mail/postfix: update to 3.3.3

This announcement concerns fixes for problems that were introduced
with Postfix 3.0 and later. This is the final update for Postfix
3.0.

Fixed in Postfix 3.3 and later:

  * When the master daemon runs with PID=1 (init mode), it will now
reap child processes from non-Postfix code running in the same
container, instead of terminating with a panic. Reported by
    Tamas Gerczei.

Fixed in Postfix 3.0 and later:

  * With smtputf8_enable=yes, table lookups could casefold the
search string when searching a lookup table that does not use
fixed-string keys (regexp, pcre, tcp, etc.).

  * With the posttls-finger test program, connections to unix-domain
servers always resulted in "Failed to establish session" even
after a connection was established. Reported by Jaroslav Skarva.

net/bind914: add version 9.14.1

Add bind914 version 9.14.1 package (BIND 9.14.1).

pkgsrc chagnes:

* Add blacklist support from NetBSD base system.
* Note about required directories.

BIND, the Berkeley Internet Name Daemon.  This package contains the BIND
9.14 release.

  * A new "plugin" mechanism has been added to allow query functionality
to be extended using dynamically loadable libraries. The "filter-aaaa"
feature has been removed from named and is now implemented as a
    plugin.
  * QNAME minimization, as described in RFC 7816, is now supported.
  * Socket and task code has been refactored to improve performance on
    most modern machines.
  * "Root key sentinel" support, enabling validating resolvers to indicate
via a special query which trust anchors are configured for the root
    zone.
  * Secondary zones can now be configured as "mirror" zones; their
contents are transferred in as with traditional slave zones, but are
subject to DNSSEC validation and are not treated as authoritative data
when answering. This makes it easier to configure a local copy of the
root zone as described in RFC 7706.
  * The "validate-except" option allows configuration of domains below
which DNSSEC validation should not be performed.
  * The default value of "dnssec-validation" is now "auto".
  * IDNA2008 is now supported when linking with libidn2.
  * "named -V" now outputs the default paths for files used by named and
    other tools.

Updated devel/ccache

(adam)

2019-04-29 17:13:15 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

ccache: updated to 3.7

Changes 3.7:
Fixed crash when the debug mode is enabled and the output file is in a non-writable directory, e.g. when the output file is /dev/null.

Fixed an issue when printing very large log messages to the debug log.

Fixed bugs related to support for -gsplit-dwarf. Previously ccache could produce an incorrect link to the .dwo file in the .o file.

Compilations with /dev/null as the input file are now cached.

ccache has learned how to contruct the object filename if no -o option is given and the source filename does not include a . or ends with a ..

Fixed a temporary file leak when the depend mode is enabled and the compiler produces standard error output.

Fixed a bug in the depend mode where a manifest hash only could be associated with one set of header dependencies.

Manifest files did not get marked as used on direct cache hits, so the LRU cache cleanup would incorrectly remove them eventually. This has been fixed.

The rewriting of absolute paths into relative paths in the dependency file has been enabled in the depend mode as well.

ccache now ignores unknown keys in configuration files for forward compatibility.

Rearranged command-line options into sections in the help text.

Documented the previously undocumented --dump-manifest and --hash-file options (only useful for debugging ccache itself).

Added missing documentation for the command-line option -k/--get-config added in ccache 3.5.

Renamed the --print-config command to --show-config.

Added a new --print-stats command that prints statistics counters in machine-parsable (tab-separated) format.

ccache no longer creates a missing output directory, thus mimicking the compiler behavior for -o out/obj.o when 窶徙ut窶 doesn窶冲 exist.

-fdebug-prefix-map=ARG, -ffile-prefix-map=ARG and -fmacro-prefix-map=ARG are now included in the hash, but only the part before 窶廣RG窶. This fixes a bug where compiler feature detection of said flags would not work correctly with ccache.

Bail out on too hard compiler option -gtoggle.

Bail out on too hard Clang options --analyze and -analyze.

Improved debug logging of file hashes in depend mode.

Improved handling of various -g* options. In particular, ccache now understands that -g0 cancels out previous -g* options.

Worked around a problem with Automake related to .d files when using the hard link mode.

Added opt-in (at configure time) support for enabling trace logs for profiling ccache itself. See doc/DEVELOPER.md in the code tree for more information

Removed support for Fortran 77 again. Some Fortran support was added in ccache 3.3, but the implementation did not work when Fortran modules are involved.

Completing the upgrade to Cacti v1.2.3.

Funny enough, the previous commit coincided with my own work on a
package upgrade. It brought a few bits and bobs I had been missing,
and my work closes a few of its gaps.

In detail:

INSTALL - set CACTI_USER and APACHE_GROUP properly

MESSAGES - mention newer PHPs' php.d, while updating the extension list
          mention <https://github.com/Cacti/cacti/issues/2621> setup problem

Makefile - add mandatory dependencies: php-{json,zlib,mbstring,posix}
add patched files to 'paths' substitution

files/httpd-cacti.conf - convert to Apache 2.4 ACL syntax

patches/ - comments, CACTI_LOGDIR substitution

Minor touch-ups everywhere - I am sure there is more to do.

