tex-makecell{,-doc}: import version 0.1e

This package supports common layouts for tabular column heads
in whole documents, based on one-column tabular environment. In
addition, it can create multi-lined tabular cells. The Package
also offers: a macro which changes the vertical space around
all the cells in a tabular environment (similar to the function
of the tabls package, but using the facilities of the array)
macros for multirow cells, which use the facilities of the
multirow package; macros to number rows in tables, or to skip
cells; diagonally divided cells; horizontal lines in tabular
environments with defined thickness.

py-zstandard: update to 0.8.1

0.8.1:
Add #includes so compilation on OS X and BSDs works.

0.8.0:
CompressionParameters now has a estimated_compression_context_size() method. zstd.estimate_compression_context_size() is now deprecated and slated for removal.
Implemented a lot of fuzzing tests.
CompressionParameters instances now perform extra validation by calling ZSTD_checkCParams() at construction time.
multi_compress_to_buffer() API for compressing multiple inputs as a single operation, as efficiently as possible.
ZSTD_CStream instances are now used across multiple operations on ZstdCompressor instances, resulting in much better performance for APIs that do streaming.
ZSTD_DStream instances are now used across multiple operations on ZstdDecompressor instances, resulting in much better performance for APIs that do streaming.
train_dictionary() now releases the GIL.
Support for training dictionaries using the COVER algorithm.
multi_decompress_to_buffer() API for decompressing multiple frames as a single operation, as efficiently as possible.
Support for multi-threaded compression.
Disable deprecation warnings when compiling CFFI module.
Fixed memory leak in train_dictionary().
Removed DictParameters type.
train_dictionary() now accepts keyword arguments instead of a DictParameters instance to control dictionary generation.

Add a kludge via CONFIGURE_ENV to avoid picking up gtkdoc-* tools.

tex-unicode-math{,-doc}: update to 0.8h

- v0.8g (2017/10/02)
  * Better use of scriptstyle sizes in LuaTeX (I think a regression).
  * Fix regression (`\mathbf` etc. not being set automatically) caused by
the renaming of a `fontspec` internal command.
  * Minor documentation improvements.

- v0.8h (2017/10/09)

  * Some bugs crept in in the last update due to some code rearrangement:
      * package version wasn't set;
      * some code was being executed at the wrong time;
      * `\sqrt[]{}` in LuaLaTeX gave incorrect output.
  * The layout of the code is now structured far more sensibly.
  * Remove (long deprecated) `\resetmathfont`; for years it has been a
synonym for `\setmathfont`.

pathnames with spaces in a "python=" part of a spec.
We now use shlex.split to split the string.  There is a
potential for regressions if you used quote or escape
sequences as part of your python command.

- Only insert importdir into sys.path if it is not already in the path.

This prevents a bug when using enum34 with python 3.6 and
  pytest-xdist.

The issue is that enum34 installs an 'enum' module in site-packages
which is normally shadowed by the stdlib version of enum, however in
gateway_bootstrap.py site-packages is added at the front the the
search path. This means on the workers enum34 is hit for import enum
which in turn causes import re to fail (as it makes use of the new
  enum features in 3.6).

- fix 49 - use inspect.getfullargspec if possible to avoid deprecationwarnings

- fix 56 - use partials in safe_terminate to avoid a bad carried binding

- fix spec parsing on Windows due to path containing '\' characters.

mysql57: update to 5.7.20

Changes in MySQL 5.7.20:

Audit Log Notes

Event-matching filter rules for the audit_log plugin now support an abort element, which can be used to prevent qualifying events from executing. For more information, see Audit Log Filtering. This capability can be used, for example, to augment the capabilities of MySQL Enterprise Firewall, which blocks SQL statements on a per-user basis, by writing audit filtering rules that match statements and block them based on characteristics of the statements themselves.

Deprecation and Removal Notes

Previously, the --transaction-isolation and --transaction-read-only server startup options corresponded to the tx_isolation and tx_read_only system variables. For better name correspondence between startup option and system variable names, transaction_isolation and transaction_read_only have been created as aliases for tx_isolation and tx_read_only. The tx_isolation and tx_read_only variables are now deprecated and will be removed in MySQL 8.0. Applications should be adjusted to use transaction_isolation and transaction_read_only instead.

