Update to 2.22

Upstream changes:
2.22  2016-07-19T09:24:00

- Fix a typo in a comment, as provided by Gregor Herrmann in RT#111385.
- See http://savage.net.au/Ron/html/My.Workflow.for.Building.Distros.html for notes on the
modernization of the repo.
This includes updating Makefile.PL and removing Build.PL, MANIFEST and *META.*.
- Bail out cleanly if 'dot' is not installed. See RT#105575. Thanx Karen Etheridge.
- Update docs to point to a copy of the Perl licence.

2.19  2015-11-13T08:30:00
- No code changes.
- Accept pull request from Patrice Clement to add the x_deprecated flag to both META.json and
META.yml. The docs already had various references to 'deprecated', including directing users
to GraphViz2, so no change is needed there. Thanx Patrice.
- Add .gitignore to MANIFEST.SKIP.

2.18  2015-05-28T08:43:00
- All patches to this version are from chrony, via a github pull request. With thanx.

- Clean up the code, including Build.PL and Makefile.PL.

2.17  Mon Mar 30 08:56;00 2015
- No code changes.
- Create github repo. This has been done because ribasushi (Peter Rabbitson) has kindly offered
some patches. Hence I've reversed my policy of encouraging this module to die :-).
- Update Build.PL and Makefile.PL to point to the repo. None of the pre-reqs were updated.

2.16  2014-08-30T08:25:00
- Update docs on how to download AT&T's Graphviz.
Thanx to Alex Becker (see RT#98405).

API changes

    [#1930] No longer import nx_agraph and nx_pydot into the top-level namespace. They can be accessed within networkx as e.g. nx.nx_agraph.write_dot or imported as from networkx.drawing.nx_agraph import write_dot.

- OTP: Support typed records for Erlang 19.0

3.2.0 - 08 April 2016
- Feature: Optional sink killer to shed load when mailbox size
  exceeds a configurable high water mark

  configure previously setup and parse transformed sinks from
  their own code.
- Feature: Re-enable Travis CI and update .travis.yml
- Bugfix: Fix test race conditions for Travis CI
- Bugfix: Add the atom 'none' to the log_level() type so
  downstream users won't get dialyzer failures if they use the
  'none' log level.
- Bugfix: Fix typo in documentation.
- Bugfix: Fix OTP 18 test failures due to `warning_map/0` response
  change.
- Bugfix: Make sure traces that use the file backend work
  correctly when specified in lager configuration.
- Bugfix: Use `lager_app:get_env/3` for R15 compatibility.
- Bugfix: Make sure lager uses `id` instead of `name` when
  reporting supervisor children failures. (The atom changed in OTP
  in 2014.)
- Bugfix: Make lager handle improper iolists

3.1.0 - 27 January 2016
- Feature: API calls to a rotate handler, sink or all.  This
  change introduces a new `rotate` message for 3rd party lager
  backends; that's why this is released as a new minor version
  number.

3.0.3 - 27 January 2016
- Feature: Pretty printer for human readable stack traces
- Feature: Make error reformatting optional
- Feature: Optional and explicit sink for error_logger messages

Updated x11/st-term to 0.7

(leot)

2016-08-12 09:16:57 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update x11/st-term to 0.7

Changes:
* Big input and output to the escape code parser have been fixed. This was an
  addition to the copy and paste fix of the last release.
* Many comments to the config.def.h were added to make the complexity of
  terminals easier to grasp. Terminals are still complex and not easy to
  understand.
* -T is the same as -t for compatibility reasons - to set the title of the
  window.
* You can now define the mouse shape, mouse background and mouse foreground
  color.
* Fixes in the UTF-8 wide character handling were applied.
* Invalid UTF-8 characters are handled better.
* There is now more documentation for the -l option, which is the way to make
  st directly connect to some other pseudo terminal or a serial line.
* You can now send a break to the terminal.
* The default stty args have been changed. Look into the source for details,
  if you depend on them in your setup.
* The default font is now using antialias and autohint.
* The libXext dependency has been removed.
* Some eastereggs were added. You may find them easily.
* -n has been introduced for setting the application class. This is useful for
  complex st setups in dwm.
* Some backspace fixes. Please still not forget to read up all the history
  books on backspace behaviour of the time and in different implementations
  before you file any bug on it. This is a requirement.
* DPI handling is optimized.

