Package telegram-purple 1.2.5

Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging service. Telegram clients exist for
both mobile (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Ubuntu Touch) and desktop systems
(Windows, OS X, Linux). Users can send messages and exchange photos, videos,
stickers and files of any type up to 1.5 GB in size. Telegram also provides
optional end-to-end encrypted messaging with self-destruct timers.

This package contains a libpurple protocol plugin that adds support for the
Telegram messenger.

Update Go to 1.6.

The latest Go release, version 1.6, arrives six months after 1.5. Most of its
changes are in the implementation of the language, runtime, and libraries.
There are no changes to the language specification. As always, the release
maintains the Go 1 promise of compatibility. We expect almost all Go programs
to continue to compile and run as before.

The release adds new ports to Linux on 64-bit MIPS and Android on 32-bit x86;
defined and enforced rules for sharing Go pointers with C; transparent,
automatic support for HTTP/2; and a new mechanism for template reuse.

Full changelog at https://golang.org/doc/go1.6.

Add a new override mechanism for depcomp, similar to the existing
overrides for libtool. This allows us to easily get the fixed version
from our libtool in place without having to hunt down for the specific
bugs in random places. Disable the override explicitly in clisp, which
installs a copy without explicitly depending on libtool at run time.

(joerg)

2016-02-23 15:17:42 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

The dependency compiler of libtool uses predictable temporary file names
when creating the output dependency file. This is normally not a problem
as libtool internally serializes the access. But when a package like
games/scid wants to compile the same file both for a library archive and
for the main program, two libtool invocations can happen at the same
time and therefore, two depcomp invocations as well. Include the PID in
the name of the temporary file to avoid this problem. Bump libtool-base
revision.

A few years ago, a brilliant mind decided to hard-code DT_RUNPATH for
all platforms that use GNU ld. This is of course completely wrong. Some
platforms have always implemented the sane semantic for DT_RPATH already
and newer saw a reason for implementing the then-redundant DT_RUNPATH.
Unbreak them by trusting the compiler to actually know what the platform
default should be. Bump revision.

Update lang/nodejs to 5.7.0.

* buffer:
  - You can now supply an encoding argument when filling a Buffer
Buffer#fill(string[, start[, end]][, encoding]), supplying an
existing Buffer will also work with Buffer#fill(buffer[, start[,
end]]). See the API documentation for details on how this works.
  - Buffer#indexOf() no longer requires a byteOffset argument if
you also wish to specify an encoding: Buffer#indexOf(val[,
    byteOffset][, encoding]).
* child_process: spawn() and spawnSync() now support a 'shell'
option to allow for optional execution of the given command inside
a shell. If set to true, cmd.exe will be used on Windows and
/bin/sh elsewhere. A path to a custom shell can also be passed to
override these defaults. On Windows, this option allows .bat. and
.cmd files to be executed with spawn() and spawnSync().
* http_parser: Update to http-parser 2.6.2 to fix an unintentionally
strict limitation of allowable header characters
* dgram: socket.send() now supports accepts an array of Buffers or
Strings as the first argument. See the API docs for details on how
  this works.
* http: Fix a bug where handling headers will mistakenly trigger an
'upgrade' event where the server is just advertising its protocols.
This bug can prevent HTTP clients from communicating with HTTP/2
  enabled servers.
* net: Added a listening Boolean property to net and http servers to
indicate whether the server is listening for connections.
* node: The C++ node::MakeCallback() API is now reentrant and
calling it from inside another MakeCallback() call no longer causes
the nextTick queue or Promises microtask queue to be processed out
  of order.
* tls: Add a new tlsSocket.getProtocol() method to get the negotiated
TLS protocol version of the current connection.
* vm: Introduce new 'produceCachedData' and 'cachedData' options to
new vm.Script() to interact with V8's code cache. When a new
vm.Script object is created with the 'produceCachedData' set to
true a Buffer with V8's code cache data will be produced and stored
in cachedData property of the returned object. This data in turn
may be supplied back to another vm.Script() object with a
'cachedData' option if the supplied source is the same. Successfully
executing a script from cached data can speed up instantiation time.
* performance: Improvements in:
  - process.nextTick()
  - path module
  - querystring module
  - streams module when processing small chunks

(taca)

2016-02-22 12:41:01 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update dovecot-pigeonhole to 0.4.12.
It is v0.4.12 release of Pigeonhole for Dovecot v2.2.21.

v0.4.12 06-02-2016 Stephan Bosch <stephan@rename-it.nl>

+ Implemented the Sieve extracttext extension (RFC 5703; Section 7). It is now
possible to extract body text from a message into a variable.
* Increased ABI version due to changes in the Sieve interpreter's object
  definitions.
- multiscript: Fixed bug in handling of (implicit) keep; final keep action was
always executed as though there was a failure. This caused the keep action
to revert back to the initial message, causing editheader actions to be
  ignored.
- managesieve-login: Fixed proxy to allow SASL mechanisms other than PLAIN.
Before, the proxy would fail if the server did not support the PLAIN
  mechanism.
- ldap storage: Prevent segfault occurring when assigning certain (global)
  configuration options.

