Update lang/nodejs to 8.6.0.

nodejs 8.6.0
============

crypto
- Support for multiple ECDH curves.

dgram
- Added setMulticastInterface() API.
- Custom lookup functions are now supported.

n-api
- The command-line flag is no longer required to use N-API.

- Implement minimal console.group().

deps
- upgrade libuv to 1.14.1
- update nghttp2 to v1.25.0

otherwise does that puts IPv4 addresses before IPv6 addresses.

fs
- add fs.copyFile and fs.copyFileSync which allows for more efficient
  copying of files.

inspector
- Enable async stack traces

module
- Add support for ESM. This is currently behind the
--experimental-modules flag and requires the .mjs extension. node
  --experimental-modules index.mjs

napi
- implement promise

os
- Add support for CIDR notation to the output of the networkInterfaces()
  method.

perf_hooks
- An initial implementation of the Performance Timing API for Node.js.
This is the same Performance Timing API implemented by modern browsers
with a number of Node.js specific properties. The User Timing mark()
  and measure() APIs are implemented.

tls
- multiple PFX in createSecureContext

git: update to 2.14.2

Fixes since v2.14.1

* Because recent Git for Windows do come with a real msgfmt, the
build procedure for git-gui has been updated to use it instead of a
  hand-rolled substitute.

* "%C(color name)" in the pretty print format always produced ANSI
color escape codes, which was an early design mistake.  They now
honor the configuration (e.g. "color.ui = never") and also tty-ness
  of the output medium.

* The http.{sslkey, sslCert} configuration variables are to be
interpreted as a pathname that honors "~[username]/" prefix, but
  weren't, which has been fixed.

* Numerous bugs in walking of reflogs via "log -g" and friends have
  been fixed.

* "git commit" when seeing an totally empty message said "you did not
edit the message", which is clearly wrong.  The message has been
  corrected.

* When a directory is not readable, "gitweb" fails to build the
project list.  Work this around by skipping such a directory.

* A recently added test for the "credential-cache" helper revealed
that EOF detection done around the time the connection to the cache
daemon is torn down were flaky.  This was fixed by reacting to
ECONNRESET and behaving as if we got an EOF.

* Some versions of GnuPG fail to kill gpg-agent it auto-spawned
and such a left-over agent can interfere with a test.  Work it
around by attempting to kill one before starting a new test.

* "git log --tag=no-such-tag" showed log starting from HEAD, which
has been fixed---it now shows nothing.

* The "tag.pager" configuration variable was useless for those who
actually create tag objects, as it interfered with the use of an
editor.  A new mechanism has been introduced for commands to enable
pager depending on what operation is being carried out to fix this,
and then "git tag -l" is made to run pager by default.

* "git push --recurse-submodules $there HEAD:$target" was not
propagated down to the submodules, but now it is.

* Commands like "git rebase" accepted the --rerere-autoupdate option
from the command line, but did not always use it.  This has been
  fixed.

* "git clone --recurse-submodules --quiet" did not pass the quiet
  option down to submodules.

* "git am -s" has been taught that some input may end with a trailer
block that is not Signed-off-by: and it should refrain from adding
an extra blank line before adding a new sign-off in such a case.

* "git svn" used with "--localtime" option did not compute the tz
offset for the timestamp in question and instead always used the
current time, which has been corrected.

* Memory leaks in a few error codepaths have been plugged.

* bash 4.4 or newer gave a warning on NUL byte in command
substitution done in "git stash"; this has been squelched.

* "git grep -L" and "git grep --quiet -L" reported different exit
  codes; this has been corrected.

* When handshake with a subprocess filter notices that the process
asked for an unknown capability, Git did not report what program
the offending subprocess was running.  This has been corrected.

* "git apply" that is used as a better "patch -p1" failed to apply a
taken from a file with CRLF line endings to a file with CRLF line
endings.  The root cause was because it misused convert_to_git()
that tried to do "safe-crlf" processing by looking at the index
entry at the same path, which is a nonsense---in that mode, "apply"
is not working on the data in (or derived from) the index at all.
  This has been fixed.

* Killing "git merge --edit" before the editor returns control left
the repository in a state with MERGE_MSG but without MERGE_HEAD,
which incorrectly tells the subsequent "git commit" that there was
a squash merge in progress.  This has been fixed.

* "git archive" did not work well with pathspecs and the
  export-ignore attribute.

* "git cvsserver" no longer is invoked by "git daemon" by default,
as it is old and largely unmaintained.

* Various Perl scripts did not use safe_pipe_capture() instead of
backticks, leaving them susceptible to end-user input.  They have
  been corrected.

doc: Updated www/p5-Apache2-AuthCookie to 3.27

(wiz)

2017-09-26 22:23:57 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

p5-Apache2-AuthCookie: update to 3.27.

