tex-lineno: update to 5.1

5.0
Merge in patches from the `linenoamsmath' package, to make the
`amsmath' package work with `lineno'.
(The `linenoamsmath' package is consequently obsolete.)

5.1
Fixes issue with `lineno'/`amsmath' load order; these packages can now be
loaded in any order.
