doc: Updated security/clamav to 0.102.0nb1

(prlw1)

2019-10-10 15:41:30 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update clamav to 0.102.0

* The On-Access Scanning feature has been migrated out of clamd and
into a brand new utility named clamonacc, which is disabled in this
package as it is for Linux only.
* The freshclam database update utility has undergone a significant
  update. This includes:
    + Added support for HTTPS.
+ Support for database mirrors hosted on ports other than 80.
+ Removal of the mirror management feature (mirrors.dat).
+ An all new libfreshclam library API.
* Added support for extracting ESTsoft .egg archives. This feature is
new code developed from scratch using ESTsoft's Egg-archive
specification and without referencing the UnEgg library provided by
ESTsoft. This was necessary because the UnEgg library's license
includes restrictions limiting the commercial use of the UnEgg library.

doc: Updated finance/gnucash to 3.7

(wiz)

2019-10-10 13:47:40 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

gnucash: update to 3.7.

The following bugs have been fixed:
Bug 605602 - precision of Financial Calculator seems to depend on
                locale
Bug 746937 - Template transaction splits are loaded in reverse order
and then not sorted before saving. Actually not sorted
after loading because the template accounts weren't being
                committed.
Bug 752395 - Start Day of weekly report doesn't respond to change in
                locale
Redefines some functions to ensure weekly grouping in
                transaction report obeys locale's start-of-week.
Bug 784623 - GNUCash does not work with sql backend, I can open
in read only mode. Upgrade the splits table as well, an
                oversight from the original fix.
    Bug 793018 - Balance (with >>eguile<<) - Report Title can't be changed
Bug 795251 - googletest detection cannot be overridden
Bug 796819 - bad icon with Spanish localization
Temporary fix for Farsi, which was afffected, too. As it
is maintained by TP, the final fix has to come from them.
Bug 796952 - Report formatting (justify) is broken
Previous patch reverted and replaced with a more correct one.
Bug 797085 - Import Bills & Invoices – headers not translated.
Make strings translatable. Translators: This adds 22 new
                translatable strings.
    Bug 797158 - gnc:make-account-sel-limited-option is not working
Option was being deliberately reset to default_value every
                time.
Bug 797171 - Allow multiple credit/debit columns to be selected
Bug 797279 - Reports RTL do not support RTL - fix reports
Bug 797279 - Reports RTL do not support RTL - fix string
fix guile-2.0 string handling to prevent munging unicode
in report-titles etc. while loading/saving reports
Bug 797295 - problems with entering swedish åäö in company address
Bug 797297 - GNUCash is in English even though MacOS is set-up to
                French.
Bug 797301 - Register Menu View > Refresh doesn't work in 'with
                sub-accounts' window
Bug 797306 - "URL cannot be shown" when one clicks an account line
                link in report.
Bug 797316 - New Mauritanian ouguiya MRU not supported
Bug 797319 - Mauritanian ouguiya MRO shows too few decimals
Bug 797339 - Online banking frame to small
    Bug 797349 - "A"ssociate header badly translated.
Note to translators: This is about msgids of the form
"Associate:A". The correct msgstr includes the part up to
the ':' verbatim with only the part to the right of it
tranlated, e.g. "Associate:П" from uk.po. Each such msgstr
                has a comment explaining this.
Bug 797353 - Add copyright and release info in appdata file
Bug 797355 - General Journal report seems to be off balance
Previously, for general-journal, each split was being
analyzed, and only the source split was counted for
totals. This change will means the source split *and* its
                peers are accounted for.
Bug 797377 - cmake fails on debian-8 and ubuntu-14.04 with
                gnucash.appdata.xml.in does not exist
Bug 797378 - QIF file import fails: Loading gives wrong type argument
                in position 2
Bug 797389 - Random Crashes while attaching a document.

