Correct the names for the NetBSD versions to use.

This uses the faster "install.sh" script, and also omits the
"rust-doc" subset, for a much faster installation.

This is a temporary hack for this version, will be removed on
the next go-around.

Apologies for this going un-committed, only myself to blame.
Should fix part of PR#56304.

doc: Updated wm/afterstep to 2.2.12

(bsiegert)

2021-07-11 12:13:17 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update afterstep to 2.2.12 (released in 2013, lol).

version 2.2.12 release

* Session Management. AfterStep will utilize gnome-session for session
  management if available. Several things needs to be manually adjusted for
  full functionality :
1) go over list of autostart application files in /etc/xdg/autostart and for
  those that you want started and have line OnlyShowIn=  - add AfterStep to
  the list of environments. One example is gnome-keyring* stuff -
  by default it is only enabled in GNOME session.
2) if session takes a long time to close after Logout dialog was shown -
  most likely culprit is the pulseaudio. You may need to get rid of it and
  switch to more standard and stable ALSA.
3) It is recommended to uninstall zeitgeist daemon since its useless under
  AfterStep anyway but wastes resources with its snooping activity.
4) gnome-session will save any app that support session mamgement at the end
  of the session to be restarted the next time. Unless you run UBUNTU in
  which case this functionality my be disabled in stock gnome-session. If
  you want it back, then it is recommended that you build your own
  gnome-session from sources. On the other hand if you do not want this
  functionality, again, get gnome-session source and comment out contents of
  maybe_load_saved_session_apps() function in gnome-session/gsm-session-fill.c.
5) If you find that your GTK apps look butt-ugly - its probably because gconfd
  is not running. It is normally started by gnome-session, but bastardised
  version of it that comes with Ubuntu does not do it for some reason.
* More Useless packages : ubuntu-desktop deja-dup

Update moin to 1.9.11.

Version 1.9.11 (2020-11-08)

  SECURITY HINT: make sure you have allow_xslt = False (or just do not use
  allow_xslt at all in your wiki configs, False is the internal default).
  Allowing XSLT/4suite is very dangerous, see HelpOnConfiguration wiki page.

  * security fix for CVE-2020-25074:
    fix remote code execution via cache action
    changeset with fix: d1e5fc7d
  * security fix for CVE-2020-15275:

  * make setup.py and .cfg ascii-only, #40
  * fix SubProcess' os.setsid usage, #44
  * fix interwiki test fails that crept into 1.9.10 release
  * highlight parser: use language as code_type rather than "highlight"
  * catch indexer error for too long names, #57
  * improved indexer logging so logging never crashes due to
    encoding issues for non-ascii page or attachment names.
  * fix mailheader parsing, add tests for mailimport, #53
  * workaround werkzeug errors='fallback:...' regression, #37
  * mailimport: fix AttributeError, #55
  * surge protection / hosts_deny: fix broken html, #60

  Other changes:

    HINT: if you use the ProxyFix code, the required import has changed to:
          from werkzeug.middleware.proxy_fix import ProxyFix
  * add secure-cookie 0.1.0 (code was formerly part of werkzeug.contrib), adapt imports
  * update pygments 2.1.3 -> 2.5.2
  * update passlib 1.7.1 -> 1.7.2

mate-applets: update to 1.24.1

pkgsrc-specific changes:

Removed various no longer relevant dependencies, most significantly,
Python 2.7 and GObject3. gucharmap continues to be an optional
dependency, but the version in pkgsrc is too old, and gets rejected.
This is disabled, for now. (There is still an apparent issue to sort
out with the MATE meta-pkg's Makefile.common, but it's more minor.)

Change log:

mate-applets 1.24.1

  * update translations
  * battstat: Fix memory leak
  * charpick: Fix memory leak reported by clang static analyzer
  * multiload: Fix memory leak
  * build: silent build warnings for distcheck

PR 55225 from Benjamin Lorenz: git push not displaying username

Seems that the input code depends on a HAVE_DEV_TTY setting that
autoconf doesn't actually check. I guess Linux packagers set this
explicitly; we shall too. Otherwise it falls back to libc getpass()

bootstrap: Add support for --machine-arch override.

This should not be used under normal circumstances, however on arm64 macOS it
is currently impossible to execute native arm64 binaries inside a chroot, and
so the chroot must run in x86_64 mode via Rosetta.  This causes uname/arch/etc
to all report that the system is x86, and so the only way to force MACHINE_ARCH
to be set correctly to "aarch64" is using this argument.

openssl: Stop passing CFLAGS/LDFLAGS to configure.