Many  patches were incorporated by many contributes. Thank you for help-
ing making st the tool which makes our life easier!

Updated devel/flex to 2.6.1

(mef)

2016-08-11 03:23:44 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

devel/flex updated to 2.6.1
---------------------------
* version 2.6.1 released 2016-03-01

** flex resources

*** The flex project is now hosted at github. Consider this a "period of
    transition". In particular, you should start at
    https://github.com/westes/flex for the flex codebase, issue tracking
    and pull requests.

*** New releases of flex are to be found at
    https://github.com/westes/flex/releases.

** flex internals

*** Flex now uses more modern and more standard names for variable
    types. There's more work to be done on that front yet, though.

*** A number of compiler warnings have been remedied.

*** Line directives should now work as expected and be absent when that is
    expected.

** test suite

*** When running the test suite, c++ files are compiled with the c++ header
    inside the flex distribution, rather than relying on the build system's
    flex header , which might not be installed yet or which might be out of
    date with respect to what flex tests expect.

*** Some portability fixes in the test suite such as opening files for
    reading in binary mode

** Building flex

*** The file src/scan.c asdistributed with flex source is now built with
    the current version of flex. Occasionally this had to be done manually
    to pick up new flex features. It's now just a part of flex's build
    system.

*** The pdf version of the manual is no longer distributed with flex,
    although if you have the texinfo package installed, you can still build
    it.

*** lots of general build system cleanup

*** the build system tries a bit harder to find libtoolize and texi2dvi.

*** When help2man and texi2dvi are missing, the error messages are now much
    more helpful.

** bug fixes

*** resolved github issues #53, #54, #55, #61.

*** Resolved sf bugs #128, #129, #155, #160, #184, #187, #195.

(pkgsrc changes)

- pre-configure: stage set for ./autogen.sh

  patch-src_filter.c -- upstream taken
  patch-src_Makefile.in -- file is gone
  patch-src_Makefile.am  converted to the same name, different purpose
  patch-tests_Makefile.in converted to patch-tests_Makefile.am

- Add BUILD_DEPENDS+= help2man-[0-9]*:../../converters/help2man

  Log Message:
  We welcome the 2.2.3 release around a month after 2.2.2 (we are getting consistent). Another important milestone in the GD 2.2 series.

  Security related fixes: This flaw is caused by loading data from external sources (file, custom ctx, etc) and are hard to validate before calling libgd APIs:
  * fix php bug 72339, Integer Overflow in _gd2GetHeader (CVE-2016-5766)
  * bug 247, A read out-of-bands was found in the parsing of TGA files (CVE-2016-6132)
  * also bug 247, Buffer over-read issue when parsing crafted TGA file (CVE-2016-6214)
  * bug 248, fix Out-Of-Bounds Read in read_image_tga

  Using application provided parameters, in these cases invalid data causes the issues:
  * Integer overflow error within _gdContributionsAlloc() (CVE-2016-6207)
  * fix php bug 72494, invalid color index not handled, can lead to crash ( CVE-2016-6128)
  * improve color check for CropThreshold

  Important update:
  * gdImageCopyResampled has been improved. Better handling of images with alpha channel, also brings libgd in sync with php's bundled gd.

  Log Message:
  Update databases/redis to 3.2.3.

  Redis 3.2.3

  Bugfixes:

  - There was an inverted if statement logic problem in
    replication.c causing
    a replication delay.
  - Redis-cli created the history file with insecure permissions,
    allowing reding from the file.

