py-borgbackup: update to 1.2.4.

Version 1.2.4 (2023-03-24)
--------------------------

New features:

- import-tar: add --ignore-zeros to process concatenated tars, #7432.
- debug id-hash: computes file/chunk content id-hash, #7406
- diff: --content-only does not show mode/ctime/mtime changes, #7248
- diff: JSON strings in diff output are now sorted alphabetically

Bug fixes:

- xattrs: fix namespace processing on FreeBSD, #6997
- diff: fix path related bug seen when addressing deferred items.
- debug get-obj/put-obj: always give chunkid as cli param, see #7290
  (this is an incompatible change, see also borg debug id-hash)
- extract: fix mtime when ResourceFork xattr is set (macOS specific), #7234
- recreate: without --chunker-params, do not re-chunk, #7337
- recreate: when --target is given, do not detect "nothing to do".
  use case: borg recreate -a src --target dst can be used to make a copy
  of an archive inside the same repository, #7254.
- set .hardlink_master for ALL hardlinkable items, #7175
- locking: fix host, pid, tid order.
  tid (thread id) must be parsed as hex from lock file name.
- update development.lock.txt, including a setuptools security fix, #7227

Other changes:

- requirements: allow msgpack 1.0.5 also
- upgrade Cython to 0.29.33
- hashindex minor fixes, refactor, tweaks, tests
- use os.replace not os.rename
- remove BORG_LIBB2_PREFIX (not used any more)
- docs:

  - BORG_KEY_FILE: clarify docs, #7444
  - update FAQ about locale/unicode issues, #6999
  - improve mount options rendering, #7359
  - make timestamps in manual pages reproducible
  - installation: update Fedora in distribution list, #7357
- tests:

  - fix test_size_on_disk_accurate for large st_blksize, #7250
  - add same_ts_ns function and use it for relaxed timestamp comparisons
  - "auto" compressor tests: don't assume a specific size,
    do not assume zlib is better than lz4, #7363
  - add test for extracted directory mtime
- vagrant:

  - upgrade local freebsd 12.1 box -> generic/freebsd13 box (13.1)
  - use pythons > 3.8 which work on freebsd 13.1
  - pyenv: also install python 3.11.1 for testing
  - pyenv: use python 3.10.1, 3.10.0 build is broken on freebsd

Version 1.2.3 (2022-12-24)
--------------------------

Fixes:

- create: fix --list --dry-run output for directories, #7209
- diff/recreate: normalize chunker params before comparing them, #7079

- xattrs: improve error handling, #6988
- fix args.paths related argparsing, #6994
- archive.save(): always use metadata from stats (e.g. nfiles, size, ...), #7072

xz: updated to 5.4.2

5.4.2 (2023-03-18)

* All fixes from 5.2.11 that were not included in 5.4.1.

* If xz is built with support for the Capsicum sandbox but running
  in an environment that doesn't support Capsicum, xz now runs
  normally without sandboxing instead of exiting with an error.

* liblzma:

    - Documentation was updated to improve the style, consistency,
      and completeness of the liblzma API headers.

    - The Doxygen-generated HTML documentation for the liblzma API
      header files is now included in the source release and is
      installed as part of "make install". All JavaScript is
      removed to simplify license compliance and to reduce the
      install size.

    - Fixed a minor bug in lzma_str_from_filters() that produced
      too many filters in the output string instead of reporting
      an error if the input array had more than four filters. This
      bug did not affect xz.

* Build systems:

    - autogen.sh now invokes the doxygen tool via the new wrapper
      script doxygen/update-doxygen, unless the command line option
      --no-doxygen is used.

    - Added microlzma_encoder.c and microlzma_decoder.c to the
      VS project files for Windows and to the CMake build. These
      should have been included in 5.3.2alpha.

* Tests:

    - Added a test to the CMake build that was forgotten in the
      previous release.

    - Added and refactored a few tests.

* Translations:

    - Updated the Brazilian Portuguese translation.

    - Added Brazilian Portuguese man page translation.

curl: update to 8.0.0.

Exactly one month since the previous release, we are happy to give
you curl 8.0.0 released on curl窶冱 official 25th birthday.

This a major version number bump but without any ground-breaking
changes or fireworks. We decided it was about time to reset the
minor number down to more a manageable level and doing it exactly
on curl窶冱 25th birthday made it extra fun. There is no API nor ABI
break in this version.

We disclose six new vulnerabilities today, five of them at severity
Low and one of them at Medium.

exorcism: Remove USE_LANGUAGES and adjust distfile handling

- Using empty USE_LANGUAGES at least for Go 1.20.x is problematic because
  runtime/cgo and probably other modules actually needs a C compiler (build
  fails without it too)
- Set a non-generic DISTNAME to avoid possible conflicts (there could be several
  `cli' distfiles, they can eventually conflicts eachother and we can eventually
  avoid that via DIST_SUBDIR or just by setting DISTNAME (that's simpler))

doc: Updated devel/git-branchless to 0.7.1

(pin)

2023-03-17 21:20:59 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

devel/git-branchless: update to 0.7.1

[0.7.1] - 2023-03-13

Added
- (#830) Added `git branchless install-man-pages` command to generate and
  install man-pages.