The query cache is now deprecated and is removed in MySQL 8.0. Deprecation includes these items:
* The FLUSH QUERY CACHE and RESET QUERY CACHE statements.
* The SQL_CACHE and SQL_NO_CACHE SELECT modifiers.
* These system variables: have_query_cache, ndb_cache_check_time, query_cache_limit, query_cache_min_res_unit, query_cache_size, query_cache_type, query_cache_wlock_invalidate.
* These status variables: Qcache_free_blocks, Qcache_free_memory, Qcache_hits, Qcache_inserts, Qcache_lowmem_prunes, Qcache_not_cached, Qcache_queries_in_cache, Qcache_total_blocks.

The mysql client by default strips comments in statements sent to the server, and this behavior is controlled using --skip-comments (strip comments), and --comments (preserve comments).
Comment stripping is now deprecated. This feature and the options to control it will be removed in a future MySQL release.

These syntax constructs for table and column references are now deprecated and will be removed in a future version of MySQL. Instances of these constructs should be changed to remove the leading period.
* .col_name
* .tbl_name
* .tbl_name.col_name

Security Notes

Certificates automatically generated by mysqld and mysql_ssl_rsa_setup now use X509 v3 rather than v1.
The keyring_okv plugin now supports password-protecting the key file used for secure connections. See Using the keyring_okv KMIP Plugin.

Bugs Fixed

mysql56: update to 5.6.38

Changes in MySQL 5.6.38:

Packaging Notes
---------------
mysqlcheck was missing in the MySQL Server Docker image, which prevented mysql_upgrade from running.

Bugs Fixed
----------
InnoDB: Replication lag occurred on slave instances during large update operations on tables with many partitions.
InnoDB: A failure occurred during an end range comparison.
InnoDB: Enabling the innodb_buffer_pool_load_now setting failed in readonly mode. The event that signals the buffer pool load thread was not initialized.
InnoDB: A long wait for a dictionary operation lock held by a full-text search synchronization operation caused a server exit.
Partitioning: Queries involving NULL were not always handled correctly on tables that were partitioned by LIST.
Replication: When replicating a partitioned table with an index, on a replication slave where HASH_SCAN was specified as part of the slave_rows_search_algorithms setting, the slave I/O thread sometimes stopped with an error HA_ERR_KEY_NOT_FOUND.
Replication: Replication clients no longer enable LOCAL capability for LOAD DATA statements, because they do not use LOAD DATA LOCAL statements.
Replication: In case of a failure while creating multiple slave applier worker threads, some threads would be left orphaned and their resources would not be collected. Thanks to Laurynas Biveinis for his contribution to fixing this bug.
MSI packages for Windows failed to detect when Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package was installed.
yaSSL could incorrectly perform TLS cipher negotiation.
The server failed to check the maximum path length for partition names.
Identifiers containing a mixture of backslashes and backticks could be parsed incorrectly.
Source packages for Debian platforms contained prebuilt debug binaries, causing build failures on any architectures other than the one on which those binaries were built.
Uninstalling the daemon_memcached plugin caused a serious error.
Selecting from a view could yield different results with materialization enabled versus materialization disabled.
The Performance Schema failed to check the maximum host length for client connections.
A server error occurred when a full text search result exceeded the innodb_ft_result_cache_limit setting. The patch for this bug also backports a related patch.
If a stored function was considered a constant by the optimizer, calling it from a subquery in a NOT IN condition in the WHERE clause could cause a server exit.
A mysqldump memory leak was fixed.
If a session rolled back to a savepoint and then was killed, the statements up to the point of the savepoint could be committed.
For clients that used Connector/Python and authenticated using the sha256_password plugin, the server could handle connections incorrectly.
NAME_CONST() can return null if incorrect arguments are given. In some cases, this was not handled and could cause a server exit.

Set cwrappers in bootstrap mk.conf too.

When bootstrap is run with --cwrappers=no (or yes, for that matter),
the value is written into mk.conf at the end of the bootstrap but not
used _during_ the bootstrap itself. Thus, when bootstrapping on Linux
with no builtin diffutils, cwrappers ends up indirectly depending on
itself, and there is no way around that. This commit fixes this.

glib2-tools: Handle source files which are not utf-8

python 3 is strict about file encodings. After glib-mkenums was
translated from perl to python, build failures occur due to e.g.,
ISO-8859-1 characters in authors' names as reported by martin@ in
PR pkg/52631 for xfce4-gtk2-engines, but also causing build failures
for at least libgnome and libgnomeui.