v0.4.11 08-01-2016 Stephan Bosch <stephan@rename-it.nl>

- Sieve mime extension: Fixed the header :mime :anychild test to work properly
  outside a foreverypart loop.
- Several fixes in message body part handling:
  - Fixed assert failure occurring when text extraction is attempted on a
    empty or broken text part.
  - Fixed assert failure in handling of body parts that are converted to text.
  - Fixed header unfolding for (mime) headers parsed from any mime part.
  - Fixed trimming for (mime) headers parsed from any mime part.
  - Fixed erroneous changes to the message part tree structure performed when
    re-parsing the message.
- LDA Sieve plugin: Fixed logging of actions; sometimes the configured log
  format was not followed.
- LDA Sieve plugin: Fixed bug in error handling of script storage
  initialization.
- Sieve Extprograms plugin: Ignored ENOTCONN error in shutdown(fd, SHUT_WR)
  call.
- Fixed duplication of discard actions in the script result. Each discard was
counted as a separate action, which means that action limit would be crossed
  too early.
- Made sure that quota errors never get logged as errors in syslog.
- Fixed handling of implicit keep for a partially executed transaction that
  yielded a temporary failure.
- Fixed handling of global errors. If master and user error handler were
identical, in some cases the log message could be lost.
- Fixed AIX compile issue in message body parser.

v0.4.10 13-12-2015 Stephan Bosch <stephan@rename-it.nl>

+ Implemented the Sieve mime and foreverypart extensions (RFC 5703). These
are fully implemented. The interaction with the editheader extension needs
some work, but this should not influence most uses; i.e., changes by the
editheader extension are not always visible using foreverypart/mime.
+ Sieve body extension: Properly implemented the `:text' body transform. It
now extracts text for HTML message parts.
+ Sieve enotify extension: mailto method: Implemented the
sieve_notify_mailto_envelope_from setting. This allows configuring the
source of the notification sender address for e-mail notifications. This is
similar to what already can be configured for redirect.
+ Added a sieve_enabled (defaults to 'yes') setting that allows explicitly
disabling Sieve processing for particular users. This used to be possible by
setting `sieve=', but ever since the sieve_before, sieve_after and
sieve_default settings were added, this method was not reliable anymore.
- variables extension: Fixed handling of empty string by the `:length' set
modifier. An empty string yielded an empty string rather than "0".
- Fixed memory leak in the Sieve script byte code dumping facility. Extension
  contexts were never actually freed.
- Fixed handling of implicit keep when the last Sieve script is a global one.
In that case the implicit keep action was executed in global context, which
could mean that trivial (quota) errors ended up in the system log file,
rather than the user log file.
- doveadm sieve plugin: Fixed crashes caused by incorrect context allocation
  in the sieve command implementations.

Loosen mutt_signed_handler() protocol value consistency check.  (closes #3639)

Apparently, for S/MIME, some MUAs mismatch the protocol value of
the multipart/signed and the content-type of the signature: putting
"pkcs7-signature" in one and "x-pkcs7-signature" in the other.

Change mutt_signed_handler() to independently verify the values of the
protocol and the content-type.  This still checks for correct values but
doesn't ensure they match between the two (for S/MIME).

Update databases/mongodb to 3.2.3.
Use yaml-cpp and zlib dependencies in place of bundled copies.

Notable changes:
- Fixed issue with MMAPv1 journaling where the "last sequence number"
file (lsn file) may be ahead of what is synced to the data files
- Fixed issue where in some cases, insert operations fails to add
the _id field to large documents
- Increased timeout for querying oplog to 1 minute

Update nano to 2.5.2

2016.02.12 - GNU nano 2.5.2 is carrying too many dogs.  This release includes
several fixes for various memory leaks, position history
size growth, and a long standing issue with using
nano under sudo creating root-owned files.  There are also
the usual bevy of documentation and other miscellaneous
fixes and touch ups.  Upgrade today while supplies last,
operators are standing by!

2016.01.11 - GNU nano 2.5.1 "Salzburg" is released.  It includes fixes
for a syntax-highlighting bug and a positionlog bug, it
disables a time-eating multiline regex in the C syntax,
and it adds an escape hatch to the WriteOut menu when
--tempfile is used: the discardbuffer command, ^Q.  It
also has translation updates for fifteen languages, and
a small fix in the softwrap code.  So... you are heartily
invited to upgrade.  Enjoy!

Updated security/py-service_identity to 16.0.0

(wiz)

2016-02-21 10:47:20 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update py-service_identity to 16.0.0.

16.0.0 (2016-02-18)
-------------------

Backward-incompatible changes:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

- Python 3.3 and 2.6 aren't supported anymore.
They may work by chance but any effort to keep them working has ceased.

The last Python 2.6 release was on October 29, 2013 and isn't supported by the CPython core team anymore.
Major Python packages like Django and Twisted dropped Python 2.6 a while ago already.