If this ever worked it only did by accident.  Specifying, for example,
"-arch arm64" as used on macOS is enough to break its custom configure
script that assumes all arguments start with "-".

The flags seem to propogate through the environment normally.

doc: Updated devel/fossil to 2.16

(js)

2021-07-10 10:27:32 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update devel/fossil to 2.16

Changes for Version 2.16 (2021-07-02)
  *  Security: Fix the client-side TLS so that it verifies that the
    server hostname matches its certificate.
  *  The default "ssh" command on Windows is changed to "ssh" instead of the
    legacy "plink", as ssh is now generally available on Windows systems.
    Installations that still need to use the legacy "plink" can make that
    happen by running: 'fossil set ssh-command "plink -ssh" --global'.
  *  Added the fossil patch command.
  *  The fossil ui command is enhanced in multiple ways:
    * The REPOSITORY argument can be the name of a check-out directory.
    * If the REPOSITORY argument is prefixed by "HOST:" or "USER@HOST:"
      then the ui is run on the remote machine and tunnelled back to the local
      machine using ssh.  (The latest version of fossil must be installed on
      both the local and the remote for this to work correctly.)
    * The new --nobrowser and --fossilcmd options is provided.
  *  The /brlist web page allows the user to select multiple branches to be
    displayed together in a single timeline.
  *  The Forum provides a hyperlink on the author of each post that goes to a
    timeline of recent posts by that same author.
  *  Added the "fossil bisect run" command for improved automation of bisects.
  *  The fossil merge command now does a better job merging branches where files
    have been renamed between the current branch and the branch being merged.
  *  The fossil open command allows the repository file to be inside the working
    directory without requiring the --force flag.
  *  The /wikiedit and /wikinew pages now default to markdown format.
  *  The /login page now links to a user's forum post timeline if the repository
    has forum posts.
  *  Tags may now be propagated for forum posts, wiki pages, and technotes.
    The tag command can now manipulate and list such tags.
  *  Login-Groups are now shown on the repository list of the "fossil all ui"
    command.
  *  Administrators can configure email alerts to expire a specific number of
    days (ex: 365) after the last user contact with the Fossil server. This
    prevents alert emails being sent to abandoned email accounts forever.
  *  SQL that defines database objects for tickets now can DROP a VIEW or an
    INDEX provided that its name starts with 'ticket' or 'fx_'.
  *  Update the built-in SQLite to version 3.36.0.
  *  Numerous other minor enhancements.

- hb-view supports iTerm2 and kitty inline image protocols (Khaled Hosny),
  it can also use Chafa for terminal graphics if available (Hans Petter Jansson).

Overview of changes leading to 2.8.0

  Previously these were shaped using the generalized Arabic shaper. (David Corbett)
- Fix regression in shaping of U+0B55 ORIYA SIGN OVERLINE. (David Corbett)
- Update language tags. (David Corbett)
- Variations: reduce error: do not round each interpolated delta. (Just van Rossum)

- Subsetter improvements: subsets most, if not all, lookup types now. (Garret Rieger,
  Qunxin Liu)
- Fuzzer-found fixes and other improvements when memory failures happen. (Behdad)
- Removed most atomic implementations now that we have C++11 atomic impl. (Behdad)
- General codebase upkeep; using more C++11 features: constexpr constructors, etc.

fix issue with updating CommentedMap

0.17.8 (2021-06-09):

0.17.6 (2021-05-31):

wasted a few hours getting rid of mypy warnings/errors

0.17.5 (2021-05-30):
fix for issue 384 !!set with aliased entry resulting in broken YAML on rt

0.17.4 (2021-04-07):
prevent (empty) comments from throwing assertion error (issue 351 reported by William Kimball) comments (or empty line) will be dropped

0.17.3 (2021-04-07):
fix for issue 382 caused by an error in a format string
allow expansion of aliases by setting yaml.composer.return_alias = lambda s: copy.deepcopy(s)

0.17.2 (2021-03-29):
change -py2.py3-none-any.whl to -py3-none-any.whl, and remove 0.17.1

0.17.1 (2021-03-29):
added ‘Programming Language :: Python :: 3 :: Only’, and removing 0.17.0 from PyPI

