Import tex-moreverb-2.3 as print/tex-moreverb.

A collection of verbatim facilities that provide line-numbered
verbatim, verbatim that obey's TAB characters, verbatim input and
verbatim output to file.  The package makes use of the LaTeX required
verbatim package.  The package formed from a series of small pieces,
and is somewhat unstructured.  The user who looks for thought-through
verbatim facilities is advised to consider using the fancyvrb package
in place of moreverb.

Import tex-microtype-2.3c as print/tex-microtype.

The package provides a LaTeX interface to pdfTeX's micro-typographic
extensions: character protrusion and font expansion.  The package allows
you to restrict character protrusion and/or font expansion to a certain
set of fonts, or to certain parts of the document (for example, based on
selected language), and to configure micro-typographic aspects of the
fonts in a straight-forward and flexible way.  Settings for various fonts
are provided.  The bundle also provides a letterspace package; this
improves on the alternatives (letterspacing and soul), and also provides
a means of protecting ligatures--notably those in fraktur fonts.

Import tex-koma-script-3.03a as print/tex-koma-script.

The KOMA-Script bundle provides drop-in replacements for the
article/report/book classes with emphasis on typography and
versatility.  There is also a letter class, different from all other
letter classes.  It also offers e.g. a package for calculated type
areas in the way laid down by the typographer Jan Tschichold, a
package for easily changing and defining of page styles, a package for
getting not only the current date but also the name of day and a
package for getting current time.  All these packages may be used not
only with KOMA-Script classes but also with standard classes.  Since
every package has its own version number, the number below is only the
version of scrbook, scrreprt, scrartcl, scrlttr2, and typearea.  These
are the main parts of the bundle.

Import tex-footmisc-5.4a as print/tex-footmisc.

A collection of ways to change the typesetting of footnotes.  The
package provides means of changing the layout of the footnotes
themselves (including setting them in `paragraphs'--the para option),
a way to number footnotes per page (the perpage option), to make
footnotes disappear when an argument moves (stable option) and to deal
with multiple references to footnotes from the same place (multiple
option).  The package also has a range of techniques for labelling
footnotes with symbols rather than numbers.  Some of the functions of
the package are overlap with the functionality of other packages.  The
para option is also provided by the manyfoot and bigfoot packages,
though those are both also portmanteau packages.  (Don't be seduced by
fnpara, whose implementation is improved by the present package.)  The
perpage option is also offered by footnpag and by the rather more
general-purpose perpage.

This package provides user control over the layout of the three basic
list environments: enumerate, itemize, and description.  It supersedes
both enumerate and mdwlist (providing well- structured replacements
for all their funtionality), and in addition provides functions to
compute the layout of labels, and to `clone' the standard
environments, to create new environments with counters of their own.

Update to 3.1415. From the changelog:

* img: Fix extra double quote with alt text. (smcv)
* Updated French debconf templates translation. Closes: #535103
* openid: Support Net::OpenID 2.x when pretty-printing openids. (smcv)
* highlight: Fix utf-8 encoding bug. Closes: #535028
* comment: Make comment directives no longer use the internal
"\_comment" form, and document the comment directive syntax.
* Avoid relying on translators preserving the case when translating
"discussion", which caused Discussion pages to get unwanted
    Discussion links.
* Tighten up matching of bare words inside directives; do not allow
an unterminated triple string to be treated as a series of bare
words. Fixes runaway regexp recursion/backtracking in strange
    situations.
* Setup automator: Check that each plugin added to the generated

names on the RecentChanges page, and urls with spaces being
    handled by the 404 plugin.
* Optimise use of gettext, and avoid ugly warnings if Locale::gettext
    is not available. Closes: #532285
* meta: Add openid delegate parameter to allow delegating only
    openid or openid2.
* Disable the Preferences link if no plugin with an auth hook is enabled.
* Updated French translation. Closes: #532654
* aggregate: Fix storing of changed md5.
* aggregate: Avoid resetting ctime when an item md5 changes.

