  * Removed prototypes (and the ampersands in the tests that circumvented
    them)
  * Bump version number for release.
  * Moved Pod tests into xt. (Pod coverage currently fails on some files. See
    https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=87634 for details.)