  Redis 3.2.2

  - There was a bug in the List type implementation, able to cause
    the crash of the server under certain (non trivial to replicate)
    circumstances when the LSET command was used.
  - Redis Sentinel, when monitoring multiple masters, could crash
    after a Sentinel address update event.
  - Redis Sentinel now checks slaves INFO state more often when
    disconnected.
  - It was possible, under a variety of conditions, that the AOF and
    RDB children process could spawn at the same time. This is known
    to trash disk I/O, AOF performances, and to ultimately create
    latency in the Redis server.
  - Many GEORADIUS bugs are now fixed \o/.

  New features:

  - Now slaves support the slave-announce-ip and slave-announce-port
    options.
  - The RDB check utlity is now part of Redis and uses the same RDB
    code that Redis uses in order to load the dataset in memory.

2016-08-09 14:54:26 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Changes 3.14.0:
Added support for WITHOUT ROWID virtual tables.
Improved the query planner so that the OR optimization can be used on virtual tables even if one or more of the disjuncts use the LIKE, GLOB, REGEXP, MATCH operators.
Added the CSV virtual table for reading RFC 4180 formatted comma-separated value files.
Added the carray() table-valued function extension.
Enabled persistent loadable extensions using the new SQLITE_OK_LOAD_PERMANENTLY return code from the extension entry point.
Added the SQLITE_DBSTATUS_CACHE_USED_SHARED option to sqlite3_db_status().
Add the vfsstat.c loadable extension - a VFS shim that measures I/O together with an eponymous virtual table that provides access to the measurements.
Improved algorithm for running queries with both an ORDER BY and a LIMIT where only the inner-most loop naturally generates rows in the correct order.
Enhancements to Lemon parser generator, so that it generates a faster parser.
The PRAGMA compile_options command now attempts to show the version number of the compiler that generated the library.
Enhance PRAGMA table_info so that it provides information about eponymous virtual tables.
Added the "win32-none" VFS, analogous to the "unix-none" VFS, that works like the default "win32" VFS except that it ignores all file locks.
The query planner uses a full scan of a partial index instead of a full scan of the main table, in cases where that makes sense.
Allow table-valued functions to appear on the right-hand side of an IN operator.
Created the dbhash.exe command-line utility.
Added two new C-language interfaces: sqlite3_expanded_sql() and sqlite3_trace_v2(). These new interfaces subsume the functions of sqlite3_trace() and sqlite3_profile() which are now deprecated.
Added the json_quote() SQL function to the json1 extension.
Disable the authorizer callback while reparsing the schema.
Added the SQLITE_ENABLE_UNKNOWN_SQL_FUNCTION compile-time option and turned that option on by default when building the command-line shell.

Bug Fixes:
Fix the ALTER TABLE command so that it does not corrupt descending indexes when adding a column to a legacy file format database.
Fix a NULL-pointer dereference/crash that could occurs when a transitive WHERE clause references a non-existent collating sequence.
Improved the cost estimation for an index scan which includes a WHERE clause that can be partially or fully evaluated using columns in the index and without having to do a table lookup. This fixes a performance regression that occurred for some obscure queries following the ORDER BY LIMIT optimization introduced in version 3.12.0.

Updated www/py-beautifulsoup4 to 4.5.1

(leot)

2016-08-09 14:40:54 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update www/py-beautifulsoup4 to 4.5.1

Changes:
= 4.5.1 (20160802) =
* Fixed a crash when passing Unicode markup that contained a
  processing instruction into the lxml HTML parser on Python
  3. [bug=1608048]