0.17.0 (2021-03-26):
removed because of incomplete classifiers
this release no longer supports Python 2.7, most if not all Python 2 specific code is removed. The 0.17.x series is the last to support Python 3.5 (this also allowed for removal of the dependency on ruamel.std.pathlib)
remove Python2 specific code branches and adaptations (u-strings)
prepare % code for f-strings using _F
allow PyOxidisation (issue 324 resp. issue 171)
replaced Python 2 compatible enforcement of keyword arguments with ‘*’
the old top level functions load, safe_load, round_trip_load, dump, safe_dump, round_trip_dump, scan, parse, compose, emit, serialize as well as their _all variants for multi-document streams, now issue a PendingDeprecationning (e.g. when run from pytest, but also Python is started with -Wd). Use the methods on YAML(), which have been extended.
fix for issue 376: indentation changes could put literal/folded scalar to start before the # column of a following comment. Effectively making the comment part of the scalar in the output.

openimageio: update to 2.2.15.1

Release 2.2.15.1 (3 Jun 2021) -- compared to 2.2.15.0
-----------------------------------------------------
* Fix crash / misbehavior in ustring internals on Apple M1 ARM.

Release 2.2.15 (1 Jun 2021) -- compared to 2.2.14
--------------------------------------------------
* BMP improvements: now support reading rle-compressed BMP files; writing
  single channel grayscale images now save as 8bpp palette images intead of
  24bpp; and reading 8bpp where all palette entries have R==G==B looks like
  a 1-channel grayscale instead of 3-channel RGB.
* Bug: IBA::render_text did not properly account for alpha of the draw
  color.
* Bug: Fix runaway parsing time for pathological XMP metadata.
* Bug: Fixed a crash is ImageCacheFile::read_unmipped when sampling
* Fix exported cmake config files, which could fail if Imath and OpenEXR
  weren't the at the same version number.
* Build: Modernize cmake to use targets for PNG and ZLIB.
* Build: Fix to accommodate upcoming OpenColorIO 2.1 deprecation of
  parseColorSpaceFromString.
* Build: Changes to make it build against TBB 2021.
* Dev: Add Strutil functions: find, rfind, ifind, irfind.
  non-zero-base channels.

Release 2.2.14 (1 May 2021) -- compared to 2.2.13
--------------------------------------------------
* JPEG: Improve readin of files with mildly corrupted headers.
* TIFF: Support IOProxy for input.
* BMP: Improve performance by eliminating wasteful per-scanline allocation
  and needless data copying.
* Build/CI: Fix all the build_*.bash scripts to not use cmake --config flag,
  which was harmlessly ignored but is flagged as an error for CMake 3.20.
* Build: More fixes related to supporting a wide range of OpenEXR versions,
  and making our exported cmake configs correctly transmit dependencies on
  OpenEXR include paths.
* ImageBufAlgo::fillholes_pushpull: added logic to correctly set the spec's
  alpha_channel field when generating sub-images.
* Python: MakeTxBumpWithSlopes enum value had been inadvertently omitted
  from the Python bindings.

Release 2.2.13 (1 Apr 2021) -- compared to 2.2.12
--------------------------------------------------
* Get ready for upcoming Imath/OpenEXR 3.0 release.
* GIF: Fix error checking for non-existant GIF files.
* Fix crash related to ImageBuf:set_write_format() when used in conjunction
  with a file format that doesn't support per-channel data types.
* Make RAW files handle Unicode filenames on Windows.
* Make sure OIIO builds cleanly with C++20.
* BMP: Several bug fixes when reading an older (V1) variety of BMP files.
* Targa: fix reading tga files with 0-sized thumbnails.
* TIFF: fix reading of certain tiled TIFF files with the vertical image size
  is not a whole multiple of the tile size.
* Avoid OpenColorIO v2 exception when color-conversion of single points (we
  didn't pass a correct stride, thinking that stride isn't used for a single
  point).
* make_texture: When outputting to a 'half' data format file, clamp filtered
  values to the half range so large values don't inadvertently get converted
  to half 'infinite' values.
* Improvements to ustring internals to ensure that no two ustrings ever end
  up with the same hash() value.
* Fixes for compiler errors when compiling farmhash.h using C++11 mode with
  newer gcc (6+).