* debian/control: Add suggests for libhighlight-perl, although that
package is not yet created by Debian's highlight source package.
    (See #529869)
* format: Provide a htmlizefallback hook that other plugins can use
to handle formats that are not suitable for general-purpose
    htmlize hooks. Used by highlight.
* Fix test suite to not rely on an installed copy of ikiwiki after
    underlaydir change. Closes: #530502

Pullup ticket #2804 - by he
mk/bulk/build: robustness improvement

Revisions pulled up:
- mk/bulk/build 1.106
---
Module Name: pkgsrc
Committed By: he
Date: Thu Jul  9 12:46:50 UTC 2009

Modified Files:
pkgsrc/mk/bulk: build

Log Message:
With the most recent pkg_install, directories are removed when the
last file in a directory is removed.  This might cause common and
expected-to-be-existing directories in /usr/pkg to be removed, and
a subsequent attempt at installing a file to the now non-existent
directory will instead create a file with the name of the expected
directory.

This will create PLIST errors for the package in question, but also will
cause the erroneously named file to not be removed on package removal.

This can cause cascading bulk build failures for subsequent packages.
To prevent this, after each package is done, check if some of the
common top-level expected-to-be directories are now files, and
remove them and emit an error message if so.

I *think* I already fixed the single package which had the unfortunate
problem of not declaring "include" as an installation directory, but
this should prevent the problem from re-occurring in the future as well.

Thanks to joerg@ for the hint for pulling in the value of PREFIX.

(obache)

2009-07-09 11:52:31 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update tor to 0.2.0.35.
maintainer update request via PR 41688.

Changes in version 0.2.0.35 - 2009-06-24
  o Security fix:
    - Avoid crashing in the presence of certain malformed descriptors.
Found by lark, and by automated fuzzing.
    - Fix an edge case where a malicious exit relay could convince a
controller that the client's DNS question resolves to an internal IP
address. Bug found and fixed by "optimist"; bugfix on 0.1.2.8-beta.

  o Major bugfixes:
    - Finally fix the bug where dynamic-IP relays disappear when their
IP address changes: directory mirrors were mistakenly telling
them their old address if they asked via begin_dir, so they
never got an accurate answer about their new address, so they
just vanished after a day. For belt-and-suspenders, relays that
don't set Address in their config now avoid using begin_dir for
all direct connections. Should fix bugs 827, 883, and 900.
    - Fix a timing-dependent, allocator-dependent, DNS-related crash bug
that would occur on some exit nodes when DNS failures and timeouts
occurred in certain patterns. Fix for bug 957.

  o Minor bugfixes:
    - When starting with a cache over a few days old, do not leak
memory for the obsolete router descriptors in it. Bugfix on
      0.2.0.33; fixes bug 672.
    - Hidden service clients didn't use a cached service descriptor that
was older than 15 minutes, but wouldn't fetch a new one either,
because there was already one in the cache. Now, fetch a v2
descriptor unless the same descriptor was added to the cache within
the last 15 minutes. Fixes bug 997; reported by Marcus Griep.

Updated x11/x11vnc to 0.9.8

(obache)

2009-07-09 11:17:11 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update x11vnc to 0.9.8.

New in the 0.9.8 x11vnc release:

Better reliability for the Java Viewer applet when connecting
through a Web Proxy via HTTPS.  A proxy hostname
and port can be specified via applet parameters.
Proxy Authentication via Auth-Basic is supported.
More x11vnc printout in -ssl is provided to help
troubleshoot this mode and other ssl connections.

Stability improvements to -threads mode. Running x11vnc this
way is more reliable now. Threaded operation sometimes
gives better interactive response and faster updates. The
threaded mode now supports multiple VNC viewers using
the same VNC encoding (some only on Linux or enabled
at build time.)  The threaded mode can also yield
a performance enhancement in the many client case
(e.g. class-room broadcast.) We have tested with 30 to
50 simultaneous clients.  See also -reflect.

  miscellaneous new features and changes:

x11vnc automatically tries to work around an Xorg server bug
involving infinitely repeating keys when turning off key
repeating. Use -repeat if the automatic workaround fails.
                Also, the environment variable X11VNC_IDLE_TIMEOUT
                (seconds) is provided.

