of 1.8 was causing installation issues
for some users. See `issue 6 in the repository
<https://github.com/ubernostrum/webcolors/issues/6>`_ for details.
Version 1.8, released 2018-02-08
--------------------------------
No bug fixes.
New features
~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Added the :class:`~webcolors.IntegerRGB`,
:class:`~webcolors.PercentRGB`, and
:class:`~webcolors.HTML5SimpleColor` named tuples.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Drop support for Python 3.3 (Python core team no longer maintains
3.3).
* Mark support for Python 3.6.
* :ref:`The full verification tests <full-verification>` now run
correctly on Python 3.
Version 1.7, released 2016-11-25
--------------------------------
No new features or bugfixes.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Drop support for Python 2.6 (Python core team no longer maintains
2.6).
* Mark support for Python 3.4.
* On Python 3, the use of :class:`str` for all functions which take
string arguments is now mandatory. Attempted use of :class:`bytes`
will raise an exception. On Python 2, use of bytestrings is still
permitted.
Version 1.5.1, released 2015-11-23
----------------------------------
No new features.
Bug fixes
~~~~~~~~~
* Corrected multiple typos in documentation.
Version 1.5, released 2015-03-07
--------------------------------
No bug fixes.
New features
~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Python 3 support: webcolors now supports Python 3.3.
* Added :ref:`HTML5 color algorithms <html5-algorithms>`.
Other changes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Packaging improvements.
scapy: update to 2.4.3
This latest version of scapy has improved BSD and SunOS support, among
other changes. I've continued our DragonFly support, since we were
already carrying patches for it. (These should be submitted upstream.)
(This also addresses PR pkg/54550, submitted by Gabriel Potter of
scapy. Thanks for the reminder, and for all your work on your project!)
I have tested a pkgsrc build and scapy regression suite in the
following environments:
NetBSD 8.1_STABLE with Python 3.6.9
py-test5: build fix for (non-standard) PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT=27
Move PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE before the inclusion of pyversion.mk,
so it's picked up when needed. (This should address bulk build failures
noted in mef@'s NetBSD 9-BETA builds, where apparently
PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT has been set to "27".)
ghc7: build fix (workaround) for NetBSD 9.x
NetBSD 9.x have libcurses with a newer major version than the
bootstrap kit is linked against. For now, work around this with
bootstrap kits, but that's more involved, and NetBSD 9.x is pre-
release software, so best to leave this off for now.) Thanks to
Greg Troxel for the compat80 hint.