3.27  2017-07-28
  - Fix POD spelling error [#118545].

3.26  2016-09-30
  - remove unused module Apache::AuthCookie::Autobox from dist
  - remove CGI.pm dependency.  CGI.pm has been removed from perl core, which
was the primary reason we used it in the first place.  Replaced with
dependency on lighter weight set of three modules:

        * HTTP::Body
        * WWW::Form::UrlEncoded
        * Hash::MultiValue

Also recommended (but not required) is WWW::Form::UrlEncoded::XS
  - Add optional support for charset encoding.  If you have something like

        PerlSetVar MyAuthNameEncoding UTF-8

Then AuthCookie with now automatically decode parameters using the given
encoding now. AuthCookie params() data will be decoded automatically if
this is on.  See details in AuthCookie module documentation.  In addition
r->user will be encoded (using byte semantics) using this encoding.

    ***** IMPORTANT *****
If you turn this on, this could break your code.  r->user() will now be
byte encoded using the given encoding.  If you use usernames that contain
non-ascii characters you either need to use decoded_user(), or decode
    r->user() yourself in your subclasses.

See the AuthCookie docs for more details.
  - add optional support for decoding httpd.conf requires directives. This is
    enabled with a RequiresEncoding setting:

        PerlSetVar MyAuthNameRequiresEncoding UTF-8

Then decoded_requires($r) will return the decoded value of $r->requires
You only need this if you have non-ascii characters in your requires
    directives such as:

        Requires user programmæ·¡r

  - add decoded_user($r) method to get the value of r->user decoded using
character semantics instead of bytes.  Due to the fact that r->user is a C
API method we cannot get character semantics on r->user directly.  If no
Encoding directive is in effect, then this is the same as r->user.
  - add encoding($r): string which returns the value of the Encoding directive
that is in effect for the current request.

3.25  2016-08-30
  - 2.4: fix POD typo and add missing ABSTRACT
  - reorganize real.t tests into subtests
  - make sure signature test ignores generated files
  - remove autobox dependency
  - fix authenticate so that r->user is copied from r->main on subrequests.
Previously this was only done for internal redirects (r->prev is defined).
This fixes DirectoryIndexes on AuthCookie enabled directories under apache
    2.4.

Fix
- ``rgb2hsl`` would produce invalid hsl triplet when red, blue, green
component would be all very close to ``1.0``.

Typically, saturation would shoot out of range 0.0..1.0. That could then
lead to exceptions being casts afterwards when trying to reconvert this
  HSL triplet to RGB values.

devel/blosc: Import version 1.12.1 from pkgsrc-wip

Blosc is a high performance compressor optimized for binary data. It
has been designed to transmit data to the processor cache faster than
the traditional, non-compressed, direct memory fetch approach via a
memcpy() OS call. Blosc is the first compressor that is meant not only
to reduce the size of large datasets on-disk or in-memory, but also to
accelerate memory-bound computations.

py-ephem: update to 3.7.6.0

Version 3.7.6.0:
The new ephem.cities.lookup() function runs a Google geocoding search and returns an Observer object for the top result.
When an Earth satellite position cannot be computed, PyEphem now raises an exception instead of freezing and locking up Python.
Upgraded to the libastro from XEphem 3.7.6, bringing improvements to Earth satellite transit calculations.
GitHub issue 76: Earth satellite velocity is now calculated with greater accuracy.
GitHub issue 64: rising and setting routines are now careful to restore your Observer.date even if they die with an exception.
GitHub issue 56: Earth satellites now raise an exception for dates a year or more from their TLE epoch, because libastro refuses to process old elements and would return nonsense coordinates.
GitHub issue 44: a segmentation fault would eventually kill Python 3 if a script called Body.copy() either directly or via the Standard Library copy.copy() function.

Common
- Fix an issue with installation failing on some operating system and file
systems combinations (e.g. ecryptfs layered on top of ext4) which don't
support file names longer than 143 characters.

Compute
- [EC2] add g3 instance types
- [EC2] add 'end' to ec2 reserved_node
- Decrease sleep delay (from 1.5 to 0.2 seconds) inside paramiko client which
is used to prevent busy waiting while waiting for data on the channel.
This should cause deploy scripts which produce a lot of output in incremental
  manner to finish faster.
- Fix a regression in the Azure ARM driver which didn't allow custom storage
URI suffix to be used with create_node.

Tests

    [ADDED]

    - lastfor                        stops forprimes (etc.) iterations
    - is_square(n)                    returns 1 if n is a perfect square
    - is_polygonal(n,k)              returns 1 if n is a k-gonal number

    [FUNCTIONALITY AND PERFORMANCE]

    - shuffle prototype is @ instead of ;@, so matches List::Util.

