pkgtools/pkglint: update to 19.3.8

Changes since 19.3.7:

Made check for doc/CHANGES file stricter. The check now catches entries
for added packages that are missing the word "version".

pkgtools/pkglint: update to 19.3.7

Changes since 19.3.6:

Improved variable value alignment.

Fixed wrong warning about comment lines that were interpreted as shell
commands before.

Warn when the first category of a package doesn't correspond to the
path in the filesystem. This affects 603 packages.

No longer warn about deprecated BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM.${OPSYS}. The
deprecation warning was meant for BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM.${pkgbase}, but
since pkglint cannot distinguish between these, the warnings were wrong.

-----------------------------------------
  -  Release engineering for 1.76
  -  Fix issues with patching utils/h2ph.PL on v5.8.x
  -  Whilst I was at it got it working for the v5.9.x series and converted

-----------------------------------------
  - Release engineering for 1.74

  - This reverts commit 8c5111233d3120fc9e5c11045755a4d96d247848.
  - Will apply skaji's solution as it is much more elegant.

-----------------------------------------

-----------------------------------------
  -  Release engineering for 1.72

  -  Don't index package Errno

-----------------------------------------
  -  Release engineering for 1.66
  -  Fix issues with v5.7.x (h2ph.PL and Errno.pm.PL)
  -  Fix utils/h2ph.PL patching on v5.8.0
  -  Set files to be patched to 0644 if they are 0444, set back after.

  -  Issue 31: In an environment that uses the Lustre file system, it's
    been seen that any files that are set to 0444 (read only) will cause
    fatal filesystem errors when the patch is attempted. This makes using
    perlbrew to install perl on these systems impossible This change
    detects read-only files about to be patched, sets them to 0644 for
    the duration of the patching, then sets them back to 0444 so that
    they exist as expected during the actual build process.

:func:`collapse`. It now treats ``bytes`` objects the same as ``str`` objects.
This aligns its behavior with :func:`always_iterable`.

.. code-block:: python

    >>> from more_itertools import collapse
    >>> iterable = [[1, 2], b'345', [6]]
    >>> print(list(collapse(iterable)))
    [1, 2, b'345', 6]

6.0.0
-----

* Major changes:
    * Python 2.7 is no longer supported. The 5.0.0 release will be the last
      version targeting Python 2.7.
    * All future releases will target the active versions of Python 3.
      As of 2019, those are Python 3.4 and above.
    * The ``six`` library is no longer a dependency.
    * The :func:`accumulate` function is no longer part of this library. You
      may import a better version from the standard ``itertools`` module.

* Changes to existing itertools:
    * The order of the parameters in :func:`grouper` have changed to match
      the latest recipe in the itertools documentation. Use of the old order
      will be supported in this release, but emit a  ``DeprecationWarning``.
      The legacy behavior will be dropped in a future release. (thanks to jaraco)
    * :func:`distinct_permutations` was improved (thanks to jferard - see also `permutations with unique values <https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6284396/permutations-with-unique-values>`_ at StackOverflow.)
    * An unused parameter was removed from :func:`substrings`. (thanks to pylang)

* Other changes:
    * The docs for :func:`unique_everseen` were improved. (thanks to jferard and MSeifert04)
    * Several Python 2-isms were removed. (thanks to jaraco, MSeifert04, and hugovk)

py-arrow: updated to 0.15.4

0.15.4:
- [FIX] Fixed an issue that caused package installs to fail on Conda Forge.