= 4.5.0 (20160719) =
* Beautiful Soup is no longer compatible with Python 2.6. This
  actually happened a few releases ago, but it's now official.
* Beautiful Soup will now work with versions of html5lib greater than
  0.99999999. [bug=1603299]
* If a search against each individual value of a multi-valued
  attribute fails, the search will be run one final time against the
  complete attribute value considered as a single string. That is, if
  a tag has class="foo bar" and neither "foo" nor "bar" matches, but
  "foo bar" does, the tag is now considered a match.
  This happened in previous versions, but only when the value being
  searched for was a string. Now it also works when that value is
  a regular expression, a list of strings, etc. [bug=1476868]
* Fixed a bug that deranged the tree when a whitespace element was
  reparented into a tag that contained an identical whitespace
  element. [bug=1505351]
* Added support for CSS selector values that contain quoted spaces,
  such as tag[style="display: foo"]. [bug=1540588]
* Corrected handling of XML processing instructions. [bug=1504393]
* Corrected an encoding error that happened when a BeautifulSoup
  object was copied. [bug=1554439]
* The contents of <textarea> tags will no longer be modified when the
  tree is prettified. [bug=1555829]
* When a BeautifulSoup object is pickled but its tree builder cannot
  be pickled, its .builder attribute is set to None instead of being
  destroyed. This avoids a performance problem once the object is
  unpickled. [bug=1523629]
* Specify the file and line number when warning about a
  BeautifulSoup object being instantiated without a parser being
  specified. [bug=1574647]
* The `limit` argument to `select()` now works correctly, though it's
  not implemented very efficiently. [bug=1520530]
* Fixed a Python 3 ByteWarning when a URL was passed in as though it
  were markup. Thanks to James Salter for a patch and
  test. [bug=1533762]
* We don't run the check for a filename passed in as markup if the
  'filename' contains a less-than character; the less-than character
  indicates it's most likely a very small document. [bug=1577864]

= 4.4.1 (20150928) =
* Fixed a bug that deranged the tree when part of it was
  removed. Thanks to Eric Weiser for the patch and John Wiseman for a
  test. [bug=1481520]
* Fixed a parse bug with the html5lib tree-builder. Thanks to Roel
  Kramer for the patch. [bug=1483781]
* Improved the implementation of CSS selector grouping. Thanks to
  Orangain for the patch. [bug=1484543]
* Fixed the test_detect_utf8 test so that it works when chardet is
  installed. [bug=1471359]
* Corrected the output of Declaration objects. [bug=1477847]

= 4.4.0 (20150703) =
Especially important changes:
* Added a warning when you instantiate a BeautifulSoup object without
  explicitly naming a parser. [bug=1398866]
* __repr__ now returns an ASCII bytestring in Python 2, and a Unicode
  string in Python 3, instead of a UTF8-encoded bytestring in both
  versions. In Python 3, __str__ now returns a Unicode string instead
  of a bytestring. [bug=1420131]
* The `text` argument to the find_* methods is now called `string`,
  which is more accurate. `text` still works, but `string` is the
  argument described in the documentation. `text` may eventually
  change its meaning, but not for a very long time. [bug=1366856]
* Changed the way soup objects work under copy.copy(). Copying a
  NavigableString or a Tag will give you a new NavigableString that's
  equal to the old one but not connected to the parse tree. Patch by
  Martijn Peters. [bug=1307490]
* Started using a standard MIT license. [bug=1294662]
* Added a Chinese translation of the documentation by Delong .w.
New features:
* Introduced the select_one() method, which uses a CSS selector but
  only returns the first match, instead of a list of
  matches. [bug=1349367]
* You can now create a Tag object without specifying a
  TreeBuilder. Patch by Martijn Pieters. [bug=1307471]
* You can now create a NavigableString or a subclass just by invoking
  the constructor. [bug=1294315]
* Added an `exclude_encodings` argument to UnicodeDammit and to the
  Beautiful Soup constructor, which lets you prohibit the detection of
  an encoding that you know is wrong. [bug=1469408]
* The select() method now supports selector grouping. Patch by
  Francisco Canas [bug=1191917]
Bug fixes:
* Fixed yet another problem that caused the html5lib tree builder to
  create a disconnected parse tree. [bug=1237763]
* Force object_was_parsed() to keep the tree intact even when an element
  from later in the document is moved into place. [bug=1430633]
* Fixed yet another bug that caused a disconnected tree when html5lib
  copied an element from one part of the tree to another. [bug=1270611]
* Fixed a bug where Element.extract() could create an infinite loop in
  the remaining tree.
* The select() method can now find tags whose names contain
  dashes. Patch by Francisco Canas. [bug=1276211]
* The select() method can now find tags with attributes whose names
  contain dashes. Patch by Marek Kapolka. [bug=1304007]
* Improved the lxml tree builder's handling of processing
  instructions. [bug=1294645]
* Restored the helpful syntax error that happens when you try to
  import the Python 2 edition of Beautiful Soup under Python
  3. [bug=1213387]
* In Python 3.4 and above, set the new convert_charrefs argument to
  the html.parser constructor to avoid a warning and future
  failures. Patch by Stefano Revera. [bug=1375721]
* The warning when you pass in a filename or URL as markup will now be
  displayed correctly even if the filename or URL is a Unicode
  string. [bug=1268888]
* If the initial <html> tag contains a CDATA list attribute such as
  'class', the html5lib tree builder will now turn its value into a
  list, as it would with any other tag. [bug=1296481]
* Fixed an import error in Python 3.5 caused by the removal of the
  HTMLParseError class. [bug=1420063]
* Improved docstring for encode_contents() and
  decode_contents(). [bug=1441543]
* Fixed a crash in Unicode, Dammit's encoding detector when the name
  of the encoding itself contained invalid bytes. [bug=1360913]
* Improved the exception raised when you call .unwrap() or
  .replace_with() on an element that's not attached to a tree.
* Raise a NotImplementedError whenever an unsupported CSS pseudoclass
  is used in select(). Previously some cases did not result in a
  NotImplementedError.
* It's now possible to pickle a BeautifulSoup object no matter which
  tree builder was used to create it. However, the only tree builder
  that survives the pickling process is the HTMLParserTreeBuilder
  ('html.parser'). If you unpickle a BeautifulSoup object created with
  some other tree builder, soup.builder will be None. [bug=1231545]