    - On Perl 5.8 and earlier we will call PP instead of trying
direct-to-GMP.  Works around a bug in XS trying to turn the
result into an object where 5.8.7 and earlier gets lost.

    - We create more const integers, which speeds up common uses of
      permutations.

    - CSPRNG now stores context per-thread rather than using a single
mutex-protected context.  This speeds up anything using random
numbers a fair amount, especially with threaded Perls.

    - With the above two optimizations, randperm(144) is 2.5x faster.

    - threading test has threaded srand/irand test added back in, showing
context is per-thread.  Each thread gets its own sequence and calls
to srand/csrand and using randomness doesn't impact other threads.

Update databases/mongo-c-driver to 1.8.0.

- The zLib and Snappy compression libraries are bundled if not
  available.
Wire protocol compression is enabled on Windows.
- mongoc_collection_find_and_modify_with_opts now respects a
"writeConcern" field in the "extra" BSON document in its
  mongoc_find_and_modify_opts_t.
- The command functions mongoc_client_read_write_command_with_opts,
  mongoc_database_read_write_command_with_opts, and
  mongoc_collection_read_write_command_with_opts now ignore the
  "read_prefs" parameter.
- mongoc_collection_create_index and
  mongoc_collection_create_index_with_opts
are both now deprecated. Use mongoc_database_write_command_with_opts
instead; a guide to creating an index using that function has been
  added.
- Use select, not WSAPoll, on Windows.
- Always mark a server "Unknown" after a network error (besides a
  timeout).
- mongoc_client_pool_t sends platform metadata to the server; before,
  only a single mongoc_client_t did.
- New stream method mongoc_stream_timed_out.
- Wire version checks introduced in 1.8.0 will prevent the driver from
connecting to a future MongoDB server version if its wire protocol is
  incompatible.
- New CMake option ENABLE_MAINTAINER_FLAGS.

Send2Trash is a small package that sends files to the Trash (or
Recycle Bin) natively and on all platforms. On OS X, it uses native
FSMoveObjectToTrashSync Cocoa calls, on Windows, it uses native
(and ugly) SHFileOperation win32 calls. On other platforms, if
PyGObject and GIO are available, it will use this. Otherwise, it
will fallback to its own implementation of the trash specifications
from freedesktop.org.

hsaudiotag is a pure Python library that lets you read metadata

flac and aiff files. It can only read tags, not write to them, but
unlike more complete libraries (like Mutagen), it is BSD licensed,
making it suitable for most projects. It is also backed by a nifty
test suite.

TLS compression is no longer supported. API calls that attempt to enable compression are accepted without failure. However, TLS compression will remain disabled.
This version of NSS uses a formally verified implementation of Curve25519 on 64-bit systems.
The compile time flag DISABLE_ECC has been removed.
When NSS is compiled without NSS_FORCE_FIPS=1 startup checks are not performed anymore.
Various minor improvements and correctness fixes.

devel/p5-Tie-Simple: import p5-Tie-Simple-1.04

Packaged for wip by mef@ and myself.

This module adds the ability to quickly create new types of TIE objects
without creating a complete class. It does so in such a way as to try and
make the programmers life easier when it comes to single-use ties that I
find myself wanting to use from time-to-time.

The Tie::Simple package is actually a front-end to other classes which
really do all the work once tied, but this package does the dwimming to
automatically figure out what you're trying to do.

Version 1.0.8 (2016/11/21)
--------------------------
- Fixed issue #70 (occurrences parsing for windows pathes)
- Fixed issue #71 (tcomment and flags not saved for obsolete entries)
- Fixed issue #72 (wrong metadata ordering)
- Fixed issue #73 (can't always unpickle POFile)
- Use natural sorting for additional headers (metadata)
- Fixed typos in various documents

Version 1.0.7 (2015/07/08)
--------------------------
- Fixed bad parsing of indented msgstr_plural
- Fixed ordering of "Language" metadata entry
- Removed space after "#" in header if comment line is empty (like gettext tools)
- Fixed typos / grammar errors (thanks Jakub Wilk)
- Take into account msgid_plural if needed when comparing entries (thanks Leonardo Constantino Oliveira)
- Fixed issue #63 (str() on a bytes instance when using python3) (thanks Jakub Wilk)

Version 1.0.6 (2015/01/04)
--------------------------
- Wheel support
- Add missing 'Language' and 'Plural-Forms' to metadata ordering
- More accurate float operation for POFile.percent_translated()

Version 1.0.5 (2014/08/22)
--------------------------
- Fixed issue #59: tokens variable referenced before assignment
- Implemented feature request #56: line number information in PO entries
- Fixed issue #61: polib does not handle previous msgid on multilines properly