The result pkglints, builds, installs, configures (taking the above
#2621 into account), and runs.

archivers/libaec: import libaec-1.0.4

Libaec provides fast lossless compression of 1 up to 32 bit wide signed
or unsigned integers (samples). The library achieves best results for
low entropy data as often encountered in space imaging instrument data or
numerical model output from weather or climate simulations. While floating
point representations are not directly supported, they can also be efficiently
coded by grouping exponents and mantissa.

Libaec implements Golomb-Rice coding as defined in the Space Data System
Standard documents 121.0-B-2 and 120.0-G-2.

Libaec includes a free drop-in replacement for the SZIP library.

1.0.10
bug

[bug] [commands]

Fixed bug introduced in release 0.9.0 where the helptext for commands inadvertently got expanded to include function docstrings from the command.py module. The logic has been adjusted to only refer to the first line(s) preceding the first line break within each docstring, as was the original intent.

[bug] [mysql] [operations]

Added an assertion in RevisionMap.get_revisions() and other methods which ensures revision numbers are passed as strings or collections of strings. Driver issues particularly on MySQL may inadvertently be passing bytes here which leads to failures later on.

[bug] [autogenerate] [mysql]

Fixed bug when using the EnvironmentContext.configure.compare_server_default flag set to True where a server default that is introduced in the table metadata on an Integer column, where there is no existing server default in the database, would raise a TypeError.

1.0.9
bug

[bug] [operations]

Simplified the internal scheme used to generate the alembic.op namespace to no longer attempt to generate full method signatures (e.g. rather than generic *args, **kw) as this was not working in most cases anyway, while in rare circumstances it would in fact sporadically have access to the real argument names and then fail when generating the function due to missing symbols in the argument signature.

py-sqlalchemy: updated to 1.3.3

1.3.3

orm

[orm] [bug]

Fixed 1.3 regression in new 窶彗mbiguous FROMs窶 query logic introduced in Query.join() handles ambiguity in deciding the 窶徑eft窶 side more explicitly where a Query that explicitly places an entity in the FROM clause with Query.select_from() and also joins to it using Query.join() would later cause an 窶彗mbiguous FROM窶 error if that entity were used in additional joins, as the entity appears twice in the 窶彷rom窶 list of the Query. The fix resolves this ambiguity by folding the standalone entity into the join that it窶冱 already a part of in the same way that ultimately happens when the SELECT statement is rendered.

[orm] [bug]

Adjusted the Query.filter_by() method to not call and() internally against multiple criteria, instead passing it off to Query.filter() as a series of criteria, instead of a single criteria. This allows Query.filter_by() to defer to Query.filter()窶冱 treatment of variable numbers of clauses, including the case where the list is empty. In this case, the Query object will not have a .whereclause, which allows subsequent 窶從o whereclause窶 methods like Query.select_from() to behave consistently.

postgresql

[postgresql] [bug]

Fixed regression from release 1.3.2 caused by 4562 where a URL that contained only a query string and no hostname, such as for the purposes of specifying a service file with connection information, would no longer be propagated to psycopg2 properly. The change in 4562 has been adjusted to further suit psycopg2窶冱 exact requirements, which is that if there are any connection parameters whatsoever, the 窶彭sn窶 parameter is no longer required, so in this case the query string parameters are passed alone.

mssql

[mssql] [bug]

Fixed issue in SQL Server dialect where if a bound parameter were present in an ORDER BY expression that would ultimately not be rendered in the SQL Server version of the statement, the parameters would still be part of the execution parameters, leading to DBAPI-level errors. Pull request courtesy Matt Lewellyn.

Fixed behavioral regression as a result of deprecating the 窶忖se_threadlocal窶 flag for Pool, where the SingletonThreadPool no longer makes use of this option which causes the 窶徨ollback on return窶 logic to take place when the same Engine is used multiple times in the context of a transaction to connect or implicitly execute, thereby cancelling the transaction. While this is not the recommended way to work with engines and connections, it is nonetheless a confusing behavioral change as when using SingletonThreadPool, the transaction should stay open regardless of what else is done with the same engine in the same thread. The use_threadlocal flag remains deprecated however the SingletonThreadPool now implements its own version of the same logic.

[bug] [ext]

Fixed bug where using copy.copy() or copy.deepcopy() on MutableList would cause the items within the list to be duplicated, due to an inconsistency in how Python pickle and copy both make use of __getstate__() and __setstate__() regarding lists. In order to resolve, a __reduce_ex__ method had to be added to MutableList. In order to maintain backwards compatibility with existing pickles based on __getstate__(), the __setstate__() method remains as well; the test suite asserts that pickles made against the old version of the class can still be deserialized by the pickle module.

