tex-listofitems{,-doc}: Add version 1.6

This simple package is designed to read a list of items whose
parsing character may be selected by the user. Once the list is
read, its items are stored in a structure that behaves as a
dimensioned array. As such, it becomes very easy to access an
item in the list by its number. For example, if the list is
stored in the macro \foo, the item #3 is designated by \foo[3].
A component may, in turn, be a list with a parsing delimiter
different from the parent list, paving the way for nesting and
employing a syntax reminiscent of an array of several
dimensions of the type \foo[3,2] to access the item #2 of the
list contained within the item #3 of the top-tier list.

tex-etoc{,-doc}: Add version 1.08p

The package gives the user complete control of how the entries
of the table of contents should be constituted from the name,
number, and page number of each sectioning unit. The layout is
controlled by the definition of 'line styles' for each
sectioning level used in the document. The package provides its
own custom line styles (which may be used as examples), and
continues to support the standard formatting inherited from the
LaTeX document classes, but the package can also allow the user
to delegate the details to packages dealing with list making
environments (such as enumitem). The package's default global
style typesets tables of contents in a multi-column format,
with either a standard heading, or a ruled title (optionally
with a frame around the table). The \tableofcontents command
may be used arbitrarily many times in the same document, while
\localtableofcontents provides a 'local' table of contents.

npm: updated to 6.6.0

v6.6.0

REFACTORING OUT npm-REGISTRY-CLIENT

Today is an auspicious day! This release marks the end of a massive internal refactor to npm that means we finally got rid of the legacy npm-registry-client in favor of the shiny, new, window.fetch-like npm-registry-fetch.

Now, the installer had already done most of this work with the release of npm@5, but it turns out every other command still used the legacy client. This release updates all of those commands to use the new client, and while we're at it, adds a few extra goodies:

All OTP-requiring commands will now prompt. --otp is no longer required for dist-tag, access, et al.
We're starting to integrate a new config system which will eventually get extracted into a standalone package.
We now use libnpm for the API functionality of a lot of our commands! That means you can install a library if you want to write your own tooling around them.
There's now an npm org command for managing users in your org.
pacote now consumes npm-style configurations, instead of its own naming for various config vars. This will make it easier to load npm configs using libnpm.config and hand them directly to pacote.

NEW FEATURES
Make npm dist-tags the same as npm dist-tag ls.
Add support for IBM i.
Update profile to support new npm-profile API.

BUGFIXES
Fix support for passing git binary path config with --git.
Check for npm.config's existence in error-handler.js to prevent weird errors when failures happen before config object is loaded.
Fix checking for optional dependencies.
Remove tink experiments.
Handle git branch references correctly.
Report any errors above 400 as potentially not supporting audit.
Set default homepage to an empty string.
Fix npm-prefix description.

DOCS
Fix typo in npm-token documentation.
Correct docs for fake-registry interface.

(adam)

2019-01-22 09:17:57 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

py-asyncssh: updated to 1.15.1

Release 1.15.1:
Added callback-based host validation in SSHClient, allowing callers to decide programmatically whether to trust server host keys and certificates rather than having to provide a list of trusted values in advance.
Changed SSH client code to only load the default known hosts file if if exists. Previously an error was returned if a known_hosts value wasn窶冲 specified and the default known_hosts file didn窶冲 exist. For host validate to work in this case, verification callbacks must be implemented or other forms of validation such as X.509 trusted CAs or GSS-based key exchange must be used.
Fixed known hosts validation to completely disable certificate checks when known_hosts is set to None. Previously, key checking was disabled in this case but other checks for certificate expiration and hostname mismatch were still performed, causing connections to fail even when checking was supposed to be disabled.
Switched curve25519 key exchange to use the PyCA implementation, avoiding a dependency on libnacl/libsodium. For now, support for Ed25519 keys still requires these libraries, but once that support appears in PyCA, it may be possible to remove this dependency entirely.
Added get_fingerprint() method to return a fingerprint of an SSHKey.

** Bug fixes

*** C++: Fix support of 'syntax_error'

One incorrect 'inline' resulted in linking errors about the constructor of
  the syntax_error exception.

*** C++: Fix warnings

  GCC 7.3 (with -O1 or -O2 but not -O0 or -O3) issued null-dereference
warnings about yyformat being possibly null.  It also warned about the
deprecated implicit definition of copy constructors when there's a
  user-defined (copy) assignment operator.

