Back out previous... this was a mistake because the setup.rb file I was looking at was not the "standard" setup.rb file. In standard setup.rb files, the argument to --prefix is indeed the staging directory.diff -r1.20 -r1.21 pkgsrc/lang/ruby/modules.mk
