Add support for OpenBSD's take on rc.d. There's no boot-time dynamic
dependency ordering, so we compute the order of such rc.d scripts as are
present at install time (via a new "list" action in sbin/rc.d-boot).
Anything added or removed later is the sysadmin's job. I guess this is
what OpenBSD sysadmins expect.

While here, make "stop" run the commands in reverse order, like NetBSD
does on shutdown.

NXEngine is a Cave Story game engine clone developed by Caitlin
Shaw.

Cave Story is a platform-adventure video game developed over five
years by Daisuke "Pixel" Amaya. Cave Story features 2D platform
mechanics and is reminiscent of the classic games the developer
played in his youth, such as Metroid and Castlevania. It received
wide critical acclaim for its compelling characters, setting, story
and gameplay.

devel/SDL2: Use the GLESv2+EGL video driver instead of the RPI video driver
on Raspberry Pi.

This allows RetroArch to be used on ARM NetBSD again (seemingly, when the
rgui menu driver is used). Previously, SDL2 would fail to produce shared
libraries when linked against the Broadcom libraries, which would cause
problems when linking against certain applications (notably RetroArch).