Updated devel/diffutils to 3.4

(mef)

2016-08-09 13:35:28 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Updated devel/diffutils to 3.4
------------------------------
* Noteworthy changes in release 3.4 (2016-08-08) [stable]

** New features

  diff accepts two new options --color and --palette to generate
  and configure colored output.  --color takes an optional argument
  specifying when to colorize a line: --color=always, --color=auto,
  --color=never.  --palette is used to configure which colors are used.

** Bug fixes

  When binary files differ, diff now exits with status 1 as POSIX requires.
  Formerly it exited with status 2.

  Unless the --ignore-file-name-case option is used, diff now
  considers file names to be equal only if they are byte-for-byte
  equivalent.  This fixes a bug where diff in an English locale might
  consider two Asian file names to be the same merely because they
  contain no English characters.

  diff -B no longer generates incorrect output if the two inputs
  each end with a one-byte incomplete line.

  diff --brief no longer reports a difference for unusual identical files.
  For example, when comparing a file like /proc/cmdline (for which the linux
  kernel reports st_size of 0 even though it is not an empty file) to a
  copy of that file's contents residing on a "normal" file system:
    $ f=/proc/cmdline; cp $f k; diff --brief $f k
    Files /proc/cmdline and k differ

** Performance changes

  diff's default algorithm has been adjusted to output higher-quality
  results at somewhat greater computational cost, as CPUs have gotten
  faster since the algorithm was last tweaked in diffutils-2.6 (1993).

(pkgsrc changes)

-----------------------------------
ccache 3.2.7
------------
Release date: 2016-07-20

Bug fixes
~~~~~~~~~
- Fixed a bug which could lead to false cache hits for compiler command lines
  with a missing argument to an option that takes an argument.
- ccache now knows how to work around a glitch in the output of GCC 6's
  preprocessor.
------------
Release date: 2016-07-12
Bug fixes
~~~~~~~~~
- Fixed build problem on QNX, which lacks ``SA_RESTART''.

- Bail out on compiler option `-fstack-usage` since it creates a `.su` file
  which ccache currently doesn't handle.

- Fixed a bug where (due to ccache rewriting paths) the compiler could choose
  incorrect include files if `CCACHE_BASEDIR` is used and the source file path
  is absolute and is a symlink.

Updated databases/py-peewee to 2.8.2

(fhajny)

2016-08-09 12:10:31 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update databases/py-peewee to 2.8.2.