0.15.3:
- [NEW] ``factory.get()`` can now create arrow objects from a ISO calendar tuple, for example:

.. code-block:: python

    >>> arrow.get((2013, 18, 7))
    <Arrow [2013-05-05T00:00:00+00:00]>

- [NEW] Added a new token ``x`` to allow parsing of integer timestamps with milliseconds and microseconds.
- [NEW] Formatting now supports escaping of characters using the same syntax as parsing, for example:

.. code-block:: python

    >>> arw = arrow.now()
    >>> fmt = "YYYY-MM-DD h [h] m"
    >>> arw.format(fmt)
    '2019-11-02 3 h 32'

- [NEW] Added ``humanize`` week granularity translations for Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese.
- [CHANGE] Added ``ParserError`` to module exports.
- [FIX] Added support for midnight at end of day.
- [INTERNAL] Created Travis build for macOS.
- [INTERNAL] Test parsing and formatting against full timezone database.

0.15.2:
- [NEW] Added ``humanize`` week granularity translations for Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.
- [NEW] Embedded changelog within docs and added release dates to versions.
- [FIX] Fixed a bug that caused test failures on Windows only.

0.15.1:
- [NEW] Added ``humanize`` week granularity translations for Japanese.
- [FIX] Fixed a bug that caused Arrow to fail when passed a negative timestamp string.
- [FIX] Fixed a bug that caused Arrow to fail when passed a datetime object with ``tzinfo`` of type ``StaticTzInfo``.

0.15.0:
- [NEW] Added support for DDD and DDDD ordinal date tokens. The following functionality is now possible: ``arrow.get("1998-045")``, ``arrow.get("1998-45", "YYYY-DDD")``, ``arrow.get("1998-045", "YYYY-DDDD")``.
- [NEW] ISO 8601 basic format for dates and times is now supported (e.g. ``YYYYMMDDTHHmmssZ``).
- [NEW] Added ``humanize`` week granularity translations for French, Russian and Swiss German locales.
- [CHANGE] Timestamps of type ``str`` are no longer supported **without a format string** in the ``arrow.get()`` method. This change was made to support the ISO 8601 basic format and to address bugs.

The following will NOT work in v0.15.0:

.. code-block:: python

    >>> arrow.get("1565358758")
    >>> arrow.get("1565358758.123413")

The following will work in v0.15.0:

.. code-block:: python

    >>> arrow.get("1565358758", "X")
    >>> arrow.get("1565358758.123413", "X")
    >>> arrow.get(1565358758)
    >>> arrow.get(1565358758.123413)

- [CHANGE] When a meridian token (a|A) is passed and no meridians are available for the specified locale (e.g. unsupported or untranslated) a ``ParserError`` is raised.
- [CHANGE] The timestamp token (``X``) will now match float timestamps of type ``str``: ``arrow.get(“1565358758.123415”, “X”)``.
- [CHANGE] Strings with leading and/or trailing whitespace will no longer be parsed without a format string. Please see `the docs <https://arrow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#regular-expressions>`_ for ways to handle this.
- [FIX] The timestamp token (``X``) will now only match on strings that **strictly contain integers and floats**, preventing incorrect matches.
- [FIX] Most instances of ``arrow.get()`` returning an incorrect ``Arrow`` object from a partial parsing match have been eliminated.

Updated security/py-acme, security/py-certbot*

(adam)

2019-11-14 18:28:19 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

py-certbot: updated to 0.40.1

0.40.1:

Changed
Added back support for Python 3.4 to Certbot components and certbot-auto due to a bug when requiring Python 2.7 or 3.5+ on RHEL 6 based systems.
More details about these changes can be found on our GitHub repo.

0.40.0:

Changed
We deprecated support for Python 3.4 in Certbot and its ACME library. Support for Python 3.4 will be removed in the next major release of Certbot. certbot-auto users on RHEL 6 based systems will be asked to enable Software Collections (SCL) repository so Python 3.6 can be installed. certbot-auto can enable the SCL repo for you on CentOS 6 while users on other RHEL 6 based systems will be asked to do this manually.
--server may now be combined with --dry-run. Certbot will, as before, use the staging server instead of the live server when --dry-run is used.
--dry-run now requests fresh authorizations every time, fixing the issue where it was prone to falsely reporting success.
Updated certbot-dns-google to depend on newer versions of google-api-python-client and oauth2client.
The OS detection logic again uses distro library for Linux OSes
certbot.plugins.common.TLSSNI01 has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
CLI flags --tls-sni-01-port and --tls-sni-01-address have been removed.
The values tls-sni and tls-sni-01 for the --preferred-challenges flag are no longer accepted.
Removed the flags: --agree-dev-preview, --dialog, and --apache-init-script
acme.standalone.BaseRequestHandlerWithLogging and acme.standalone.simple_tls_sni_01_server have been deprecated and will be removed in a future release of the library.
certbot-dns-rfc2136 now use TCP to query SOA records.