Other repairs or enhancements not marked as bugs:
New feature: Multiselection in the import transaction matcher. Use
      control-left-click, shift-left-click, or click-and-drag to select
multiple unmatched transactions to match them with a single account,
then right-click to bring up a single-item context menu sith
      "Assign Transfer Account".
Set a FinTS product version key when the installed AQBanking supports it.
Reworking of many translatable strings with context to use the modern
gettext three-parameter function instead of the ':' hack noted in
      bug 797349.
Stop duplicate entries for the invoice taxtable cell
Do not log an error when no default tax tables are set.
Fix cmake dependency tree so that make/ninja check works without having
      to first run make/ninja.
Remove the accelerator for the Clear buttons on the Loan Calculator
because they were all the same and also the same as the Close button's
      accelerator.
Change the transfer account notation for single-split transactions in
basic view from "--Split Transaction--" (they're obviously not) to "None".
Correctly parse decimal values between 0 and -1 (e.g. -0.5) in register
caclulations: The negative sign was being stripped.
Require CMake 3.5 or later for all platforms.
Rework the building of libgtest.a from source when the builder sets
      GTEST_ROOT or the distro doesn't provide a pre-build one.
Fix crash when trying to display a tooltip in the register split view
      when a split has focus.
Fix repeated requests to create a new account when you click No.
Suppress bogus error when creating a new account from register split view.
Fix price conversion report crashes in Balance Sheet PNL and all
      average balance calculations.
Upgrade the Budget reports to support accumulated accounts.
Redefine gnc:debug to use QofLog instead of writing to stdout.
Change the Balance Sheet PNL account depth to mean the deepest *selected*
account rather than the deepest account.
Set the Owner Report date option to default to today.
Much Scheme cleanup and more testing.

doc: Updated mail/thunderbird-enigmail to 2.1.2

(wiz)

2019-10-10 13:38:05 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

thunderbird-enigmail: update to 2.1.2.

2.1.2

This release fixes a regression bug that duplicates the subject with encrypted mails. In addition, several localizations were updated.

2.1.1

This release improves compatibility with Thunderbird 68. In addition, many translations were updated and some defects were fixed.

Bugs fixed:

  • When creating encrypted messages with hidden subjects, the subject cannot be restored anymore
  • Importing keys attached to emails does not work
  • Reading keys from Autocrypt Key Gossip not possible for plaintext emails
  • Dark theme / some text hard to read

2.1

Notable Changes

  • A new simplified setup wizard will first try to find out if you already used encrypted emails before, and then proceed in the most suitable way.
  • On Windows and macOS, there is an automatic check for updates to GnuPG.
  • Autocrypt: implemented key-gossip and updates to known keys
  • If GnuPG 2.1 or newer are used, then key creation will default to ECC keys
  • Interaction with keyservers has been rewritten from scratch, using Thunderbird-internal functions to access the keyservers.
  • Full support for keys.openpgp.org, which is used as default keyserver.

Bugs fixed:

A notable number of defects has been fixed for this release. Please check the list of fixed defects for details.

doc: Updated www/drupal8 to 8.7.8

(prlw1)

2019-10-10 13:28:35 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update drupal8 to 8.7.8

Core versioning support in *.info.yml files since 8.7.7

Drupal 8.7.7 introduces a new core_version_requirement key to
*.info.yml files, allowing contributed modules to specify specific
versions for Drupal core compatiblity, as well as to indicate that they
are compatible with both Drupal 8 and the forthcoming Drupal 9 release.
See the change record for more details.

Dependency updates

    * Several JavaScript dependencies have been updated to resolve
      publicly disclosed security issues:
+ nightwatch has been updated to version 1.2.1
+ chromedriver has been updated to version 75.1.0
          + stylelint-no-browser-hacks has been updated to 1.2.1
    * Due to a compatibility issue between zend-diactoros 1.8.5 and
      psr-http-message-bridge versions prior to 1.1.2, Drupal core's
composer.json has increased the minimum requirement for
psr-http-message-bridge from 1.0 to 1.1.2. This should not affect
sites using the tarball packaged by Drupal.org (which already
supplied version 1.1.2 of the component in Drupal 8.7.7), but may
lead to a dependency update for certain sites maintained with
      Composer.

dbus Python Bindings 1.2.12 (2019-09-12)
========================================

The “spinal bap” release.

