When committing to the NetBSD wiki, I'm seeing RPC::XML errors that suggest otherwise ("Can't locate RPC/XML/datatype.pm" and so on). I don't know why we're having this problem on wiki.n.o and I haven't managed to reproduce it elsewhere, but it sure looks fixed after switching to `use parent -norequire`. `use parent` seems to be generally preferred usage anyway.