Chritoph Reiter produced an elegant workaround, making use of the
open() function's error decoding "replace" option:

'replace' causes a replacement marker (such as '?') to be inserted
  where there is malformed data.

which is applied here.

R: update to 3.4.2

CHANGES IN R 3.4.2:

  NEW FEATURES:

    * Setting the LC_ALL category in Sys.setlocale() invalidates any
cached locale-specific day/month names and the AM/PM indicator
for strptime() (as setting LC_TIME has since R 3.1.0).

    * The version of LAPACK included in the sources has been updated to
      3.7.1, a bug-fix release.

    * The default for tools::write_PACKAGES(rds_compress=) has been
changed to "xz" to match the compression used by CRAN.

    * c() and unlist() are now more efficient in constructing the
names(.) of their return value, thanks to a proposal by Suharto
      Anggono.  (PR#17284)

CHANGES IN R 3.4.0:

  SIGNIFICANT USER-VISIBLE CHANGES:

    * (Unix-alike) The default methods for download.file() and url()
now choose "libcurl" except for file:// URLs.  There will be
small changes in the format and wording of messages, including in
rare cases if an issue is a warning or an error.  For example,
when HTTP re-direction occurs, some messages refer to the final
URL rather than the specified one.

Those who use proxies should check that their settings are
compatible (see ?download.file: the most commonly used forms work
      for both "internal" and "libcurl").

    * table() has been amended to be more internally consistent and
become back compatible to R <= 2.7.2 again.  Consequently,
table(1:2, exclude = NULL) no longer contains a zero count for
<NA>, but useNA = "always" continues to do so.

    * summary.default() no longer rounds, but its print method does
resulting in less extraneous rounding, notably of numbers in the
      ten thousands.

    * factor(x, exclude = L) behaves more rationally when x or L are
character vectors.  Further, exclude = <factor> now behaves as
      documented for long.

    * Arithmetic, logic (&, |) and comparison (aka 'relational', e.g.,
<, ==) operations with arrays now behave consistently, notably
      for arrays of length zero.

Arithmetic between length-1 arrays and longer non-arrays had
silently dropped the array attributes and recycled.  This now
gives a warning and will signal an error in the future, as it has
always for logic and comparison operations in these cases (e.g.,
      compare matrix(1,1) + 2:3 and matrix(1,1) < 2:3).

    * The JIT ('Just In Time') byte-code compiler is now enabled by
default at its level 3. This means functions will be compiled on
first or second use and top-level loops will be compiled and then
run.  (Thanks to Tomas Kalibera for extensive work to make this
      possible.)
For now, the compiler will not compile code containing explicit
calls to browser(): this is to support single stepping from the
      browser() call.

JIT compilation can be disabled for the rest of the session using
compiler::enableJIT(0) or by setting environment variable
      R_ENABLE_JIT to 0.

    * xtabs() works more consistently with NAs, also in its result no
longer setting them to 0.  Further, a new logical option addNA
allows to count NAs where appropriate.  Additionally, for the
case sparse = TRUE, the result's dimnames are identical to the
      default case's.

    * Matrix products now consistently bypass BLAS when the inputs have
NaN/Inf values. Performance of the check of inputs has been
improved. Performance when BLAS is used is improved for
matrix/vector and vector/matrix multiplication (DGEMV is now used
      instead of DGEMM).

One can now choose from alternative matrix product
      implementations _via_ options(matprod = ).  The "internal"
implementation is not optimized for speed but consistent in
precision with other summations in R (using long double
accumulators where available).  "blas" calls BLAS directly for
best speed, but usually with undefined behavior for inputs with
      NaN/Inf.

  NEW FEATURES:

    * User errors such as integrate(f, 0:1, 2) are now caught.

    * Add signature argument to debug(), debugonce(), undebug() and
isdebugged() for more conveniently debugging S3 and S4 methods.
(Based on a patch by Gabe Becker.)

    * Add utils::debugcall() and utils::undebugcall() for debugging the
function that would be called by evaluating the given expression.
When the call is to an S4 generic or standard S3 generic,
debugcall() debugs the method that would be dispatched. A number
of internal utilities were added to support this, most notably
utils::isS3stdGeneric().  (Based on a patch by Gabe Becker.)