Fixes:

• Don't save and restore the exception indicator when called from C code.
This avoided "returned a result with an error set" errors under some
circumstances, but also caused a regression for code that relies on
being able to terminate the program by calling sys.exit() or raising
SystemExit from a dbus-python method. In particular, this broke one of
libsecret's unit tests. (Debian #940087; Simon McVittie)

D-Bus Python Bindings 1.2.10 (2019-09-02)
=========================================

The “wingèd horse” release.

dbus-python version control is now hosted on freedesktop.org's Gitlab
installation, and bug reports and feature requests have switched from
Bugzilla bugs (indicated by "fd.o #nnn") to Gitlab issues
("dbus-python#nnn") and merge requests ("dbus-python!nnn"). See README
and CONTRIBUTING.md for more details.

Dependencies:

• dbus 1.8 was already required, but is more strongly required now:
the workarounds that were used to run continuous integration with dbus
1.6 on Ubuntu 14.04 'trusty' have been removed. (Note that dbus 1.8
has already reached end-of-life for security support, and newer dbus
  stable branches are strongly recommended.)

• When using Python 3, version 3.5 or later is strongly recommended.
Python 3.4 security support ended in March 2019. No specific
incompatibilities are known, but using dbus-python on Python 3.4 is
  no longer tested or supported.

Enhancements:

• Rewrite CONTRIBUTING.md document, based on Wayland's equivalent
(Simon McVittie, with thanks to Ander Conselvan de Oliveira,
Bryce Harrington, Eric Engestrom, Pekka Paalanen and Daniel Stone
for their contributions to the equivalent file in Wayland)

• A generated ChangeLog file is no longer included in source tarballs.
Please refer to the git repository at
  https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/dbus/dbus-python for detailed change
  history. (Simon McVittie)

• Improve continuous integration to be run by GitLab in addition to
  Travis-CI (Simon McVittie)

• Add clearer license information using SPDX-License-Identifier
  (Simon McVittie)

• Improve test coverage (Simon McVittie)

Fixes:

• Don't set deprecated tp_print to NULL under Python 3, fixing build
warnings with Python 3.8 pre-releases (Simon McVittie)

• Include inherited methods and properties when documenting objects,
which regressed when migrating from epydoc to sphinx
  (Simon McVittie)

• Add missing variant_level member to UnixFd type, for parity with the
other dbus.types types (dbus-python!3; John Baublitz)

    - Note that this is a potentially incompatible change: unknown
keyword arguments were previously ignored (!) and are now an error.

• Don't reply to method calls if they have the NO_REPLY_EXPECTED flag
  (fd.o#32529, dbus-python#26; Simon McVittie)

• Silence -Wcast-function-type with gcc 8 (Simon McVittie)

• Fix distcheck with python3.7 by deleting __pycache__ during uninstall
  (Simon McVittie)

• Consistently save and restore the exception indicator when called
  from C code (Simon McVittie)

• Avoid a long-standing race condition in the automated tests
  (Debian #898158; Simon McVittie)

• Fix Qt website URL (Ralf Habacker)

glances is a cross-platform curses-based monitoring tool which aims to
present a maximum of information in a minimum of space, ideally to fit
in a classical 80x24 terminal or higher to have additional information.
It can adapt dynamically the displayed information depending on the
terminal size. It can also work in client/server mode. Remote
monitoring could be done via terminal or web interface.

glances is written in Python and uses the psutil library to get

(mef)

2019-10-10 12:24:09 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

(devel/p5-CPAN) Updated 2.26 to 2.27

2019-07-03  k  <andk@cpan.org>

* release 2.27
* stable release, no functional change compared to 2.27-TRIAL2
* updated public key for PAUSE in the file PAUSE2021.pub
* small additions to distroprefs, to the Makefile.PL, and to the
MANIFEST

2019-06-09  k  <andk@cpan.org>

* release 2.27-TRIAL2
* bugfix: omit the new POSIX::setsid call and the waitpid with
WNOHANG on Windows
* bugfix: the signalhandler has to kill the new process group
spawned for running the tests
* adding the README file that was generated during the release of
2.27-TRIAL

