enchant2: update to 2.3.2.

Fix the generation of man pages, so that installation-dependent paths are
correctly inserted.

Improve error reporting when enchant-lsmod cannot open a dictionary for a
given language, in particular with the Aspell backend.

Fix compilation on MingW.

Some minor code cleanup.
