mail/rspamd: fix DMARC report on NetBSD

Fix DMARC report on NetBSD.

os.date() require integer as second argument but get_date() returns
float on NetBSD.  So, convert return value of get_date() to integer.

Without this change, data required for DMARC report would not be stored to
Redis.

This fix is provided from Yoshitaka Tokugawa <toku at tokugawa.org>.

doc: Updated devel/libgit2 to 1.8.1

(wiz)

2024-05-16 11:12:00 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

libgit2: update to 1.8.1.

This release primarily includes straightforward bugfixes, as well
as new functionality to have more control over the HTTP User-Agent
header. However, there is an API change from v1.8 that was required
for cross-platform compatibility.

In v1.8, libgit2 introduced the report_unchanged member in the
git_fetch_options structure. We mistakenly introduced this as a
bitfield, which is not suitable for our public API. To correct this
mistake, we have removed the report_unchanged member. To support
the report unchanged tips option, users can set the update_fetchhead
member to include the GIT_REMOTE_UPDATE_REPORT_UNCHANGED value.

The libgit2 projects regrets the API change, but this was required
to support cross-platform compatibility.

There are many media players around these days, it's true. What's
missing from most players is a user interface that doesn't get in
the way of the user. How many buttons do you have to press for
simply adding some new tracks to the playlist? Amarok tries to be
a little different, providing a simple drag and drop interface that
really makes playlist handling easy.

* Quick and simple drag and drop playlist creation
* Music library
* Cross platform: Support for Unix, MacOS X and Windows
* Plays all audio formats known to man
* Cover art download using Last.fm services
* Automatic play-statistics generation (iRate style)
* Full lyrics download
* Learn about your music with integrated Wikipedia
* Full Last.fm support
* gpodder.net support
* Configurable on screen display for track changes
* Podcast support
* iPod support, as well as other media players
* Powerful scripting interface
* Integration with Plasma and KDE Applications
* Integration with multiple web sources including Magnatune,
  Ampache, and others.

(wiz)

2024-05-15 21:00:43 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

mupdf: update to 1.24.0.

List of changes in MuPDF 1.24

Error handling changes:

You must call pdf_report_error in the final fz_catch. Any
unreported errors will be automatically reported when a new
error is raised, or when closing the fitz context.

New formats:

Read Office (XML) files! We internally open and convert
docx/pptx/xlsx documents to HTML to allow reading the plain
text content. The exact layout will NOT be preserved.

Optional compile time option to use libarchive for reading CBR
and other archive formats.

Read plain text documents.

Read gzipped files directly.

Open and read FDF files to support importing annotations or
form data using the low-level PDF functions. There are no tools
for this yet.

Read CFB (Compound File Binary) format archives -- used for the
Office formats.

Write images as JPEG2000.

New tools and features:

mutool bake (and associated functions) to bake appearance of
annotations and forms into static content.

Font subsetting flag to mutool clean (EXPERIMENTAL FEATURE).

Option to use ObjStms when writing PDF files.

Compression effort option when writing PDF files.

Add option to control how line art is affected by redaction.
Add more options to control how images are affected by
redaction (remove-unless-invisible).

Fix up q/Q gstate balance when cleaning content streams.

New functions and types:

pdf_rearrange_pages to subset or re-order pages in a PDF file.

fz_invert_bitmap to invert monochrome bitmaps.

fz_compressed_image_type to query the format of a compressed
image.

fz_text_decoder to convert various legacy and CJK encodings
into UTF-8.

More helper functions to easily manipulate PDF objects in C.

Add flag to control fz_place_story overflow behavior when the
text doesn't fit into the box.

New archive handlers can be added at runtime.

Major bug fixes and improvements:

Support using Art, Bleed, Media, and Trim boxes for PDF page
size.

Support ActualText in PDF! No more strange text extraction when
the file uses ActualText to patch over bad font encodings.

Add special TrueType fallback encoding CMap for a specific
flavor of broken PDF files that use an "identity" encoding
without embedding the font.

Limited "transfer function" support in PDF. Transfer functions
are a deprecated legacy PDF feature that predates proper color
management. They were intended to provide limited color
management such as applying a gamma curve. Transfer functions
have often been (ab)-used to invert images, and many PDF
creators use them when writing softmask images. We have added
support for this case only.

Box drawing characters added to fonts for HTML and plain text
documents.

Write more compact PDF files (removed some unneccessary
whitespace).

Improved selection behavior for non-axis aligned text.

Improved heuristics for detecting the logical and visual order
of RTL text in PDF.

Improved heuristics for inserting missing spaces in PDF text.

Improved handling of CMYK JPEG files (which ones are inverted
and which are not).

Improved content type detection. Don't assume everything is PDF
when we can't recognize it.