*** Location of errors

In C++ parsers, out-of-bounds errors can happen when a rule with an empty
ride-hand side raises a syntax error.  The behavior of the default parser
(yacc.c) in such a condition was undefined.

Now all the parsers match the behavior of glr.c: @$ is used as the
location of the error.  This handles gracefully rules with and without
  rhs.

*** Portability fixes in the test suite

On some platforms, some Java and/or C++ tests were failing.

Update tradcpp to 0.5.3.

Upstream changes:
  - Fix markup typo in the man page.
  - Abort on line numbering or column numbering overflow. Line
numbers are limited to values that fit in "unsigned int". Also
reject input lines longer than 2^32-1 characters. It seems
reasonable to presume that any input that violates these
constraints is someone screwing around and not a serious attempt
to compile or preprocess anything useful. Done in response to
n2129, but without getting into any of the silliness found there.
  - Recognize __ia64__ for IA64 builds.
  - Recognize __aarch64__ for 64-bit ARM builds, as sent in by
    various people.
  - Recognize __riscv__ and __riscv64__ for risc-v builds.

py-wrapt: updated to 1.11.1

Version 1.11.1

Bugs Fixed

Fixed memory leak in C extension variant of PartialCallableObjectProxy class introduced in 1.11.0, when it was being used to perform binding, when a call of an instance method was made through the class type, and the self object passed explicitly as first argument.
The C extension variant of the PartialCallableObjectProxy class introduced in 1.11.0, which is a version of functools.partial which correctly handles binding when applied to methods of classes, couldn't be used when no positional arguments were supplied.
When the C extension variant of PartialCallableObjectProxy was used and multiple positional arguments were supplied, the first argument would be replicated and used to all arguments, instead of correct values, when the partial was called.
When the C extension variant of PartialCallableObjectProxy was used and keyword arguments were supplied, it would fail as was incorrectly using the positional arguments where the keyword arguments should have been used.

Version 1.11.0

Bugs Fixed

When using arithmetic operations through a proxy object, checks about the types of arguments were not being performed correctly, which could result in an exception being raised to indicate that a proxy object had not been initialised when in fact the argument wasn't even an instance of a proxy object.

Because an incorrect cast in C level code was being performed and an attribute in memory checked on the basis of it being a type different to what it actually was, technically it may have resulted in a process crash if the size of the object was smaller than the type being casted to.

The __complex__() special method wasn't implemented and using complex() on a proxy object would give wrong results or fail.

When using the C extension, if an exception was raised when using inplace or, ie., |=, the error condition wasn't being correctly propagated back which would result in an exception showing up as wrong location in subsequent code.

Type of long was used instead of Py_hash_t for Python 3.3+. This caused compiler warnings on Windows, which depending on what locale was set to, would cause pip to fail when installing the package.

If calling Class.instancemethod and passing self explicitly, the ability to access __name__ and __module__ on the final bound method were not preserved. This was due to a partial being used for this special case, and it doesn't preserve introspection.

Fixed typo in the getter property of ObjectProxy for accessing __annotations__. Appeared that it was still working as would fall back to using generic __getattr__() to access attribute on wrapped object.

py-soupsieve: updated to 1.7.2

1.7.2
- **FIX**: Fix HTML detection type selector.
- **FIX**: Fixes for :enabled and :disabled.
- **FIX**: Provide a way for Beautiful Soup to parse selectors in a quirks mode to mimic some of the quirks of the old
select method prior to Soup Sieve, but with warnings. This is to help old scripts to not break during the transitional
period with newest Beautiful Soup. In the future, these quirks will raise an exception as Soup Sieve requires
selectors to follow the CSS specification.

1.7.1
- **FIX**: Fix issue with :has() selector where a leading combinator can only be provided in the first selector in a
  relative selector list.