In -reflect mode the environment variable X11VNC_REFLECT_PASSWORD
                is provided.

The -clip mode works under -rawfb.

The -nounixpw option can disable unixpw mode if an earlier option
                enables it (e.g. -svc).

Scroll detection is skipped for windows with 'OpenOffice' in
                their name.

Update "libtorrent" package to version 0.12.4 and "rtorrent" package
to version 0.8.4. Changes since 0.12.2 respectively 0.8.2:
- Fixed EINTR handling in execute command.
- Fixed a couple of memory leaks in xmlrpc.cc.
- Initial seeding support added.
- Added a work-around for the stdin kqueue bug in MacOSX.
- Numerous bug-fixes and patches.
- Work-around for OpenBSD's broken sys/event.h, which fails to compile
if it's the first (or only) included header. (Ticket #1470)
- Fixes compilation with old libcurl versions. (Ticket #1471)
- Fix compile error on systems that lack mincore(2).
- Fixes a crash in epoll due to libcurl/c-ares bug:
  PollEPoll::modify(...) epoll_ctl call failed.
- Enforce an http transfer timeout when libcurl fails to honor
it. Also set a 5-minute timeout for (previously unlimited) torrent
transfers and fixes the argument type for curl_easy_setopt values.
- Allows bandwidth throttles to work without floating point support.
- Added the 'd.add_peer=host[:port]' command to manually add a peer
(not for torrents marked "private"), port 6881 is the default.
- Allows banning the selected peer with "B". No unbanning is possible
  yet.
- Added system.method.{insert,erase} commands that allows
  user-specified commands. E.g "system.method.insert=foo,print=Bar".
- Differentiate between commands that have no target, and those that
take generic targets, when using XMLRPC.
- Added 'event.download.inserted_{new,session}' that are triggered
when a new or a session torrent is added. Ticket #1516.
- Added 'system.method.get', 'ui.current_view.set' and 'group.insert'
  commands.
- Enabled different ratio settings for different groups of
  downloads.
- Added 'view.persistance' command that makes downloads inserted into
that view persist across sessions. Only call on user-created views.
- Added 'ratio.*' commands that call the 'group.seeding.ratio.*'

- Changed torrent::DownloadList::close_directly() so doesn't save the
session if the underlying file/directory has been moved or
removed. This change, in addition to calling 'd.set_directory=' before
'execute=mv,...', as previously shown in the examples, will make
rtorrent behave correctly when 'check_hash=no' is set.

pkgsrc changes:
  - Updating package for p5 module Net::DNS::SEC from 0.14nb1 to 0.15
  - Adjusting / reordering dependencies according to META.yml

Upstream changes:
***0.15 December 31, 2008

Fix: digestbin not set when an empty value passed to hash.

Feature: Added DLV (rfcc 4431). The RR object is simply a clone of
the DS RR and inherits ... everything

  Feature: Added NSEC3 and NSEC3PARAM support (RFC5155).
This adds Mime::Base32 to the module dependency list.
The RR type was still experimental at that time and is maintained
  in Net::DNS::RR.

Fix: Test script recognizes change in Time::Local. Note that
Time::Local does not deal with dates beyond 03:14:07 UTC on
Tuesday, 19 January 2038. Therefore this code has a year 2038
  problem.

Fix: DS create_from_hash now produces objects that can create
  wireformat.

Other: minor changes to the debug statements
added t/05-rr.t (and identified a couple of bugs using it)

Fix: a few inconsistencies with respect to parsing of trailing dots.

During development the test signatures generated with the BIND tools
were re-generated in order to troubleshoot a bug that (most
probably) was caused by a version incompatibility between Net::DNS
and Net::DNS::SEC.  Before release the original test from the 0.14
release were ran against this version too.
