Note initial addition of p5-Test-SharedFork version 0.11 as
devel/p5-Test-SharedFork into The NetBSD Packages Collection.

The Perl 5 module Test::SharedFork is an utility module for
Test::Builder: it makes forking test and merges test count with
parent process & child process.