2019-05-31  k  <andk@cpan.org>

* release 2.27-TRIAL

* two new options to protect against accidental downgrades:
allow_installing_outdated_dists and
allow_installing_module_downgrades

* two new options to tune the automatic determination of the
nearest peers: urllist_ping_external and urllist_ping_verbose;
NOTE: this feature was developed during the Perl Toolchain Summit
2019 in Marlow; thanks to the sponsors: Booking.com, cPanel,
MaxMind, FastMail, ZipRecruiter, Cogendo, Elastic, OpenCage Data,
Perl Services, Zoopla, Archer Education, OpusVL, Oetiker+Partner,
SureVoIP, YEF

* reveal the size of PERL5LIB in diagnostic output

* new semantics for parameter ftpstats_size: setting to '0' or
lower, disables download statistics

* bugfix: under certain circumstances, failing dependencies via
recommends and suggests could abort a build; this is now fixed

* bugfix: protect bundle processing against unavailable bundle
files and missing build directories

* bugfix: fix broken permissions after untar

* bugfix: protect against exceptions from unzip

* bugfix: add one level of fork+setsid for testing to prevent that
a test can kill the process group that CPAN.pm is running in.
Learned from experience with testing VIZDOM/DBD-JDBC-0.71.tar.gz

* fix plugins: all early returns from all methods, that are
accessible for plugins, now call the post* plugins

* new question answered in the FAQ: "How can I switch to sudo
instead of local::lib" (thanks to Amos Bird for asking the
question on irc)

* plenty of new and updated distroprefs documents, among which are
some important ones to prevent Module::AutoInstall from switching
to CPANPLUS and taking over (and harming) the build

2019-10-10 11:25:07 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

(devel/p5-AnyEvent) Updated 7.14 to 7.17

(make test fails at following point, probably OK to udate):
  --------------------------------------------
  not ok 6 - server_error <Connection reset by peer>
  #  Failed test 'server_error <Connection reset by peer>'
  #  at t/80_ssltest.t line 37.
  --------------------------------------------
(upstream ChangeLog)

7.17 Wed Sep 18 03:04:49 CEST 2019
        - work around antique openssl version in RHEL 7  by formatting
dh parameters differently (reported by several people).
        - add t/13_weaken.t.

7.16 Fri Jul 19 18:00:21 CEST 2019
        - add ffdhe group dh parameters from RFC 7919, and use ffdhe3072
as new default, instead of schmorp1539.
        - AnyEvent::Log did not reassess logging status of
AnyEvent::Log::logger's when contexts were changed with
->attach/detach/slaves, causing them to not log even though a
recent attach should have caused them to log.
        - added some more logging configuration examples.
        - mention RFC 8482 in AnyEvent::DNS.

7.15 Tue Feb 26 03:07:42 CET 2019
        - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: AnyEvent::Handle's tls_detect documentation gave
separate major and minor versions, while code passed only a single
value. This version follows the documentation and now passes separate
          major and minor values.
        - work around Net::SSLeay not having been ported to openssl 1.1, but many
distributions compiling it against openssl 1.1, which unfortunately
succeeds and results in a very broken module.
        - AnyEvent::DNS::dns_unpack now stores the original DNS packet
in the __ member, to allow decoding of undecodable resouce records
          containing compressed domian names.
        - AnyEvent::Socket::parse_ipv6 would NOT, as advertised, accept ipv4
addresses. It now does and converts them to ipv4 mapped addresses.
        - support CAA records, based on patch by Steve Atkins.
        - add freenom and cloudflare nameservers as dns fallback.
        - AnyEvent::Strict would not properly ward against io watchers
on files when the handle passed was a file descriptor.
        - document "internal" variables used by the dns en-/decoder to allow
enterprising users to extend them in a semi-official way.