Removed deprecated functions:
pdf_check_signature

doc: Updated devel/mold to 2.31.0

(ktnb)

2024-05-15 13:02:04 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

mold: update to 2.31.0

Packaging changes:
- removed CMakeLists patch as it is no longer necessary

Upstream changes:
2.30.0 -> 2.30.1:
New Features:
- Up to 10% faster when linking very large, debug info-enabled
  executables
- `-z start-stop-visibility=hidden` is now supported so that
  linker-synthesized __start_<section-name> and
  __stop_<section-name> symbols can be completely hidden from other
  ELF modules.
- -Bsymbolic-non-weak and -Bsymbolic-non-weak-functions options
  are now supported for compatibility with LLVM lld. Just like lld,
  these options control which symbols are exported as dynamic
  symbols. -Bsymbolic-non-weak makes the linker to export only weak
  symbols, whereas -Bsymbolic-non-weak-functions makes it to export
  only weak function symbols.
Bug Fixes:
- if a linker script contains a newline character in the beginning
  four bytes of a file, it was not recognized as a linker script.
- the INPUT linker script command may have found a different file
  than GNU ld would
- Fixed the --repro option from produced corrupted tar files

https://github.com/rui314/mold/releases/tag/v2.30.1

2.4.1 -> 2.30.0:
Housekeeping:
- Version change to avoid GNU libtool from mistaking mold 2.4.1 for
  GNU ld 2.4.1
- Sections with unknown section types are now reported as errors.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed having inserted an unnecessary gap before the .bss section in
  an output file, thereby creating an extra segment for it.
- Fixed failing with the "ConcurrentMap is full" error message if
  --gdb-index was used.
- Suppressed warnings for generating an excessive number of
  "ignoring .llvm_addrsig section without sh_link".

https://github.com/rui314/mold/releases/tag/v2.30.0

2.4.0 -> 2.4.1:
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed promoting weak dynamic symbols to strong ones under a rare
  circumstance, which caused "undefined symbol" error at runtime.
- If two or more VERSION clauses in a version script match to the
  same symbol, the first one took precedence. This was incompatible
  with GNU ld, which gives the last one the highest priority,
  causing a Qt library link failure
- By default, we demangle symbols in error messages so that they are
  easier to read. Previously, Rust symbols could accidentally be
  demangled as C++ symbols. Now, mold attempts to demangle symbols as
  Rust ones only for object files created by rustc

https://github.com/rui314/mold/releases/tag/v2.4.1

2.3.3 -> 2.4.0:
New Features:
- added the --spare-program-headers=<number> option
- `-z rewrite-endbr` option rewrites superflous endbr64 instructions
  with nop as a countermeasure against control-flow highjacking
  attacks.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed not handling object files containing multiple .eh_frame
  sections
- `mold -run <command>` is an easy way to run the given command with
  a virtual environment in which the ld command is replaced with
  mold.
- Fixed the production of non-working executables on a rare occasion
  when all thread-local variables lacked an initial value and the
  read-only data required alignment equal to or greater than the page
  size.
- Fixed possible assignment to a different symbol version to a symbol
- Recent versions of LLVM emit a machine code sequence for TLSDESC
  thread-local variables that would be mis-optimized.

2024-05-15 13:00:30 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

py-diffoscope: update to version 266

Changelog:

Version 266 includes the following changes:

[ Chris Lamb ]
* Use "xz --list" to supplement the output when comparing .xz archives;
essential when some underlying metadata differs. (Closes: #1069329)
* Actually append the xz --list after the container differences, as it
simplifies tests and the output.
* Add 7zip to <!nocheck> Build-Depends in debian/control.
* Update copyright years.

[ James Addison ]
* Maintain an in-header boolean state to determine whether to drop
from-file/to-file lines. This fixes an issue where HTML differences were
being inadvertendly neglected. (Closes: reproducible-builds/diffoscope#372)

Version 265 includes the following changes:

[ Chris Lamb ]
* Ensure that tests with ">=" version constraints actually print the
corresponding tool name. (Closes: reproducible-builds/diffoscope#370)
* Prevent odt2txt tests from always being skipped due to an impossibly new
version requirement. (Closes: reproducible-builds/diffoscope#369)
* Avoid nested parens-in-parens when printing "skipping…" messages
in the testsuite.

py-scikit-build-core: updated to 0.9.4

Version 0.9.4

This version supports the newly available free-threading variant of Python
3.13b1 (mostly related to skipping the stable ABI). We test this via the
manylinux/musllinux images. There's also a new feature requested by third-party
packagers; the ability to pass args directly to the build tool

Features:

- Add `build.tool-args`

Fixes:

- Support free-threaded builds of Python 3.13+
- Slightly better stable ABI behavior using PyPy

Documentation:

- Fix example of configuration overrides in configuration.md
- Update stable ABI instructions

CI and testing:

- Use pylint 3.2, gha reporter
- Some minor improvements to running tests on some systems

go: do not unpack go modules by default

Before this change, they were unpacked into ${WRKDIR}, but the actual build
process started from the zip archives again, leading to two copies of the
files on disk; even worse, you could assume the extracted sources were
used and could be patched.