Release 2.2.12 (1 Mar 2021) -- compared to 2.2.11
--------------------------------------------------
* Bug fix: Improve parsing of XMP records in metadata: more correct handling
  of lists/sequences, better inference of types that look like int or float
  (rather than forcing unknown fields into strings), fixed bugs in parsing
  rational values.
* Bug fix: Fix loading PSB files with cinf tags.
* Build: Improvements to building or linking static libraries.
* Build: Change default STOP_ON_WARNING to OFF for release branches
  (including this one) so that small change in compiler warnings after our
  release don't break anybody's builds. (Though we still stop on warnings
  for CI builds).
* Build: More clear warnings about using OpenVDB 8+ when building for C++11,
  because OpenVDB 8 requires C++14 or higher.
* Build: The pkgconfig OpenImageIO.pc was specifying the include path
  incorrectly.
* Build: More gracefully handle building against a custom Imath/OpenEXR even
  when another exists in the system area.
* Build: Minor fixes to build cleanly against the upcoming Imath 3.0.
* Dev: hash.h: Make many of the hash functions constexpr.
* Dev: Better unit tests to verify correctness and stability over time of
  the hash functions.
* Dev: unordered_map_concurrent.h: New methods find_or_insert, nobin_mask().
* CI: Speed up CI builds by not building OpenEXR example programes.
* CI: Speed up CI by using GitHub 'cache' actions + ccache.
* CI: Separate stages (setup, deps, build, test) into separate GHA "steps"
  for better logging and understanding of the timing and performance.
* CI: Now actively testing libheif in Linux CI.
* CI: Remove the last vestiges of Travis-CI, which we no longer use.
* CI: For failed tests, add CMake cache and log part of the saved artifacts.
* PSA: Avoid libheif 1.10 on Mac, it is broken. Libheif 1.11 is fine.

Release 2.2.11.1 (1 Feb 2021) -- compared to 2.2.11.0
-----------------------------------------------------
* Fix build break against Qt 5.15.2 (deprecated enum).

Release 2.2.11 (1 Feb 2021) -- compared to 2.2.10
--------------------------------------------------
* Enabled AVIF decoding of heic files (requires libheif >= 1.7 and for it
  to have been built with an AV1 encoder/decoder).
* `oiiotool --help` now prints the OCIO version (where it prints the config
  file and known color space).
* Bug fix: ImageBufAlgo::ociolook() and ociofiletransform() internally
  reversed the order of their `inverse` and `unpremult` arguments, making it
  hard to select the inverse transformation.
* Fix memory leak during decoding of some invalid Exif blocks.
* Build: No longer directly link against python libraries when unnecessary.
* Build: Better finding of OpenJpeg 2.4.
* Build: On Windows, fix some linkage problems by changing the pybind11
  bindings to make a CMake "shared" library rather than "module". Sounds
  wrong, but seems to work. We will reverse if this causes problems.
* Build: On Mac, libheif 1.10 is very broken. Don't use that version.
* Build: Fix build break against changes coming in future libtiff, where it
  is changing from some libtiff-defined integer types to the equivalent
  stdint.h types.
* Build: Some final touches to prepare for release of OpenColor 2.0.
* Build: Fixes to support the libraw 202101 snapshot (their in-progress
  0.21.0).
* CI: Got Windows CI fully working, bit by bit.
* Dev: Some internal rearrangement of span.h and string_view.h (that should
  not break source or ABI compatibility). `std::size()` and `std::ssize()`
  should work with OIIO::span and OIIO::string_view now.
* Dev: ustring internals now have a way to ask for the list of ustrings
  whose hashses collided.
* Dev: New Filesystem::generic_filepath() returnss a filepath in generic
  format (not OS specific).
* Dev: ArgParse::abort() lets the response to a command line argument signal
  that no further arguments should be parsed.
* Dev: In oiioversion.h, added macros `OIIO_VERSION_GREATER_EQUAL` and
  `OIIO_VERSION_LESS`.
* Dev: In platform.h, added macro OIIO_INLINE_CONSTEXPR, which is equivalent
  to `inline constexpr` for C++17, but just constexpr for C++ <= 14.

openexr: update to 3.0.5

## Version 3.0.5 (July 1, 2021)

Patch release that fixes problems with library symlinks and
pkg-config, as well as miscellaneous bugs/security issues.

## Version 3.0.4 (June 3, 2021)

Patch release that corrects a problem with the release version number
of v3.0.2/v3.0.3:

## Version 3.0.3 (May 18, 2021)

Patch release that fixes a regression in v3.0.2 the prevented headers
from being installed properly.