Bugs fixed and general cleanups
- fixed some bugs related to the Cython extension build process.
- allow blanks and perform type conversion when using the db_url
  extension
- added the ability to query using the <foreign_key>_id attribute.
- ensure that peewee.OperationalError is raised consistently when
  using the RetryOperationalError mixin.
- ensure that pwiz will import the appropriate extensions when
  vendor-specific fields are used.
- ensure that pwiz-generated models containing UnknownField
  placeholders do not blow up when you instantiate them.
- correctly limit the length of automatically-generated index
  names.
- fixed bug where BlobField could not be used if it's parent model
  pointed to an uninitialized database Proxy.
- greater consistency with the conversion to Python data-types
  when performing aggregations, annotations, or calling scalar().
- ensure the correct data-types are used when initializing a
  connection pool.
- fix bug where Signal subclasses were not returning rows affected
  on save.
- added documentation about SQLite limits and how they affect
  insert_many.
- better warnings regarding C extension compilation, thanks
  @dhaase-de.
- fix bug where table names starting with numbers generated
  invalid table names when using pwiz.
- fix bug where parameter was not being used. Thanks @jberkel.
- fixed the way SqliteExtDatabase handles the automatic rowid (and
  docid) columns. Thanks for alerting me to the issue and
  providing a failing test case @jberkel.
- fix obscure bug relating to cloning foreign key fields twice.
- allow set instances to be used on the right-hand side of IN
  exprs.
- fix behavior where the default id primary key was inherited
  regardless. When users would inadvertently include it in their
  queries, it would use the table alias of it's parent class.
- add support for db_column in djpeewee
- fix the behavior of truncate_date with Postgresql. Thanks
  @Zverik.
- allow DATABASE_URL as a recognized parameter to the Flask
  config.
- correctly handle bytes wrapper used by PasswordField to bytes.
- when selecting and joining on multiple models, do not create
  model instances when the foreign key is NULL.
- do not coerce the return value of function calls to COUNT or
  SUM, since the python driver will already give us the right
  Python value.
- use global state to resolve DeferredRelations, allowing for a
  nicer API. Thanks @brenguyen711.
- attempt to avoid creating invalid Python when using pwiz with
  MySQL database columns containing spaces. Yes, fucking spaces.
- fix bug in SQLite migrator which had a naive approach to fixing
  indexes.
- explicitly check for None when determining if the database has
  been set on ModelOptions. Thanks @joeyespo.

New stuff
- Added TimestampField for storing datetimes using integers.
  Greater than second delay is possible through exponentiation.
- Added Database.drop_index() method.
- Added a max_depth parameter to the model_to_dict function in the
  playhouse.shortcuts extension module.
- SelectQuery.first() function accepts a parameter n which applies
  a limit to the query and returns the first row.
- group_by(), order_by(), window() now accept a keyward argument
  extend, which, when set to True, will append to the existing
  values rather than overwriting them.
- Query results support negative indexing.
- C sources are included now as part of the package. I think they
  should be able to compile for python 2 or 3, on linux or
  windows...but not positive.

2016-08-09 11:55:41 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update sysutils/rsyslog 8.20.0.

Version 8.20.0 [v8-stable] 2016-07-12
- NEW BUILD REQUIREMENT: librelp, was 1.2.5, now is 1.2.12

- omrelp: add configurable connection timeout
- pmrfc3164: add support for slashes in hostname
- bugfix omfile: handle chown() failure correctly
- omfile now better conveys status of unwritable files back to
  core
- config files recursively including themselfes are now detected
  and an error message is emitted in that case
- refactored code to not emit compiler warnings in "strict mode"
- bugfix: fix some issues with action CommitTransaction() handling
- bugfix omqmqp1: connecting to the message bus fails on
  nonstandard port
- testbench/CI enhancements
  - new tests for RELP components
  - new tests for core action processing and retry
  - travis tests now also run against all unstable versions of
    supporting libraries. This helps to track interdependency
    problems early.
  - new tests for hostname parsing
  - new tests for RainerScript comparisons

- enhance build system to natively support systems with older
  autoconf versions and/or missing autoconf-archive.