1.7.0
- **NEW**: Add support for :in-range and :out-of-range selectors.
- **NEW**: Add support for :defined selector.
- **FIX**: Fix pickling issue when compiled selector contains a NullSelector object.
- **FIX**: Better exception messages in the CSS selector parser and fix a position reporting issue that can occur in
  some exceptions.
- **FIX**: Don't compare prefixes when evaluating attribute namespaces, compare the actual namespace.
- **FIX**: Split whitespace attribute lists by all whitespace characters, not just space.
- **FIX**: :nth-* patterns were converting numbers to base 16 when they should have been converting to base 10.

links{,-gui}: Update to 2.18

Changes:
=== RELEASE 2.18 ===
- Compile links with graphics support on OpenVMS
- Automatically enable tor mode when the socks port is 9050
- When we are in tor mode, invert the colors on the top line and bottom
line, so that the user can immediatelly see it
- Fix an incorrect shift in write_ev_queue that could cause spurious error
if the socket for interprocess communication fills up.
This bug was introduced in Links 2.15.
- Fix 'runtime error: member access within null pointer' sanitizer warning
- Add a menu entry to save and load a clipboard
- Don't synchronize with the Xserver on every pixmap load
It improves performance on remote connections
- Fix a bug that in the "Network options" dialog box, the value in the
field "Timeout when trying multiple addresses" incorrectly set the value
  "Timeout when unrestartable".
- Fix a possible integer overflow in decoder_memory_expand
- Work around a bug on OpenVMS where allocations larger than 0x77fffff0
are treated as if they had 16 bytes
- Fix possible pointer arithmetics bugs if the operating system allocated
memory few bytes below the limit 0xffffffff or 0xffffffffffffffff
- Add a button to never accept invalid certificate for a given server
- Fix incorrect strings -html-t-text-color, -html-t-link-color,
  -html-t-background-color, -html-t-ignore-document-color in the manual
page and help (reported by Oliver Schode <oliver.schode@online.de>)
- Windows 7 has a bug (or feature) that corrupts the screen when using the
unaccelerated video driver - when a thread draws into window's device context
and the user simultaneously drags the window, the device context coordinates
may not be updated. Subsequent draws are done with incorrect coordinates.
In order to work around this bug, we detect that a drawing operation
possibly raced with window moving. If it did, we allocate a new DC (the
old one is corrupted) and start a timer that asks the main thread to
redraw the whole window using the new DC.
- Add ascii replacement of Romanian S and T with comma
Fix replacement of c with cedilla and a/i with grave accent a/o/u with
  diaeresis
- Use static linking in the released binaries on OS/2 because the DLL
names may clash with other programs
- On OS/2, use AF_OS2 for interprocess communication because the loopback
network device may not be properly configured.
Fall back to 127.0.0.1 only if AF_OS2 in not installed.
- Fixed a bug when IPv6 control connection to a ftp server fails and IPv4
control connection succeeds, links would incorrectly try to make the
data connection using IPv6 (this bug was introduced in Links 2.15).

lang/ruby-gherkin: update to 6.0.15

6.0.15 - 2018-10-31

Added

* (Go) Executables are uploaded to GitHub releases.

Fixed

* Fix bug where leading tabs prevented parser from identifying keywords (#512
  [VjacheslavVytjagov])
* [JavaScript] Fix JavaScript build (#499 noisygerman)

6.0.13 - 2018-09-25

This major release aligns Gherkin with Example Mapping, a collaborative
technique for designing scenarios and discovering details about rules and
behaviour.

A new Rule keyword has been introduced, and acts as a grouping of one or more
Examples - a new synonym for Scenario.  The Scenario Outline keyword can now
be interchanged with the Scenario keyword, which makes Gherkin a little less
confusing, especially to beginners.  These are the first major change to the
Gherkin grammar in 8 years or so, and we're pretty excited about them.  We
hope they will guide people towards thinking of scenarios as examples of
business rules rather than a series of form submissions and link clicking.
This rule-focused style engages product owners, and can act as amazing living
documentation of your product.  It opens up for the true benefits of BDD - a
business-friendly format for describing and agreeing on software behaviour,
and a guide to development.  Developers will code against this spec, and
produce better (simpler) software faster.  The software will do what it says
on the tin.

The new Gherkin grammar is backwards compatible, meaning that existing Gherkin
documents are still valid.

The library API however is not backwards compatible.  It is now a stream-like
API which produces a stream of messages (source, AST and pickle messages).

