Update 3.13.4
* Change distfile to separated source.
Changelog is not shown.
Probably some bugs are fixed.
Tested on NetBSD/i386 6.99.4 and DragonFly/i386 3.0.1.

This tries to dlopen libsoftokn3.so which is linked against sqlite3,