Fixed
More details about these changes can be found on our GitHub repo.

py-mysqlclient: updated to 1.4.5

What's new in 1.4.5
* The ``auth_plugin`` option is added.

What's new in 1.4.4
* ``charset`` option is passed to ``mysql_options(mysql, MYSQL_SET_CHARSET_NAME, charset)``
  before ``mysql_real_connect`` is called.
  This avoid extra ``SET NAMES <charset>`` query when creating connection.

What's new in 1.4.3
* ``--static`` build supports ``libmariadbclient.a``
* Try ``mariadb_config`` when ``mysql_config`` is not found
* Fixed warning happend in Python 3.8
* Fixed ``from MySQLdb import *``, while I don't recommend it.
* Fixed SEGV ``MySQLdb.escape_string("1")`` when libmariadb is used and
  no connection is created.
* Fixed many circular references are created in ``Cursor.executemany()``.

What's new in 1.4.2
* Fix Django 1.11 compatibility.
  mysqlclient 1.5 will not support Django 1.11.  It is not because
  mysqlclient will break backward compatibility, but Django used
  unsupported APIs and Django 1.11 don't fix bugs including
  compatibility issues.

What's new in 1.4.1
* Fix dict parameter support

What's new in 1.4.0
* Dropped Python 3.4 support.
* Removed ``threadsafe`` and ``embedded`` build options.
* Remove some deprecated cursor classes and methods.
* ``_mysql`` and ``_mysql_exceptions`` modules are moved under
  ``MySQLdb`` package.
* Remove ``errorhandler`` from Connection and Cursor classes.
* Remove context manager API from Connection.  It was for transaction.
  New context manager API for closing connection will be added in future version.
* Remove ``waiter`` option from Connection.
* Remove ``escape_sequence``, and ``escape_dict`` methods from Connection class.
* Remove automatic MySQL warning checking.
* Drop support for MySQL Connector/C with MySQL<5.1.12.
* Remove ``_mysql.NULL`` constant.
* Remove ``_mysql.thread_safe()`` function.
* Support non-ASCII field name with non-UTF-8 connection encoding.
* Optimize decoding speed of string and integer types.
* Remove ``MySQLdb.constants.REFRESH`` module.
* Remove support for old datetime format for MySQL < 4.1.
* Fix wrong errno is raised when ``mysql_real_connect`` is failed.

What's new in 1.3.14
* Support static linking of MariaDB Connector/C
* Better converter for Decimal and Float
* Add ``Connection._get_native_connection`` for XTA project
* Fix SEGV on MariaDB Connector/C when some methods of ``Connection``
  objects are called after ``Connection.close()`` is called.
* Fix ``Connection.client_flag``
* Fix SSCursor may raise same exception twice
  * This removed ``Cursor._last_executed`` which was duplicate of ``Cursor._executed``.
    Both members are private.  So this type of changes are not documented in changelog
    generally.  But Django used the private member for ``last_executed_query`` implementation.
    If you use the method the method directly or indirectly, this version will break
    your application.  See https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/30013
* ``waiter`` option is now deprecated.
* Fixed SSL support is not detected when built with MySQL < 5.1

Known Issues

    possibly breaking/incompatible changes to properties of wrapped FFmpeg decoders and encoders (see above).