Internally, each library shells out to a go executable (embedded in the
library for all major OSes and processor architectures), and communicates via
STDIN/STDOUT using protocol buffers.  The rationale behind this architectural
change is to reduce the maintenance burden (a single parser rather than a
dozen), but also to make it quicker and easier to implement a Gherkin library
in a new language.  Just generate some protobuf classes/structs and write a
small program that shells out and communicates using those messages.

Our preliminary benchmarks suggest that performance is comparable to the
native implementations, or better.  There is a small hit in startup cost, but
this is offset against a higher throughput of the parser.

At the time of this writing Gherkin 6 is nearly integrated in Cucumber-JVM and
Cucumber-Ruby.  Integration with Cucumber.js has not started and we would
really welcome some help with that.

The message protocol will continue to evolve to represent runtime information
such as results, parameter types, cucumber expressions and other metadata.
This will make it easier for the community to build plugins for Cucumber.  One
HTML Gherkin formatter to rule them all. Statistic plugins and more.

Added

* (TypeScript) - Added TypeScript definitions (.d.ts) for Gherkin.
* Added Rule keyword (#250 aslakhellesoy)
* Added Example as synonym for Scenario in English and many other
languages. This is to align Gherkin with BDD and Example Mapping
  terminology. (aslakhellesoy)
* Added Ukoliko as an additional synonym for Given, in Croatian. (#480 banovotz)

Changed

* (JavaScript,Java,Ruby) The native parsers are removed. Parsing is done by
gherkin-go executables which are bundled with the published
  libraries. (aslakhellesoy, [jaysonesmith])
* (JavaScript,Java,Ruby,Go) Scenario keyword (or Example keyword) can be used
to create Scenario Outline. (#353 aslakhellesoy)

Removed

* (Java) OSGi support has been removed. (#412 aslakhellesoy)

Fixed

* (JavaScript) Fix ability to pass language to parser. (#401 charlierudolph)

py-waitress: updated to 1.2.0

1.2.0:
No changes since the last beta release. Enjoy Waitress!

1.2.0b3:
Bugfixes
- Modified clear_untrusted_proxy_headers to be usable without a
  trusted_proxy.

- Modified trusted_proxy_count to error when used without a
  trusted_proxy.

1.2.0b2:
Bugfixes
- Fixed logic to no longer warn on writes where the output is required to have
a body but there may not be any data to be written. Solves issue posted on
the Pylons Project mailing list with 1.2.0b1.

1.2.0b1:
Happy New Year!

Features
- Setting the trusted_proxy setting to '*' (wildcard) will allow all
upstreams to be considered trusted proxies, thereby allowing services behind
Cloudflare/ELBs to function correctly whereby there may not be a singular IP
address that requests are received from.

Using this setting is potentially dangerous if your server is also available
from anywhere on the internet, and further protections should be used to lock
  down access to Waitress.

- Waitress has increased its support of the X-Forwarded-* headers and includes
Forwarded (RFC7239) support. This may be used to allow proxy servers to
  influence the WSGI environment.

This also provides a new security feature when using Waitress behind a proxy
in that it is possible to remove untrusted proxy headers thereby making sure
that downstream WSGI applications don't accidentally use those proxy headers
  to make security decisions.

The documentation has more information, see the following new arguments:

  - trusted_proxy_count
  - trusted_proxy_headers
  - clear_untrusted_proxy_headers
  - log_untrusted_proxy_headers (useful for debugging)

Be aware that the defaults for these are currently backwards compatible with
older versions of Waitress, this will change in a future release of waitress.
If you expect to need this behaviour please explicitly set these variables in
your configuration, or pin this version of waitress.

  Documentation:
  https://docs.pylonsproject.org/projects/waitress/en/latest/reverse-proxy.html

- Waitress can now accept a list of sockets that are already pre-bound rather
than creating its own to allow for socket activation. Support for init
systems/other systems that create said activated sockets is not included.

- Server header can be omitted by specifying ident=None or ident=''.

Bugfixes
- Waitress will no longer send Transfer-Encoding or Content-Length for 1xx,
204, or 304 responses, and will completely ignore any message body sent by
the WSGI application, making sure to follow the HTTP standard.

Compatibility
- Waitress has now "vendored" asyncore into itself as waitress.wasyncore.
This is to cope with the eventuality that asyncore will be removed from
the Python standard library in 3.8 or so.

Documentation
- Bring in documentation of paste.translogger from Pyramid. Reorganize and
  clean up documentation.
