iosysでL-02Cが1.5kだったのでなんとなく確保。
netbsdで動かそうと思ってググったけどそのものズバリな(コピペして使える)設定が見つからなかったのでgooglability向上のため置いておく。

で pppd call iijmio でppp0インターフェース経由で繋がる。簡単。
切断しても自動的に繋げなおしたい場合は /etc/ppp/peers/iijmio の nopersist を persist に変更すべし。