Fixed
- (#844) Fixed build for NetBSD.

[0.7.0] - 2023-03-01
Added
- (#646) `git amend` now supports a `--reparent` option to adjust the contents
  of a commit while keeping the children commits exactly the same.
- (#686) `git branchless init` will now populate the internal commit graph
  structure, rather than waiting for the first invocation of a `git branchless`
  subcommand.
- (#725) Added `siblings()` revset function to determine the siblings of a
  given commit.
- (#725) Added an `-I`/`--insert` option to `git record` to insert the new
  commit before all of the current commit's children.
- (#763) Added a `-d`/`--detach` option to `git branchless switch` to switch to
  to a branch without checking it out.
- (#766) Added a `git test fix` subcommand to apply formatters/linters/etc.
  to a set of commits.
- (#777) Added the `--search` option to `git test run` to search a set of
  commits using linear or binary search for the first commit(s) which cause
  the tests to fail.
- (#777) `git test run` now aborts the overall test run when a test returns
  exit code `127`.
- (#777) `git test run` now sets the `BRANCHLESS_TEST_COMMIT` and
  `BRANCHLESS_TEST_COMMAND` environment variables when running the test command.
- (#785) Added `tests.passed()`, `tests.failed()`, and `tests.fixable()`
  revset functions, whose results are populated by `git test`.
- (#790) Added the `--reverse` option to `git smartlog`.

Changed
- (#730) BREAKING: The default revset for `git reword` is now `stack() | @`
  instead of `@`, to simultaneously reword all commits in the current stack.
- (#763) BREAKING: `git branchless switch` no longer implicitly opens the
  interactive commit selector when no target is provided. You must explicitly
  pass `-i`/`--interactive` to do so.
- (#801) BREAKING: The parameter to `git record` has been renamed from
  `-b`/`--branch` to `-c`/`--create`.
- (#685) `git submit` now colorizes the names of the affected branches.
- (#763) Running `git branchless switch` with no arguments will switch to the
  branch associate with the current commit, if there is exactly one such branch
  and the `branchless.navigation.autoSwitchBranches` configuration variable is
  set to `true`.
- (#791) The name for the temporary file created by `git reword` is now of the
  form `COMMIT_EDITMSG-*.txt`, which your editor can use to detect it as a Git
  commit message file.
- (#811) The styling for `git test` progress and output has been changed.

Fixed
- (#646) Adjusted messaging during merge conflicts with `git move --in-memory`
  to be more accurate.
- (#647) `git test run` now recovers from previously-failed tests instead of
  failing indefinitely in future runs.
- (#670) `git submit` no longer force-pushes the current branch in the
  circumstance that all branches are currently up-to-date.
- (#688) `git amend` now respects the `--merge` option.
- (#722) `git reword` now supports invoking editors with spaces in their names.
- (#724) `git branchless init` now installs a `post-applypatch` hook, for
  users of `git am`.
- (#742) `git branchless init` now respects a leading `~` in the
  `core.hooksPath` configuration variable.
- (#743) `git sync`, etc. now correctly clean up remote branch information for
  branches which have been merged upstream. Previously, the remote branch
  information would be left behind, which would cause future branches with the
  same names to incorrectly become associated with the old remote branch.
- (#764) `git sync` will no longer attempt to resolve merge conflicts unless
  you pass `--merge`. Previously, this could happen when attempting to sync
  merge commits.

doc: Updated devel/mold to 1.11.0

(fcambus)

2023-03-17 16:33:52 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

mold: update to 1.11.0.

New features:

- IBM Power10 has been supported. Previously, mold created broken
  executables for that target.
- --hash-style=none has been added to cancel --hash-style=sysv,
  --hash-style=gnu or --hash-style=both.
- [ARM32] R_ARM_PLT32 relocation type has been supported.
- [RISC-V] R_RISCV_PLT32 relocation type has been supported.

Bug fixes and compatibility improvements:

- Previous versions of mold failed to link some programs in rare corner
  cases if Link-Time Optimization (LTO) is enabled. These bugs have been
  fixed.
- mold used to ignore dependencies between DSOs. Since this version, if
  a required DSO depends on other as-needed DSO, mold keeps the latter
  DSO as a required one. This improves compatibility with GNU linkers.
- [x86-64] mold can now link object files generated by old buggy versions
  of GCC.
- [x86-64] Previously, a program with a very large .bss section may fail
  to link due to R_X86_64_REX_GOTPCRELX relocation overflow. This bug has
  been fixed.

www/squid5: update to 5.8

Squid 5.8 (2023-03-01)

This release is a bug fix release resolving several issues
found in the prior Squid-5 releases.