  - Prefer Fetch::CurlCommand over Fetch::HTTPTiny for https when:
    * Net::SSLeay and IO::Socket::SSL are not installed
    * AND curl is installed
    * AND curl supports https
This makes AB more reliable on platforms like OS X when openssl
is broken without a third party package system like homebrew,
and on older Perls like 5.8.x where Net::SSLeay frequently does
    not install or pass tests.
The existing behavior of prefer Fetch::HTTPTiny when:
    * Net::SSLeay and IO::Socket::SSL are already installed
    * OR the URL is http
    * OR curl is not already installed
is still in effect. (gh#93, gh#94)

mono6: update to mono 6.4.0.198

- Use python tool.mk instead of searching more files to patch
@PYTHONBIN@ in.
- Add some preliminary ideas for how to get netbsd/aarch64 and solaris
working. it shouldn't be enough to complete a build.
(They can't use Mono's outdated libgc)

notable for us, this release re-adds FreeBSD supports.

Mono 6.4.0 release notes:
Highlights

C# compiler support for C# 8 language version
    .NET Standard 2.1 support
    Updated libgdiplus to 6.0.2
    Notarized macOS installer package

In Depth
Runtime
Hardened Runtime and Notarization support on macOS

The Mono binary installed by the .pkg for macOS is now using the Hardened Runtime capabilities and the package was notarized to comply with Apple窶冱 new restrictions: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/security/notarizing_your_app_before_distribution.

This allows the package to work on the upcoming macOS 10.15 Catalina without showing warning dialogs.
Interpreter improvements

The Mono interpreter was updated to support the Windows operating system.

We also completed a lot of groundwork for upcoming future optimizations in the interpreter, like constant folding.
Bitness independent AOT cross compiler

The Ahead-Of-Time (AOT) cross compiler was updated to no longer require being executed with the same bitness that it should generate code for. This means a 64bit Mono can now emit AOT code for 32bit targets.

This work was mainly done to support executing the AOT cross compiler on macOS 10.15 Catalina (which is 64bit only) as we still need to generate code for 32bit targets like older iPhone and Apple Watch devices.
WebAssembly

We continue to work on making our WebAssembly support better. Various sets of issues with the debugger have been resolved in this release and general performance and feature work is happening as well.
LLVM improvements

We now leave it up to the LLVM framework to insert safepoints. Later optimizations can understand safepoints then which leads to better generated code. See https://github.com/mono/mono/pull/11789

The LLVM backend is also supported on the Windows operating system now.
PPC JIT optimizations

The PowerPC JIT received a bunch of optimization from community contributor Calvin Buckley (@NattyNarwhal).
Experimental build support for Fuchsia

A very minimal and experimental support for building Mono targeting the Fuchsia OS landed in the build system.
Class Libraries
.NET Standard 2.1 support

We updated our class libraries to support the latest additions to .NET Standard. You can now run a library compiled against the .NET Standard 2.1 specification on Mono.
CoreFX integration

We continued to replace some of our classes with the implementation from CoreFX to improve performance and compatibility with .NET.
libgdiplus update to 6.0.2

The libgdiplus native library is used for implementing System.Drawing on Unix platforms. This release contains many important improvements from our community members.

Special thanks go to Hugh Bellamy (@hughbe), Frederik Carlier (@qmfrederik) and Filip Navara (@filipnavara) for their awesome contributions!
System.Windows.Forms

More fixes and layout improvements for different controls made by external contributors have landed in this release .
Tools
C# 8 language version support in csc and msbuild

The C# compiler and msbuild tooling were updated to versions that support the final C# 8 language specification.

The Default Interface Methods (DIM) feature also received a few runtime enhancements.
NuGet

Bundled NuGet version has been upgraded to 5.2 RTM.

Updated mail/gmime3 to 3.2.4

(ryoon)

2019-10-08 14:36:40 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to 3.2.4

Changelog:
### GMime 3.2.4

* Replaced calls to g_memmove with memmove.

It seems that the latest versions of glib have deprecated g_memmove
in favor of having developers use libc's memmove() function directly.
This change reduces the number of compiler warnings during the gmime
    build process.

* Added a new GMIME_DECRYPT_NO_VERIFY flag that disables signature verification.

For cases where it is not necessary to verify the signatures (or it is known
that there are no signatures), making use of this flag can significantly
improve the performance of decrypting OpenPGP content.

