    PC6001VX: update to 3.6.1.

    Upstream changes:

    3.6.1 2021/01/09

    - Fallback to compatible rom when some of ROM files are missing.
    - Fixed PC-6001mk2/6601 compatible basic ROM's deployment.
    - Improved backward compatibility. Now builable with Qt5.5 or above.
    - Minor bugfixes.