Now, only the main tar.gz will be extracted into ${WRKDIR} and other
files need to be added to GO_MODULE_EXTRACT to be extracted.

Adapt the couple packages that already patch go sources, or need other
files extracted.

With help from bsiegert, thanks!

py-scrapy: updated to 2.11.2

Scrapy 2.11.2 (2024-05-14)
--------------------------

Security bug fixes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-  Redirects to non-HTTP protocols are no longer followed. Please, see the
    `23j4-mw76-5v7h security advisory`_ for more information. (:issue:`457`)
    .. _23j4-mw76-5v7h security advisory: https://github.com/scrapy/scrapy/security/advisories/GHSA-23j4-mw76-5v7h
-  The ``Authorization`` header is now dropped on redirects to a different
    scheme (``http://`` or ``https://``) or port, even if the domain is the
    same. Please, see the `4qqq-9vqf-3h3f security advisory`_ for more
    information.
    .. _4qqq-9vqf-3h3f security advisory: https://github.com/scrapy/scrapy/security/advisories/GHSA-4qqq-9vqf-3h3f
-  When using system proxy settings that are different for ``http://`` and
    ``https://``, redirects to a different URL scheme will now also trigger the
    corresponding change in proxy settings for the redirected request. Please,
    see the `jm3v-qxmh-hxwv security advisory`_ for more information.
    (:issue:`767`)
    .. _jm3v-qxmh-hxwv security advisory: https://github.com/scrapy/scrapy/security/advisories/GHSA-jm3v-qxmh-hxwv
-  :attr:`Spider.allowed_domains <scrapy.Spider.allowed_domains>` is now
    enforced for all requests, and not only requests from spider callbacks.
    (:issue:`1042`, :issue:`2241`, :issue:`6358`)
-  :func:`~scrapy.utils.iterators.xmliter_lxml` no longer resolves XML
    entities. (:issue:`6265`)
-  defusedxml_ is now used to make
    :class:`scrapy.http.request.rpc.XmlRpcRequest` more secure.
    (:issue:`6250`, :issue:`6251`)
    .. _defusedxml: https://github.com/tiran/defusedxml
Bug fixes
~~~~~~~~~

-  Restored support for brotlipy_, which had been dropped in Scrapy 2.11.1 in
    favor of brotli_. (:issue:`6261`)

    .. _brotli: https://github.com/google/brotli

    .. note:: brotlipy is deprecated, both in Scrapy and upstream. Use brotli
        instead if you can.

-  Make :setting:`METAREFRESH_IGNORE_TAGS` ``["noscript"]`` by default. This
    prevents
    :class:`~scrapy.downloadermiddlewares.redirect.MetaRefreshMiddleware` from
    following redirects that would not be followed by web browsers with
    JavaScript enabled. (:issue:`6342`, :issue:`6347`)

-  During :ref:`feed export <topics-feed-exports>`, do not close the
    underlying file from :ref:`built-in post-processing plugins
    <builtin-plugins>`.
    (:issue:`5932`, :issue:`6178`, :issue:`6239`)

-  :class:`LinkExtractor <scrapy.linkextractors.lxmlhtml.LxmlLinkExtractor>`
    now properly applies the ``unique`` and ``canonicalize`` parameters.
    (:issue:`3273`, :issue:`6221`)

-  Do not initialize the scheduler disk queue if :setting:`JOBDIR` is an empty
    string. (:issue:`6121`, :issue:`6124`)

-  Fix :attr:`Spider.logger <scrapy.Spider.logger>` not logging custom extra
    information. (:issue:`6323`, :issue:`6324`)

-  ``robots.txt`` files with a non-UTF-8 encoding no longer prevent parsing
    the UTF-8-compatible (e.g. ASCII) parts of the document.
    (:issue:`6292`, :issue:`6298`)

-  :meth:`scrapy.http.cookies.WrappedRequest.get_header` no longer raises an
    exception if ``default`` is ``None``.
    (:issue:`6308`, :issue:`6310`)

-  :class:`~scrapy.selector.Selector` now uses
    :func:`scrapy.utils.response.get_base_url` to determine the base URL of a
    given :class:`~scrapy.http.Response`. (:issue:`6265`)

-  The :meth:`media_to_download` method of :ref:`media pipelines
    <topics-media-pipeline>` now logs exceptions before stripping them.
    (:issue:`5067`, :issue:`5068`)

-  When passing a callback to the :command:`parse` command, build the callback
    callable with the right signature.
    (:issue:`6182`)

Documentation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-  Add a FAQ entry about :ref:`creating blank requests <faq-blank-request>`.
    (:issue:`6203`, :issue:`6208`)
-  Document that :attr:`scrapy.selector.Selector.type` can be ``"json"``.
