      following new elements: `TagDefaultBogus` (as a placeholder for
      accidentally used but wrong EBML ID 0x44b4), `KaxEmphasis`,
      `KaxChapterSkipType`, `KaxEditionDisplay`, `KaxEditionString` and
      `KaxEditionLanguageIETF`.