* Modified GMimeParser to not set the OpenPGP state for base64/uuencoded content.

While the GMimeParser is parsing a MIME message (or other MIME entity), it will
normally attempt to identify OpenPGP markers in the content of GMimeParts.
However, when the content is base64 or uu-encoded, the parser is unable to
accurately detect these markers and so in previous versions, it was falsely
claiming that such MIME parts had no OpenPGP content even though it was possible,
after decoding their content, that they did in fact have OpenPGP content.

For more details about this bug, see issue #60.

* Added reporting of RFC 5322 addr-spec syntax violations to the GMimeParserWarning API.

* Fixed a stack underflow error in the uudecode.c sample.

* Improved Vala bindings.

    - Use correct symbol prefixes which avoid loads of cname attributes.
    - Unhide FilterBest.charset() method which conflicts with charset field.
    - Object.write_to_stream conflicts with function pointer with the same name
      but with a different signature.

Updated devel/gtexinfo to 6.7

(ryoon)

2019-10-08 14:30:10 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to 6.7

Changelog:
6.7 (23 September 2019)
* Language:
. support of index subentries and sub-subentries with @subentry
. new commands @seeentry and @seealso in index entries
. no need to wrap Top node in @ifnottex - omitted automatically when
    processed with TeX
. UTF-8 is the default input encoding

* texi2any
. for HTML output, mark index nodes in menus and tables of contents
with the 'rel' attribute of the 'a' tag.
. TOP_NODE_UP is now only used in HTML if TOP_NODE_UP_URL is set.
Also TOP_NODE_UP should now be formatted in the output format.
In HTML TOP_NODE_UP should be suitable for inclusion in HTML
element attributes, so for instance should not contain elements.
. support of noderename.cnf files has been removed
  . INPUT_PERL_ENCODING, INPUT_ENCODING_NAME, NODE_FILE_EXTENSION,
NODE_FILENAMES, SHORTEXTN and TOP_NODE_FILE removed as customization
    variables.
. TOP_NODE_FILE_TARGET now contains the extension.
. error messages translated when the XS parser module is in use

* texi2dvi
. unconditionally run in --batch mode, i.e. without stopping if there
    is a TeX error
. keep on going after a TeX error if the index files changed
. with --tidy (or --build-dir), avoid reading index files from previous
runs where --tidy was not used

* info
. for a tree search (with M-/), '}' and '{' work as well as 'M-}' and
'M-{' to go through the results

* Distribution:
. Several obsolete portability checks removed
  . gettext 0.20.1, automake 1.16.1

6.6 (16 February 2019)
* Language:
  . new commands @&, @ampchar{}
  . @cropmarks command removed
. @ctrl is no longer recognised (it was a way to insert literal
control characters in Info files, but deprecated since the
    time of Texinfo version 2)
. \usebracesinindexestrue is no longer recommended for using braces in
index entries, and has been a no-op for some time

* texi2any
. extension modules fixed to work with the "thread-safe locales" of
    Perl 5.28 and newer
. some code changed to stop warnings being given by newer versions of Perl
. for HTML output, use `id' to define link targets instead of the `name'
    attribute on <a>
. A native-code implementation of the Texinfo parser has been included
on an experimental basis, which makes texi2any a lot faster.  Set the
`TEXINFO_XS_PARSER' environment variable to 1 to use.
  . changes to HTML output:
. omit colon after node name in menus by default (use
      `MENU_ENTRY_COLON' to add it back)
. no special CSS for commands like @smallexample
. new customization variable `SECTION_NAME_IN_TITLE' to use the
section name as the document <title>
. use section names instead of node names in generated menus
. pass on flags set with -D to TeX
. useless static libraries are not installed
. the newline after an @insertcopying is not output
. warning given for @multitable prototypes not in braces
. @indent and @noindent are not allowed inside the arguments to
commands where they are not meaningful
. @quote-arg and @allow-recursion are not recognised (these two used
to be recognised by makeinfo in macro definitions but were never
    implemented in texinfo.tex)
  . `FIX_TEXINFO' removed as a customization variable
. do not recognise or warn about obsolete customization variables

* info
. debugging output with -x is not diverted to a separate infodebug file

* Development:
. switch from Subversion to git
    - https://savannah.gnu.org/git/?group=texinfo
  . automake 1.16

2.3.0:
* Adjusted ``AsgiHandler`` HTTP body handling to use a spooled temporary file,
rather than reading the whole request body into memory.

