libgit2: update to 1.8.1.

This release primarily includes straightforward bugfixes, as well
as new functionality to have more control over the HTTP User-Agent
header. However, there is an API change from v1.8 that was required
for cross-platform compatibility.

In v1.8, libgit2 introduced the report_unchanged member in the
git_fetch_options structure. We mistakenly introduced this as a
bitfield, which is not suitable for our public API. To correct this
mistake, we have removed the report_unchanged member. To support
the report unchanged tips option, users can set the update_fetchhead
member to include the GIT_REMOTE_UPDATE_REPORT_UNCHANGED value.

The libgit2 projects regrets the API change, but this was required
to support cross-platform compatibility.

flavor of broken PDF files that use an "identity" encoding
without embedding the font.

Limited "transfer function" support in PDF. Transfer functions
are a deprecated legacy PDF feature that predates proper color
management. They were intended to provide limited color
management such as applying a gamma curve. Transfer functions
have often been (ab)-used to invert images, and many PDF
creators use them when writing softmask images. We have added
support for this case only.

Box drawing characters added to fonts for HTML and plain text
documents.

Write more compact PDF files (removed some unneccessary
whitespace).

Improved selection behavior for non-axis aligned text.

Improved heuristics for detecting the logical and visual order
of RTL text in PDF.

Improved heuristics for inserting missing spaces in PDF text.

- -Bsymbolic-non-weak and -Bsymbolic-non-weak-functions options
  are now supported for compatibility with LLVM lld. Just like lld,
  these options control which symbols are exported as dynamic
  symbols. -Bsymbolic-non-weak makes the linker to export only weak
  symbols, whereas -Bsymbolic-non-weak-functions makes it to export
  only weak function symbols.
Bug Fixes:
- if a linker script contains a newline character in the beginning
  four bytes of a file, it was not recognized as a linker script.

- Fixed promoting weak dynamic symbols to strong ones under a rare
  circumstance, which caused "undefined symbol" error at runtime.
- If two or more VERSION clauses in a version script match to the
  same symbol, the first one took precedence. This was incompatible
  with GNU ld, which gives the last one the highest priority,
  causing a Qt library link failure
- By default, we demangle symbols in error messages so that they are
  easier to read. Previously, Rust symbols could accidentally be
  demangled as C++ symbols. Now, mold attempts to demangle symbols as
  Rust ones only for object files created by rustc