# Version 3.0.2 (May 17, 2021)

Patch release with miscellaneous bug/build fixes, including:

* Fix TimeCode.frame max value
* Don't impose C++14 on downstream projects
* Restore fix to macOS universal 2 build lost from #854
* Imath auto-build version defaults to v3.0.2

## Version 3.0.1 (April 1, 2021)

Major release with major build restructing, security improvements, and
new features:

* Restructuring:
  - The IlmBase/PyIlmBase submodules have been separated into the
    Imath project, now included by OpenEXR via a CMake submodule
    dependency, fetched automatically via CMake's FetchContent if
    necessary.
  - The library is now called ``libOpenEXR`` (instead of
    ``libIlmImf``).  No header files have been renamed, they retain
    the ``Imf`` prefix.
  - Symbol linkage visibility is limited to specific public symbols.

* Build improvements:
  - No more simultaneous static/shared build option.
  - Community-provided support for bazel.

* New Features:
  - ID Manifest Attributes, as described in ["A Scheme for Storing
    Object ID Manifests in OpenEXR
    Images"](https://doi.org/10.1145/3233085.3233086), Peter Hillman,
    DigiPro 18: Proceedings of the 8th Annual Digital Production
    Symposium, August 2018.
  - New program: exrcheck validates the contents of an EXR file.

* Changes:
  - EXR files with no channels are no longer allowed.
  - Hard limit on the size of deep tile sizes; tiles must be less than
    2^30 pixels.
  - Tiled DWAB files used STATIC_HUFFMAN compression.
  - ``Int64`` and ``SInt64`` types are deprecated in favor of
    ``uint64_t`` and ``int64_t``.
  - Header files have been pruned of extraneous ``#include``'s
    ("Include What You Use"), which may generate compiler errors in
    application source code from undefined symbols or
    partially-defined types. These can be resolved by identifying and
    including the appropriate header.

x11/qt5-qtbase: add QMAKE_STRIP to pkgsrc qmake.conf.

In upstream qmake, QMAKE_STRIP is defined in places such as
common/bsd/bsd.conf and common/linux.conf. The pkgsrc version of
qmake.conf includes none of those. So add it there.
For the special mac version, just include bsd/bsd.conf.

The missing name was discovered while updating x11/XaoS.

doc: Updated www/hugo to 0.85.0

(bsiegert)

2021-07-06 18:57:08 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

hugo: update to 0.85.0

v0.85.0
-------

Hugo 0.85.0 is on the smaller side of releases, but the main new thing it
brings should be important to those who need it: Poll based watching for file
system changes.

Hugo uses Fsnotify to provide native file system notifications. This is still
the default, but there may situations where this isn't working. The file may
not support it (e.g. NFS), or you get the "too many open files" error and
cannot or do not want to increase the ulimit. Enable polling by passing the
--poll flag with an interval:

hugo server --poll 700ms

You van even do "long polling" by passing a long interval:

hugo server --poll 24h

v0.84.0
-------

This release brings several configuration fixes and improvements that will be
especially useful for themes.

Deep merge of theme Params

One of the most common complaint from Hugo theme owners/users has been about
the configuration handling. Hugo has up until now only performed a shallow
merge of theme params into the configuration.

With that, given this example from a theme configuration:

[params]
[params.colours]
blue="#337DFF"
green="#68FF33"
red="#FF3358"

If you would like to use the above theme, but want a different shade of red,
you earlier had to copy the entire block, even the colours you're totally happy
with. This was painful even the simplest setup.

Now you can just override the params keys you want to change, e.g.:

[params]
[params.colours]
red="#fc0f03"

For more information, and especially about the way you can opt out of the above
behaviour, see Merge Configuration from Themes.

Themes now support the config directory

Now both the project and themes/modules can store its configuration in both the
top level config file (e.g. config.toml) or in the config directory. See
Configuration Directory.

HTTP headers in getJSON/getCSV

getJSON now supports custom HTTP headers. This has been a big limitation in
Hugo, especially considering the Authorization header.

New erroridf template func

Sometime, especially when creating themes, it is useful to be able to let the
user decide if an error situation is critical enough to fail the build. The new
erroridf produces ERROR log statements that can be toggled off:

{{ erroridf "some-custom-id" "Some error message." }}

Will log:

ERROR: Some error message.
If you feel that this should not be logged as an ERROR, you can ignore it by adding this to your site config:
ignoreErrors = ["some-custom-id"]