    The way that GIO modules are named has changed due to upstream GLib natively adding support for loading static GIO modules. This means that any GStreamer application using gnutls for SSL/TLS on the Android or iOS platforms (or any other setup using static libraries) will fail to link looking for the g_io_module_gnutls_load_static() function. The new function name is now g_io_gnutls_load(gpointer data). See Android/iOS sections above for further details.

This release contains a major refactoring of the TLS codebase. The GnuTLS
backend now shares the same base classes as the OpenSSL backend, to avoid
duplicating as much code as possible. The base classes, previously used only by
the OpenSSL backend and originally forked from glib-networking several years
ago, have been enhanced to achieve feature-parity with the current state of the
GnuTLS backend.

Please note that the OpenSSL backend remains experimental. Further planned work
is required before this backend will be production-ready.

  characters (U+FF21–U+FF26 and U+FF41–U+FF46) (#58)

  output by default instead — the `--tap` option to tests is now a no-op

  what each unit test in a test suite does (#1450)

- `g_queue_insert_after_link()`

* Improve network availability detection with NetworkManager to treat lower
  levels of connectivity as having reduced availability (!781)

  and clearing the signal handler ID to zero in a single call (!819)

Overview of changes in GLib 2.61.0
==================================

xf86-video-sis: update to 0.11.0.

This is a maintenance release of SiS DDX for X.Org X Server.
There are still about 4 more compilation warnings with the code, but fixing them will require some effort that I am not willing to invest at this time.
The remaining compilation warnings are all "const char*" to "char*" type warnings involving text strings.

xinput: update to 1.6.3.

/me blows the dust off this git repo

xinput 1.6.3 is now available, incorporating the best of the last (checks

then but is less exciting now in these modern times.

The only user-visible change is that xinput will now print a warning when
run against XWayland in the hope that this will reduce the number of
confused users or misguided bugs. Or both, ideally.

* Relax type import detection for names that do not come from the ``typing`` module

perl5: updated to 5.30.1

what is new for perl v5.30.1

Incompatible Changes
      There are no changes intentionally incompatible with 5.30.1.  If any
      exist, they are bugs, and we request that you submit a report.  See
      "Reporting Bugs" below.

Modules and Pragmata
  Updated Modules and Pragmata
      o  Module::CoreList has been upgraded from version 5.20190522 to
          5.20191110.

Documentation
  Changes to Existing Documentation
      We have attempted to update the documentation to reflect the changes
      listed in this document.  If you find any we have missed, send email to
      perlbug@perl.org <mailto:perlbug@perl.org>.

      Additionally, documentation has been updated to reference GitHub as the
      new canonical repository and to describe the new GitHub pull request
      workflow.

Configuration and Compilation
      o  The "ECHO" macro is now defined.  This is used in a "dtrace" rule
          that was originally changed for FreeBSD, and the FreeBSD make
          apparently predefines it.  The Solaris make does not predefine
          "ECHO" which broke this rule on Solaris.

Testing
      Tests were added and changed to reflect the other additions and changes
      in this release.

Platform Support
  Platform-Specific Notes
      Win32
          The locale tests could crash on Win32 due to a Windows bug, and
          separately due to the CRT throwing an exception if the locale name
          wasn't validly encoded in the current code page.

          For the second we now decode the locale name ourselves, and always
          decode it as UTF-8.

Selected Bug Fixes
      o  Setting $) now properly sets supplementary group ids, if you have
          the necessary privileges.

      o  "readline @foo" now evaluates @foo in scalar context.  Previously,
          it would be evaluated in list context, and since readline() pops
          only one argument from the stack, the stack could underflow, or be
          left with unexpected values on it.

      o  sv_gets() now recovers better if the target SV is modified by a
          signal handler.

      o  Matching a non-"SVf_UTF8" string against a regular expression
          containing Unicode literals could leak an SV on each match attempt.

      o  "sprintf("%.*a", -10000, $x)" would cause a buffer overflow due to
          mishandling of the negative precision value.

      o  "scalar()" on a reference could cause an erroneous assertion
          failure during compilation.

doc: Updated x11/libICE to 1.0.10

(wiz)

2019-11-13 21:51:24 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

libICE: update to 1.0.10.