Version 2.0.0, 2016-07-21

0.99.4 2016-08-03
- fix tautology comparison in tautology in
  `fjson_object_iter_equal`
  Thanks to Andres Stieger for the patch
- improve build system to handle slightly older autoconf versions
- fix build problems with gcc6
  Thanks to Andres Stieger for the patch

0.99.3 2016-07-11
- new dependency: autoconf-archive
- exit() is no longer called in unexpected situations
  The previous code called exit on some occasions and did not
  give the caller a chance to do any cleanup or handling on
  it's own. This has completely been removed. Note that it was
  very unlikely that this problem affected a caller, as exit()
  was only called under very rare circumstances (e.g. OOM).
- fjson_version now returns configure VERSION
  This avoid inconsistency.
- removal of Windows and Android bits
  Thanks to Michael Biebl for the patch.
- fixes of the build system
  Thanks to Michael Biebl for the patch.
- dropped support for Windows and Android as we do not target
  these platforms
- "make distcheck" now works
- fix invalid Unicode representation for some non US-ASCII
  characters when printed as string. Note that this could
  potentially also lead to a segfault

(fhajny)

2016-08-09 09:11:53 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

    [ADDED]

    - is_prime_power        Returns k if n=p^k for p a prime.
    - logint(n,b)            Integer logarithm.  Largest e s.t. b^e <= n.
    - rootint(n,k)          Integer k-th root.
    - ramanujan_sum(k,n)    Ramanujan's sum

    [FUNCTIONALITY AND PERFORMANCE]

    - Fixes for quadmath:
      + Fix "infinity" in t/11-primes.t.
      + Fix native Pi to use quads.
      + Trim some threading tests.

    - Fix fromdigits memory error with large string.

    - Remove 3 threading tests that were causing issues with Perl -DDEBUGGING.

    - foroddcomposites with some odd start values could index incorrectly.

    - is_primitive_root(1,0) returns 0 instead of fp exception.

    - mertens() uses a little less memory.

    - 2x speedup for znlog with bigint values.

    - is_pseudoprime() and is_euler_pseudoprime() use Montgomery math so are
      much faster.  They seem to be ~5% faster than Miller-Rabin now.

    - is_catalan_pseudoprime 1.1x to 1.4x faster.

    - is_perrin_pseudoprime over 10x faster.
      Uses Adams/Shanks doubling and Montgomery math.
      Single core, odd composites: ~8M range/s.

    - Add restricted Perrin pseudoprimes using an optional argument.

    - Add bloom filters to reject non-perfect cubes, fifths, and sevenths.
      is_power about 2-3x faster for native inputs.

    - forcomposites / foroddcomposites about 1.2x faster past 64-bit.

    - exp_mangoldt rewritten to use is_prime_power.

    - Integer root code rewritten and now exported.

    - We've been hacking around the problem of older Perls autovivifying
      functions at compile time.  This makes functions that don't exist
      return true when asked if they're defined, which causes us distress.

      Store the available GMP functions before loading the PP code.

      XS code knows MPU::GMP version and calls as appropriate.  This works
      around the auto-vivication, and lets us choose to call the GMP
      function based on version instead of just existence.
      E.g. GMP's is_power was added in 0.19, but didn't support negative
      powers until 0.28.

Updated net/sslh to version 1.18.
Pkgsrc changes :
- taking over maintainership ;
- updated patch for getopt_long because of the update.

Upstream changes :
- Added USELIBPCRE to make use of regex engine optional ;
- Added support for RFC4366 SNI and RFC7301 ALPN (Travis Burtrum) ;
- Changed connection log to include the name of the probe that triggered ;
- Changed configuration file format: 'probe' field is no longer required,
  'name' field can now contain 'tls' or 'regex',
  with corresponding options (see example.cfg) ;
- Added 'log_level' option to each protocol,
  which allows to turn off generation of log at each connection ;
- Added 'keepalive' option.