Version 1.0.4 (2014/02/19)
--------------------------
- Fixed issue #43: improved check that determine if polib is dealing with a filepath or unicode content
- Fixed issue #44: polib now checks MO files revision number and throws an error if the number is unexpected
- Fixed issue #45: parse properly mo files with no header entry
- Fixed issue #47: added flags attribute for MOEntry to be consistent with POEntry
- Fixed issue #49: use integers rather than strings for msgstr_plural keys
- Fixed issue #51: if a PO file ends with a comment, polib adds a spurious empty entry at the end
- Fixed issue #52: bad magic number written on big endian platforms
- Fixed issue #53: added a __hash__() method to POEntry and MOEntry classes
- Fixed issue #54: use lowercase for state identifiers. This fixes issues with certain locales and string.lower()
- Fixed issue #58: use io.open() instead of codecs.open() because the latter doesn't handle very well universal line endings
- Make sure the mo file is closed at garbage collection, this prevents warnings on unclosed file when running tests with python >= 3.2
- Better way to test endianness
- polib download URL is now on Pypi

doc: Updated databases/redis to 4.0.2

(fhajny)

2017-09-26 07:52:13 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update databases/redis to 4.0.2.

Significant bugs fixed:

1. A number of bugs were fixed in the area of PSYNC2 replication in
thecspecific area of restarting an instance with an RDB file having
the repliacation meta-data to continue without a full
resynchronization.

2. AOF flush on SHUTDOWN did not cared to really write the AOF buffers
(not in the kernel but in the Redis process memory) to disk before
exiting. Calling SHUTDOWN during traffic resulted into not every
operation to be persisted on disk.

3. The SLOWLOG could reference values inside string objects stored at
keys, creating a race condition during FLUSHALL ASYNC while the DB is
reclaimed in another thread.

doc: Updated security/vault to 0.8.3

(fhajny)

2017-09-26 07:41:14 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update security/vault to 0.8.3.

CHANGES:

- Policy input/output standardization: For all built-in authentication
backends, policies can now be specified as a comma-delimited string or an
array if using JSON as API input; on read, policies will be returned as an
array; and the `default` policy will not be forcefully added to policies
saved in configurations. Please note that the `default` policy will continue
to be added to generated tokens, however, rather than backends adding
`default` to the given set of input policies (in some cases, and not in
others), the stored set will reflect the user-specified set.
- `sign-self-issued` modifies Issuer in generated certificates: In 0.8.2 the
endpoint would not modify the Issuer in the generated certificate, leaving
the output self-issued. Although theoretically valid, in practice crypto
stacks were unhappy validating paths containing such certs. As a result,
`sign-self-issued` now encodes the signing CA's Subject DN into the Issuer
  DN of the generated certificate.
- `sys/raw` requires enabling: While the `sys/raw` endpoint can be extremely
useful in break-glass or support scenarios, it is also extremely dangerous.
As of now, a configuration file option `raw_storage_endpoint` must be set in
order to enable this API endpoint. Once set, the available functionality has
been enhanced slightly; it now supports listing and decrypting most of
Vault's core data structures, except for the encryption keyring itself.
- `generic` is now `kv`: To better reflect its actual use, the `generic`
backend is now `kv`. Using `generic` will still work for backwards
  compatibility.

FEATURES:

- GCE Support for GCP Auth: GCE instances can now authenticate to Vault
  using machine credentials.
- Support for Kubernetes Service Account Auth: Kubernetes Service Accounts
can now authenticate to vault using JWT tokens.

IMPROVEMENTS:

- configuration: Provide a config option to store Vault server's process ID
  (PID) in a file
- mfa (Enterprise): Add the ability to use identity metadata in username
  format
- mfa/okta (Enterprise): Add support for configuring base_url for API calls
- secret/pki: `sign-intermediate` will now allow specifying a `ttl` value
longer than the signing CA certificate's NotAfter value.
- sys/raw: Raw storage access is now disabled by default

BUG FIXES:

- auth/okta: Fix regression that removed the ability to set base_url
- core: Fix panic while loading leases at startup on ARM processors
- secret/pki: Fix `sign-self-issued` encoding the wrong subject public key

(gdt)

2017-09-25 22:39:56 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

www/siege: Fix installation if ${PKG_SYSCONFBASE} != ${PREFIX}/etc.

The software Makefiles try to install example configuration files
directly into $(sysconfdir), which is set during the configure
stage to ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR} == ${PREFIX}/etc/siege.  However, pkgsrc
standards require that the example configuration files be installed
into ${PREFIX}/share/examples/siege ( ${EGDIR} ).

Pass sysconfdir=${EGDIR} to the bmake(1) process during the install
stage so that the Makefile recipe will install the example files
into the correct location.

Remove the "install" substitution class that was trying to do the
same thing but which fails if ${PKG_SYSCONFBASE} != ${PREFIX}/etc.

Bump the PKGREVISION due to changes in the installed files if the
package is built with default settings.  Fix discussed with nils@
in private correspondence.