And many more - see the NEWS file for details.

nokogiri: update to 1.8.1.

This version is necessary for ruby-mini_portile2 2.3.0 in pkgsrc-2017Q3.

pkgsrc changes:
- strict dependency against ruby-mini_portile2 as defined in the Gemfile
- take maintainership

# 1.8.1 / 2017-09-19

## Dependencies

* [MRI] libxml2 is updated from 2.9.4 to 2.9.5.
* [MRI] libxslt is updated from 1.1.29 to 1.1.30.
* [MRI] optional dependency on the pkg-config gem has had its constraint loosened to `~> 1.1` (from `~> 1.1.7`). [#1660]
* [MRI] Upgrade mini_portile2 dependency from `~> 2.2.0` to `~> 2.3.0`, which will validate checksums on the vendored libxml2 and libxslt tarballs before using them.

## Bugs

* NodeSet#first with an integer argument longer than the length of the NodeSet now correctly clamps the length of the returned NodeSet to the original length. [#1650] (Thanks, @Derenge!)
* [MRI] Ensure CData.new raises TypeError if the `content` argument is not implicitly convertible into a string. [#1669]

Without that change the nmap configure script checks for `lua_isyield'

Updated net/py-twisted

(adam)

2017-10-19 08:50:34 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

py-twisted: update to 17.9.0

Twisted 17.9.0:

Features
--------
- twisted.python.failure.Failure is now a new-style class which subclasses
  BaseException.
- twisted.internet.posixbase.PosixReactorBase.adoptStreamPort and
  twisted.internet.posixbase.PosixReactorBase.adoptStreamConnection now support
  AF_UNIX SOCK_STREAM sockets.
-
- t.protocol.policies.TimeoutMixin.setTimeout and
  t.protocol.policies.TimeoutProtocol.cancelTimeout (used in
  t.protocol.policies.TimeoutFactory) no longer raise a
t.internet.error.AlreadyCancelled exception when calling them for an already
  cancelled timeout.
- twisted.web.template.flatten now supports coroutines that yield Deferreds.

- twisted.web.client.HTTPConnectionPool passes the repr() of the endpoint to
the client protocol factory, and the protocol factory adds that to its own
repr(). This makes logs more useful.
- Python 3.6 is now supported

Bugfixes
--------
- twisted.python.logfile.BaseLogFile and subclasses now always open the file in
binary mode, and will process text as UTF-8.
- The `ssl:` endpoint now accepts `certKey` PEM files without trailing
  newlines.
- Logger.__init__ sets the namespace to "<unknown>" instead of raising KeyError
when unable to determine the namespace from the calling context.
- twisted.internet._win32serialport updated to support pySerial 3.x and dropped
  pySerial 2.x support.
- twisted.python.rebuild now works on Python 3.
- twisted.web.server.Request.notifyFinish will now once again promptly notify
applications of client disconnection (assuming that the client doesn't send a
  large amount of pipelined request data) rather than waiting for the timeout;
this fixes a bug introduced in Twisted 16.3.0.
- twisted.web.guard.HTTPAuthSessionWrapper configured with
DigestCredentialFactory now works on both Python 2 and 3.
- Detect when we’re being run using “-m twisted” or “-m twisted.trial” and use
it to build an accurate usage message.
- twisted.protocols.tls.TLSMemoryBIOProtocol now allows unregisterProducer to
be called when no producer is registered, bringing it in line with other
  transports.
- twisted.web web servers no longer print tracebacks when they timeout clients
that do not respond to TLS CLOSE_NOTIFY messages.
- twisted.mail.imap4 now works on Python 3.
- twisted.python.shortcut now works on Python 3 in Windows.
- Fix traceback forwarding with inlineCallbacks on python 3.
- twisted.mail.imap4.MessageSet now treats * as larger than every message ID,
leading to more consistent and robust behavior.
- The following plugins can now be used on Python 3 with twistd: dns, inetd,
  portforward, procmon, socks, and words.
- twisted.internet._win32serialport now uses serial.serialutil.to_bytes() to
  provide bytes in Python 3.
- twisted.internet.reactor.spawnProcess() now does not fail on Python 3 in
Windows if passed a bytes-encoded path argument.
- twisted.protocols.ident now works on Python 3.
- Ignore PyPy's implementation differences in base object class.
- twisted.python.test.test_setup now passes with setuptools 36.2.1
- twisted.internet._win32serialport SerialPort._clearCommError() no longer
  raises AttributeError
- twisted.trial.unittest.SynchronousTestCase and
twisted.trial.unittest.TestCase now always run their tearDown methods, even
when a test method fails with an exception. They also flush all errors logged
by a test method before running another, ensuring the logged errors are
associated with their originating test method.