Python 3.3 never had a significant user base and wasn't part of any distribution's LTS release.
- pyOpenSSL versions older than 0.14 are not tested anymore.
They don't even build with recent OpenSSL versions.

Changes:
^^^^^^^^

- Officially support Python 3.5.
- ``service_identity.SubjectAltNameWarning`` is now raised if the server certicate lacks a proper ``SubjectAltName``.
  [`#9 <https://github.com/pyca/service_identity/issues/9>`_]
- Add a ``__str__`` method to ``VerificationError``.
- Port from ``characteristic`` to its spiritual successor `attrs <https://attrs.readthedocs.org/>`_.

2016-02-21 10:35:37 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update afl to 2.03b:

--------------
Version 2.03b:
--------------

  - Added experimental -fsanitize-coverage=trace-pc support that goes with
some recent additions to LLVM, as implemented by Kostya Serebryany.
Right now, this is cumbersome to use with common build systems, so
    the mode remains undocumented.

  - Made several substantial improvements to better support non-standard
    map sizes in LLVM mode.

  - Switched LLVM mode to thread-local execution tracing, which may offer
better results in some multithreaded apps.

  - Fixed a minor typo, reported by Heiko Eissfeldt.

  - Force-disabled symbolization for ASAN, as suggested by Christian Holler.

  - AFL_NOX86 renamed to AFL_NO_X86 for consistency.

  - Added AFL_LD_PRELOAD to allow LD_PRELOAD to be set for targets without
affecting AFL itself. Suggested by Daniel Godas-Lopez.

--------------
Version 2.02b:
--------------

  - Fixed a "lcamtuf can't count to 16" bug in the havoc stage. Reported
    by Guillaume Endignoux.

--------------
Version 2.01b:
--------------

  - Made an improvement to cycle counter color coding, based on feedback
    from Shai Sarfaty.

  - Added a mention of aflize to sister_projects.txt.

  - Fixed an installation issue with afl-as, as spotted by ilovezfs.

  what Windows does.
- Allow GPOS cursive connection on marks, and fix the interaction with
mark attachment.  This work resulted in some changes to how mark
  attachments work.  See:

  Log Message:
  Update to 2015.8.5, from PR#50779 addresses CVE-2016-1866

Salt 2015.8.5 is identical to the 2015.8.4 release with the addition of a f=
  ix
for issue 30820, fixed by PR #30833.

  SECURITY FIX
CVE-2016-1866: Improper handling of clear messages on the minion, which cou=
  ld
result in executing commands not sent by the master.

This issue affects only the 2015.8.x releases of Salt. In order for an atta=
  cker
to use this attack vector, they would have to execute a successful attack o=
  n an
existing TCP connection between minion and master on the pub port. It does =
  not
allow an external attacker to obtain the shared secret or decrypt any encry=
  pted
  traffic between minion and master.

We recommend everyone upgrade to 2015.8.4 as soon as possible.

  CORE CHANGES
PR #28994: timcharper Salt S3 module has learned how to assume IAM roles

Added option mock=3DTrue for state.sls and state.highstate. This allows the=
    salt
state compiler to process sls data in a state run without actually calling =
  the
state functions, thus providing feedback on the validity of the arguments u=
  sed
for the functions beyond the preprocessing validation provided by state.sho=
  w_sls
  (issue 30118 and issue 30189).

Thu, 18 Feb 2016 20:40:19 +0100

* Release v2.14.2
    * make test: Ignore results on arm and mips since they expose a bug in
Imlib2 1.4.7 and/or giflib 5.1.2. Note that due to this bug, feh may be
unable to display gif images. x86 and amd64 are also affected.
      Again, see <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=813729>
      for more information
    * -f / --filelist: Do not print useless error message when a correct
      filelist file is specified
    * -f / --filelist: Fix bug in "-" / "/dev/stdin" handling affecting feh
running in ksh and possibly other environments

Thu, 04 Feb 2016 20:31:38 +0100

* Release v2.14.1
    * Skip a small set of build tests on Debian and derivatives, since they
      trigger a Debian/Imlib2 bug. See
      <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=812657> and
      <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=813729> for more
      information

Note update of netpgpverify and libnetpgpverify to 20160214

(agc)

2016-02-19 22:41:50 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Remove an item from the netpgpverify/libnetpgpverify TODO list:

+ get rid of calls to snprintf which simply add the returned value to
the number of characters used so far. This practice is unsafe. Instead,
use a dynamic buffer and grow its size to accommodate the contents.

+ add USE_ARG definition to some files which use it but don't check to
see that it's been defined

pkgsrc changes:

+ Bump version number to 20160214

+ Use the same method as libnetpgpverify for finding the version number
from the sources.

Among the changes:

there is an API change in the Error class. I will update them all as soon
as I can.

Updated lang/tcl to 8.6.4nb6

(jperkin)

2016-02-19 15:15:42 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Fix up more library names on Darwin.  Bump PKGREVISION as previously the
package would build but fail at runtime.

Add an additional check to ensure that library REQUIRES are not relative
paths.  These would previously pass the checks as the files would exist
when checking from within the DESTDIR, but were not resolvable at runtime.