As a result, ``AsgiRequest.__init__()`` is adjusted to expect a file-like
``stream``, rather than the whole ``body`` as bytes. Test cases instantiating
requests directly will likely need to be updated to wrap the provided body

py-attrs: updated to 19.2.0

19.2.0:

Backward-incompatible Changes
- Removed deprecated ``Attribute`` attribute ``convert`` per scheduled removal on 2019/1.
- ``__lt__``, ``__le__``, ``__gt__``, and ``__ge__`` do not consider subclasses comparable anymore.

This has been deprecated since 18.2.0 and was raising a ``DeprecationWarning`` for over a year.

Deprecations
- The ``cmp`` argument to ``attr.s()`` and ``attr.ib()`` is now deprecated.

Please use ``eq`` to add equality methods (``__eq__`` and ``__ne__``) and ``order`` to add ordering methods (``__lt__``, ``__le__``, ``__gt__``, and ``__ge__``) instead – just like with `dataclasses <https://docs.python.org/3/library/dataclasses.html>`_.

Both are effectively ``True`` by default but it's enough to set ``eq=False`` to disable both at once.
  Passing ``eq=False, order=True`` explicitly will raise a ``ValueError`` though.

Since this is arguably a deeper backward-compatibility break, it will have an extended deprecation period until 2021-06-01.
After that day, the ``cmp`` argument will be removed.

  ``attr.Attribute`` also isn't orderable anymore.

Changes
- Updated ``attr.validators.__all__`` to include new validators.
- Slotted classes now use a pure Python mechanism to rewrite the ``__class__`` cell when rebuilding the class, so ``super()`` works even on environments where ``ctypes`` is not installed.
- When collecting attributes using ``@attr.s(auto_attribs=True)``, attributes with a default of ``None`` are now deleted too.
- Fixed ``attr.validators.deep_iterable()`` and ``attr.validators.deep_mapping()`` type stubs.
- ``attr.validators.is_callable()`` validator now raises an exception ``attr.exceptions.NotCallableError``, a subclass of ``TypeError``, informing the received value.
- ``@attr.s(auto_exc=True)`` now generates classes that are hashable by ID, as the documentation always claimed it would.
- Added ``attr.validators.matches_re()`` that checks string attributes whether they match a regular expression.
- Keyword-only attributes (``kw_only=True``) and attributes that are excluded from the ``attrs``'s ``__init__`` (``init=False``) now can appear before mandatory attributes.
- The fake filename for generated methods is now more stable.
It won't change when you restart the process.
- The value passed to ``@attr.ib(repr=…)`` can now be either a boolean (as before) or a callable.
That callable must return a string and is then used for formatting the attribute by the generated ``__repr__()`` method.
- Added ``attr.__version_info__`` that can be used to reliably check the version of ``attrs`` and write forward- and backward-compatible code.

py-soupsieve: updated to 1.9.4

1.9.4
- **FIX**: :checked rule was too strict with option elements. The specification for :checked does not require an
option element to be under a select element.
- **FIX**: Fix level 4 :lang() wildcard match handling with singletons. Implicit wildcard matching should not
match any singleton. Explicit wildcard matching (* in the language range: *-US) is allowed to match singletons.

Un-break Solarish build by avoiding world-writable dist files.

Turn of vulkan for qt5 since we currently do not have vulkan support

  libgit2: Update to 0.28.3

This is a security release fixing the following issues:

A carefully constructed commit object with a very large number
of parents may lead to potential out-of-bounds writes or
      potential denial of service.

The ProgramData configuration file is always read for compatibility
with Git for Windows and Portable Git installations. The ProgramData
location is not necessarily writable only by administrators, so we
now ensure that the configuration file is owned by the administrator
      or the current user.
