  depended, has been replaced with `integer-pure`.  The build flag has
  been renamed accordingly.

* Bug fix: For the `Binary` instance, If UTF-8 decoding fails during a

  crash.

* New function: `takeWhileEnd`

* New instances for the `Text` types:
