  changes in Argentina, Australian Antarctic, Bangladesh, Mexico,
  Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Syria, Tunisia; also
  historical corrections for Taiwan.
  Also, add PKST (Pakistan Summer Time) to the default set of
  timezone abbreviations.