py-aiohttp: update to 2.3.0

2.3.0:
Features
--------
Add SSL related params to ClientSession.request
Make enable_compression work on HTTP/1.0
Deprecate registering synchronous web handlers
Switch to multidict 3.0. All HTTP headers preserve casing now but compared in case-insensitive way.
Improvement for normalize_path_middleware. Added possibility to handle URLs with query string.
Use towncrier for CHANGES.txt build
Implement trust_env=True param in ClientSession.
Added variable to customize proxy headers
Implement router.add_routes and router decorators.
Deprecated BaseRequest.has_body in favor of BaseRequest.can_read_body Added BaseRequest.body_exists attribute that stays static for the lifetime of the request
Provide BaseRequest.loop attribute
Make _CoroGuard awaitable and fix ClientSession.close warning message
Responses to redirects without Location header are returned instead of raising a RuntimeError
Added get_client, get_server, setUpAsync and tearDownAsync methods to AioHTTPTestCase
Add automatically a SafeChildWatcher to the test loop
add ability to disable automatic response decompression
Add support for throttling DNS request, avoiding the requests saturation when there is a miss in the DNS cache and many requests getting into the connector at the same time.
Use request for getting access log information instead of message/transport pair. Add RequestBase.remote property for accessing to IP of client initiated HTTP request.
json() raises a ContentTypeError exception if the content-type does not meet the requirements instead of raising a generic ClientResponseError.
Make the HTTP client able to return HTTP chunks when chunked transfer encoding is used.
add append_version arg into StaticResource.url and StaticResource.url_for methods for getting an url with hash (version) of the file.
Fix parsing the Forwarded header. * commas and semicolons are allowed inside quoted-strings; * empty forwarded-pairs (as in for=_1;;by=_2) are allowed; * non-standard parameters are allowed (although this alone could be easily done in the previous parser).
Don窶冲 require ssl module to run. aiohttp does not require SSL to function. The code paths involved with SSL will only be hit upon SSL usage. Raise RuntimeError if HTTPS protocol is required but ssl module is not present.
Accept coroutine fixtures in pytest plugin
Call shutdown_asyncgens before event loop closing on Python 3.6.
Speed up Signals when there are no receivers
Raise InvalidURL instead of ValueError on fetches with invalid URL.
Move DummyCookieJar into cookiejar.py
run_app: Make print=None disable printing
Support brotli encoding (generic-purpose lossless compression algorithm)
Add server support for WebSockets Per-Message Deflate. Add client option to add deflate compress header in WebSockets request header. If calling ClientSession.ws_connect() with compress=15 the client will support deflate compress negotiation.
Support verify_ssl, fingerprint, ssl_context and proxy_headers by client.ws_connect.
Added aiohttp.ClientConnectorSSLError when connection fails due ssl.SSLError
aiohttp.web.Application.make_handler support access_log_class
Build HTTP parser extension in non-strict mode by default.

Bugfixes
--------
Clear auth information on redirecting to other domain
Fix missing app.loop on startup hooks during tests
Fix issue with synchronous session closing when using ClientSession as an asynchronous context manager.
Fix issue with CookieJar incorrectly expiring cookies in some edge cases.
Force use of IPv4 during test, this will make tests run in a Docker container
Warnings about unawaited coroutines now correctly point to the user窶冱 code.
Fix issue with IndexError being raised by the StreamReader.iter_chunks() generator.
Support HTTP 308 Permanent redirect in client class.
Fix FileResponse sending empty chunked body on 304.
Do not add Content-Length: 0 to GET/HEAD/TRACE/OPTIONS requests by default.
Fix parsing the Forwarded header according to RFC 7239.
Securely determining remote/scheme/host
Fix header name parsing, if name is split into multiple lines
Handle session close during connection, KeyError: <aiohttp.connector._TransportPlaceholder>
Fixes uncaught TypeError in helpers.guess_filename if name is not a string
Raise OSError on async DNS lookup if resolved domain is an alias for another one, which does not have an A or CNAME record.
Fix incorrect warning in StreamReader.
Properly clone state of web request
Fix C HTTP parser for cases when status line is split into different TCP packets.
Fix web.FileResponse overriding user supplied Content-Type

This is a plugin which will terminate tests after a certain timeout. When doing
so it will show a stack dump of all threads running at the time. This is useful
when running tests under a continuous integration server or simply if you don't
know why the test suite hangs.

