Update emacs-snapshot to 24.0.90.20111004.
Notable changes:
* buffer.h (struct buffer): Use time_t, not int, for a time stamp.
This fixes a Y2038 bug on 64-bit hosts.
* pcmpl-cvs.el (pcmpl-cvs-entries): Update for Emacs 22.1 changes to
split-string.
* mouse.el (mouse-drag-track): Set scroll-margin to 0 while
tracking (Bug#9541).