The major changes to be aware of:

* Bug 5162: mgr:index URL do not produce MGR_INDEX template

This bug shows up as Squid producing just the text "mgr_index" instead
of the intended template contents when the cache manager API is
requested. Breaking the use of third-party cache management tools and
also cachemgr.cgi auto-detection of support for those tools.

* Bug 5241: Block all non-localhost requests by default

This release changes the default squid.conf to disable the rule:

http_access allow localnet

This change affects new Squid installs only.

* Bug 5241: Block to-localhost, to-link-local requests by default

This release adds a predefined ACL named "to_linklocal" which matches
traffic attempting to access link-local network services. Such traffic
can be a problem for proxy operating within Cloud services or
container hosting.

Squid installations which have enabled:

http_access deny to_localhost

May wish to also enable:

http_access deny to_linklocal

security/sudo: update to 1.9.13p3

Major changes between sudo 1.9.13p3 and 1.9.13p2:

* Fixed a bug introduced in sudo 1.9.13 that caused a syntax error
  when "list" was used as a user or host name.  GitHub issue #246.

* Fixed a bug that could cause sudo to hang when running a command
  in a pseudo-terminal when there is still input buffered after a
  command has exited.

* Fixed "sudo -U otheruser -l command".  This is a regression in
  sudo 1.9.13.  GitHub issue #248.

* Fixed "sudo -l command args" when matching a command in sudoers
  with command line arguments.  This is a regression in sudo 1.9.13.
  GitHub issue #249.

net/bind918: update to 9.18.13

--- 9.18.13 released ---

6120. [bug] Use two pairs of dns_db_t and dns_dbversion_t in a
catalog zone structure to avoid a race between the
dns__catz_update_cb() and dns_catz_dbupdate_callback()
functions. [GL #3907]

6119. [bug] Make sure to revert the reconfigured zones to the
previous version of the view, when the new view
reconfiguration fails during the configuration of
one of the configured zones. [GL #3911]

6116. [bug] Fix error path cleanup issues in dns_catz_new_zones()
and dns_catz_new_zone() functions. [GL #3900]

6115. [bug] Unregister db update notify callback before detaching
from the previous db inside the catz update notify
callback. [GL #3777]

6114. [func] Run the catalog zone update process on the offload
threads. [GL #3881]

6113. [func] Add shutdown signaling for catalog zones. [GL !7571]

6112. [func] Add reference count tracing for dns_catz_zone_t and
dns_catz_zones_t. [GL !7570]

6105. [bug] Detach 'rpzs' and 'catzs' from the previous view in
configure_rpz() and configure_catz(), respectively,
just after attaching it to the new view. [GL #3880]

6098. [test] Don't test HMAC-MD5 when not supported by libcrypto.
[GL #3871]

6096. [bug] Fix RPZ reference counting error on shutdown in
dns__rpz_timer_cb(). [GL #3866]

6095. [test] Test various 'islands of trust' configurations when
using managed keys. [GL #3662]

6094. [bug] Building against (or running with) libuv versions
1.35.0 and 1.36.0 is now a fatal error.  The rules for
mixing and matching compile-time and run-time libuv
versions have been tightened for libuv versions between
1.35.0 and 1.40.0. [GL #3840]

6092. [bug] dnssec-cds failed to cleanup properly. [GL #3831]

6089. [bug] Source ports configured for query-source,
transfer-source, etc, were being ignored. (This
feature is deprecated, but it is not yet removed,
so the bug still needed fixing.) [GL #3790]

doc: Updated net/nagios-plugins to 2.4.3

(jperkin)

2023-03-17 12:44:15 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

nagios-plugins: Revert nagios-plugin-spamd change.

It only DEPENDS on nagios-plugins, it does not use Makefile.common.

(jperkin)

2023-03-17 12:40:34 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

nagios-plugins: Update to 2.4.3.

The distribution includes a broken NEWS file that refers to a non-existant
version 2.3.4, and a ChangeLog that has not been updated since 2020, so it is
assumed that the following changes are in this release, even though the version
number is wrong.  This update is primarily for the Solaris build fix.

2.3.4 ????-??-??
        pst3.c: Fix build issue on Solaris (#537)
        check_log: Fix error message for systems that don't use bash (#539)

doc: Updated net/nagios-base to 4.4.10

(jperkin)

2023-03-17 11:51:34 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

nagios-base: Update to 4.4.10.

Primarily came here to fix builds on systems where SSL is not in base, as the
configure script aborts if it can't find SSL, however we might as well update
to the latest version while here.  SSL support is now properly optional.

4.4.10 - 2023-01-17
-------------------
FIXES
* Fix memory leak in nagiostats.c when using -c, -s, -d, or -D multiple times (#888)
* Improve service scheduling at startup (#887)
* Improve compilation/reduce warnings when using Clang 16 (#889)
* Improve compilation on other, stricter C99 compilers (#890)
