Rearange interface detachement slightly: before we free the INET6 specific
per-interface data, make sure to call nd6_purge() with it to remove
routing entries pointing to the going interface.
When we should happen to call this function again later, with the data
already gone, just return.
Fixes PR kern/49682, ok: christos.

Small changes:
- instead of always calling DPRINTF with __func__, put __func__ directly
  in the macro
- ffs_mountfs(): rename fsblockloc -> fs_sblockloc, initialize fs_sbsize
  to zero
No real functional change

Wait 10 seconds instead of 1 before killing the helper - otherwise on slow
machines it might not have gotten around to execute the first command at
all (and since it next waits for 42 seconds, 10 seconds is safe).

Port over the TCP_INFO socket option from FreeBSD, originally from
the Linux 2.6 TCP API.  This permits the caller to query certain information
about a TCP connection, and is used by pkgsrc's net/iperf3 test program
if available.

This extends struct tcbcb with three fields to count retransmits,
out-of-sequence receives and zero window announcements, and will
therefore warrant a kernel revision bump (done separately).

Change the new counter variables in struct tcpcb to uint32_t, as
per christos' comments.

Several fixes:
- rename ext2fs_checksb() -> ext2fs_sbcheck(): more consistent
- in ext2fs_sbcheck(), add a check to ensure e2fs_inode_size!=0,
  otherwise division by zero
- add ext2fs_sbcompute(), to compute dynamic values of the superblock.
  It is done twice in _reload() and _mountfs(), so put it in a function.
- reorder the code in charge of loading the superblock: now, read the
  superblock, swap it directly, and *then* pass it to ext2fs_sbcheck().
  It is similar to what ffs now does. It is better since the fields don't
  need to be swapped on the fly in ext2fs_sbcheck().
Tested on amd64.

2015-02-17 20:29:21 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Introduce reallocarr(3) for easy (re)allocation of memory with overflow
checks. Compared to OpenBSD's reallocarray, makes it easier to avoid memory
leaks on allocation failures and it doesn't depend on malloc(0) != NULL
for correct error checking. Compared to plain realloc, it also avoids
the problem of intermediate integer overflows. The trade-off is the use
of void * to side step C type system with regard to generic pointer to
pointer.

Add PUFFS_KFLAG_NOFLUSH_META to prevent sending metadata flush to FUSE

FUSE filesystems do not expect to get metadata updates for [amc]time
and size, they updates the value on their own after operations.

The PUFFS PUFFS_KFLAG_NOFLUSH_META option prevents regular metadata cache
flushes to the filesystem , and libperfuse uses it to match Linux FUSE
behavior.

While there, fix a bug in SETATTR: do not update kernel metadata cache
from SETATTR reply when the request is asynchronous, as we do not have
the reply yet.