1.3.2

orm

[orm] [bug] [ext]

Restored instance-level support for plain Python descriptors, e.g. @property objects, in conjunction with association proxies, in that if the proxied object is not within ORM scope at all, it gets classified as 窶彗mbiguous窶 but is proxed directly. For class level access, a basic class level``__get__()`` now returns the AmbiguousAssociationProxyInstance directly, rather than raising its exception, which is the closest approximation to the previous behavior that returned the AssociationProxy itself that窶冱 possible. Also improved the stringification of these objects to be more descriptive of current state.

[orm] [bug]

Fixed bug where use of with_polymorphic() or other aliased construct would not properly adapt when the aliased target were used as the Select.correlate_except() target of a subquery used inside of a column_property(). This required a fix to the clause adaption mechanics to properly handle a selectable that shows up in the 窶彡orrelate except窶 list, in a similar manner as which occurs for selectables that show up in the 窶彡orrelate窶 list. This is ultimately a fairly fundamental bug that has lasted for a long time but it is hard to come across it.

[orm] [bug]

Fixed regression where a new error message that was supposed to raise when attempting to link a relationship option to an AliasedClass without using PropComparator.of_type() would instead raise an AttributeError. Note that in 1.3, it is no longer valid to create an option path from a plain mapper relationship to an AliasedClass without using PropComparator.of_type().

sql

[sql] [bug] [documentation]

Thanks to TypeEngine methods bind_expression, column_expression work with Variant, type-specific types, we no longer need to rely on recipes that subclass dialect-specific types directly, TypeDecorator can now handle all cases. Additionally, the above change made it slightly less likely that a direct subclass of a base SQLAlchemy type would work as expected, which could be misleading. Documentation has been updated to use TypeDecorator for these examples including the PostgreSQL 窶廣rrayOfEnum窶 example datatype and direct support for the 窶徭ubclass a type directly窶 has been removed.

postgresql

[postgresql] [feature]

Added support for parameter-less connection URLs for the psycopg2 dialect, meaning, the URL can be passed to create_engine() as "postgresql+psycopg2://" with no additional arguments to indicate an empty DSN passed to libpq, which indicates to connect to 窶徑ocalhost窶 with no username, password, or database given. Pull request courtesy Julian Mehnle.

[postgresql] [bug]

Modified the Select.with_for_update.of parameter so that if a join or other composed selectable is passed, the individual Table objects will be filtered from it, allowing one to pass a join() object to the parameter, as occurs normally when using joined table inheritance with the ORM.

Most of the wording was based on the pkglint implementation from before
2015 and was too technical to be useful. Since 2015, bmake doesn't split
the .for arguments on simple whitespace but uses brk_string as well,
therefore that information was outdated.

doc: Updated devel/pcre2 to 10.33

(wiz)

2019-04-27 18:33:12 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

pcre2: update to 10.33.

Version 10.33-RC1 16-April-2019
-------------------------------

Yet more bugfixes, tidies, and a few enhancements, summarized here (see
ChangeLog for the full list):

1. Callouts from pcre2_substitute() are now available.

2. The POSIX functions are now all called pcre2_regcomp() etc., with wrapper
functions that use the standard POSIX names. However, in pcre2posix.h the POSIX
names are defined as macros. This should help avoid linking with the wrong
library in some environments, while still exporting the POSIX names for
pre-existing programs that use them.

3. Some new options:

  (a) PCRE2_EXTRA_ESCAPED_CR_IS_LF makes \r behave as \n.

  (b) PCRE2_EXTRA_ALT_BSUX enables support for ECMAScript 6's \u{hh...}
      construct.

  (c) PCRE2_COPY_MATCHED_SUBJECT causes a copy of a matched subject to be
made, instead of just remembering a pointer.

4. Some new Perl features:

  (a) Perl 5.28's experimental alphabetic names for atomic groups and
lookaround assertions, for example, (*pla:...) and (*atomic:...).

  (b) The new Perl "script run" features (*script_run:...) and
      (*atomic_script_run:...) aka (*sr:...) and (*asr:...).

  (c) When PCRE2_UTF is set, allow non-ASCII letters and decimal digits in
      capture group names.

5. --disable-percent-zt disables the use of %zu and %td in formatting strings
in pcre2test. They were already automatically disabled for VC and older C
compilers.

6. Some changes related to callouts in pcre2grep:

  (a) Support for running an external program under VMS has been added, in
addition to Windows and fork() support.

  (b) --disable-pcre2grep-callout-fork restricts the callout support in
      to the inbuilt echo facility.

py-pylint-django: updated to 2.0.9

Version 2.0.9:
- Fix UnboundLocalError: local variable 'key_cls' referenced before assignment
for cases when models is a python package, the to argument is a string
that is used in this pattern app.Model and also there is some other
bool const like null=True right after to.
- Don't crash if ForeignKey field doesn't have keyword arguments