This release provides a fix for CVE-2017-2626 for platforms which don't have
arc4random_buf() in their default libraries but do have getentropy(), such
as Linux platforms with a kernel version of 3.17 or newer and a glibc version
of 2.25 or newer.  (libICE 1.0.9 already ensured that arc4random_buf()
is used on platforms that have it to provide sufficient entropy in ICE
key generation, but left other platforms with the weaker methods.  Linux
platforms could also have linked against libbsd to use arc4random_buf()
with libICE 1.0.9 for stronger keys.)

2019-11-13 21:50:15 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

gtksourceview4: update to 4.4.0.

Now uses meson as build system.

News in 4.4.0, 2019-09-09
-------------------------
* Set NO_AT_BRIDGE=1 when running automated tests
* Speed up GtkSourceView rendering when space drawer is unused

News in 4.3.92, 2019-09-04
--------------------------
* RC release for 4.4 scheduled for next week.
* New syntax highlighting definition file for: ASCII Doc, Dockerfile
* Improvements to the syntax highlighting of: CSS, Gradle, HTML, C, PHP,
  YAML, and Grovvy.
* Performance improvements in line number drawing.
* GtkSourceView now requires GTK 3.22 or newer.
* GtkSourceView no longer uses many deprecated APIs from GTK.
* GtkSourceView now uses fribidi directly to determine bidriectional
  direction for cursors.
* GtkSourceView now relies on GObject for correct marsharllers as well
  as va_marshallers or provides its own. This improves profiling with
  kernel stack unwinders such as Linux's perf.
* Visual column detection is improved to use the tab-width instead of
  the indent-width.
* Support for DnD from GIMPs color palette has been improved.
* A performance optimization has been added to avoid painting mark
  backgrounds if no GtkSourceMarks have been registered.
* Translation updates.

News in 4.3.1, 2019-04-23
-------------------------
* Ported to meson build system, autotools will be phased out by next release.
* First release using `meson dist` instead of `make dist`. Distributions
  choosing to use autotools for this release will need to use autogen.sh.
* GtkSourceGutterRendererLines has gained an interger-to-string optimization
  to reduce the overhead of g_snprintf() in the vast majority of cases.
* Workaround a stack overflow in libpcre (via GRegex) in yaml.lang
* Improvements to the syntax highlighting of: fish, julia, and C++
* Translation updates.

py-mechanize: update to 0.4.4.

2019-11-07 Kovid Goyal
* 0.4.4 release
* URLs passed into mechanize now automatically have URL unsafe characters
percent encoded. This is necessary because newer versions of python
disallow processing of URLs with unsafe characters. Note that this means
values return by get_full_url(), get_selector() etc will be percent encoded.

py-curl: update to 7.43.0.3.

Version 7.43.0.3 [requires libcurl-7.19.0 or better] - 2019-06-17
-----------------------------------------------------------------

        * Fixed use with libcurl 7.65+ when FTP support is disabled.

        * Added support for mbedTLS (patch by Josef Schlehofer).

        * Fixed string processing on Python 3 (patch by Dmitriy Taychenachev).

        * Added CURLOPT_TCP_FASTOPEN and CURL_HTTP_VERSION_2_PRIOR_KNOWLEDGE
          (patch by Khavish Anshudass Bhundoo).

        * Repaired inability to install PycURL when libcurl is using an SSL
          backend other than the ones PycURL explicitly recognizes and
          handles (OpenSSL, LibreSSL, BoringSSL, GnuTLS, NSS).
          The requirement for setup.py to detect an SSL backend if libcurl
          is configured to use SSL, added in 7.43.0.2, has been changed
          to a warning to allow this.