Note that while by default on POSIX systems py.test will continue to execute
the tests after a test has timed, out this is not always possible. Often the
only sure way to interrupt a hanging test is by terminating the entire process.
As this is a hard termination (os._exit()) it will result in no teardown, JUnit
XML output etc. But the plugin will ensure you will have the debugging output
on stderr nevertheless, which is the most important part at this stage.

- sysutils/consul/distinfo                                      1.18

-------------------------------------------------------------------
  Module Name: pkgsrc
  Committed By: fhajny
  Date: Tue Oct 17 11:39:57 UTC 2017

  Modified Files:
    pkgsrc/sysutils/consul: Makefile distinfo

  Log Message:
  Update sysutils/consul to 1.0.0

  SECURITY:

  - Fixed an XSS issue with Consul's built-in web UI where node names
      were not being properly escaped.

  BREAKING CHANGES:

  - Raft Protocol Now Defaults to 3
  - Config Files Require an Extension
  - Deprecated Options Have Been Removed
  - `statsite_prefix` Renamed to `metrics_prefix`
  - `advertise_addrs` Removed
  - Escaping Behavior Changed for go-discover Configs
  - HTTP Verbs are Enforced in Many HTTP APIs
  - Unauthorized KV Requests Return 403
  - Config Section of Agent Self Endpoint has Changed
  - Deprecated `configtest` Command Removed
  - Undocumented Flags in `validate` Command Removed
  - Metric Names Updated
  - Checks Validated On Agent Startup

  FEATURES:

  - Support for HCL Config Files
  - Support for Binding to Multiple Addresses
  - Support for RFC1434 DNS TXT records
  - Support for Running Subproccesses Directly Without a Shell
  - Sentinel Integration

  IMPROVEMENTS:

  - agent: Added support to detect public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses on
      AWS.
  - agent: Improved /v1/operator/raft/configuration endpoint which
allows Consul to avoid an extra agent RPC call for the `consul
      operator raft list-peers` command.
  - agent: Improved ACL system for the KV store to support list
permissions. This behavior can be opted in. For more information,
      see the ACL Guide].
  - agent: Updates miekg/dns library to later version to pick up bug
      fixes and improvements.
  - agent: Added automatic retries to the RPC path, and a brief RPC
drain time when servers leave. These changes make Consul more robust
during graceful leaves of Consul servers, such as during upgrades, and
help shield applications from "no leader" errors. These are configured
      with new `performance` options.
  - agent: Added a new `discard_check_output` agent-level configuration
option that can be used to trade off write load to the Consul
servers vs. visibility of health check output. This is reloadable so
it can be toggled without fully restarting the agent.
  - api: Updated the API client to ride out network errors when
      monitoring locks and semaphores.
  - build: Updated Go toolchain to version 1.9.1.
  - cli: `consul lock` and `consul watch` commands will forward `TERM`
and `KILL` signals to their child subprocess.
  - cli: Added support for autocompletion].
  - server: Updated BoltDB to final version 1.3.1.
  - server: Improved dead member reap algorithm to fix edge cases where
      servers could get left behind.

  BUG FIXES:

  - agent: Fixed an issue where disabling both the http and https
interfaces would cause a watch-related error on agent startup, even
      when no watches were defined.
  - agent: Added an additional step to kill health check scripts that
timeout on all platforms except Windows, and added a wait so that
it's not possible to run multiple instances of the same health check
      script at the same time.
  - cli: If the `consul operator raft list-peers` command encounters an
error it will now exit with a non-zero exit code.
  - cli: CLI commands will now show help for all of their arguments.
  - server: Fixed an issue where the leader server could get into a
state where it was no longer performing the periodic leader loop
duties and unable to serve consistent reads after a barrier timeout
      error.
