quagga: Update to 1.2.2

Upstream changes:

Quagga 1.2.2

Upstream did not publsh NEWS -- basically bug fixes

Quagga 1.2.1

  bug fixes and minor improvements

Quagga 1.2.0

This is a feature release, for testing or more adventurous
users. More conservative users may wish to stay with an older
  release. This release contains:

Next-Hop Resolution Protocol support from Timo Teräs
BGP Large Community support, thanks to Job Snijders and Keyur Patel
BGP session establishment reworked, for speed and reliability
BGP route-advertisement timer interval default lowered, to 3s for eBGP and 1s for iBGP.
BGP Connect retries made more aggressive, with lower retry timer and a slower-ramping backoff.

Quagga 1.1.1

  bug and security fixes
There is a known regression with IPv6 BGP sessions, see Bugzilla #870.

Quagga 1.1.0

This is a release with a number of new features, and many bug fixes.
  Notably:

Greatly improved nexthop resolution for recursive routes. (Cumulus)
Event driven nexthop resolution for BGP (Cumulus)
Route tags support (Piotr ChytÅ‚a, Packet Consulting)
Transport of TE related metrics over OSPF, IS-IS (Olivier Dugeon, Orange)
IPv6 Multipath for zebra and BGP (Ayan Banerjee, Cumulus)

This release also changed the default of 'link-detect' state,
controlling whether zebra will respond to link-state events and
consider an interface to be down when link is down. To retain
current the behavior save your config before updating, otherwise
remove the 'link-detect' flag from your config prior to
updating. There is also a new global 'default link-detect (on|off)'
flag to configure the global default.

Quagga 1.0.20161017

zebra IPv6 RA and BGP MRT dump security fixes

doc: Updated geography/osm2pgsql to 0.94.0

(wiedi)

2017-10-08 12:28:55 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

osm2pgsql: update to 0.94.0

Release 0.94.0, a new stable branch
This is the last release which will support old-style
multipolygons.

Upgrading to this version requires a reimport for the slim
table changes.

Major changes since 0.92.0 are

- Coordinates are now stored unprojected in slim tables, and an
osmium dense file array is used for flat nodes. This dense
file array can be read by other libosmium-based programs.

- Libosmium is used for geometry building instead of GEOS

This offers speed increases, improves code, and avoids relying
on a large library for a small portion of its functionality.

Other changes are

- Tile expiry has been rewritten, fixing bugs, including one
that dropped large portions of expiry lists.

- Node tags are no longer stored in slim tables, consistent with
flat-nodes. THis reduces space required for --slim imports
  without --flat-nodes.

- A default database name of gis is no longer assumed. An
explicit -d option is recommended if compatibility with 0.92
  and earlier.

Updated math/py-intervals, devel/py-Pyro

(adam)

2017-10-08 10:21:57 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

py-Pyro: update to 4.62

Pyro 4.62:
major new feature: SSL/TLS support added - a handful of new config items (窶牢SL窶 prefixed), supports server-only certificate and also 2-way-ssl (server+client certificates). For testing purposes, self-signed server and client certificates are available in the 窶歪erts窶 directory. SSL/TLS in Pyro is supported on Python 2.7.11+ or Python 3.4.4+ (these versions have various important security related changes such as disabling vulnerable cyphers or protocols by default)
added SSL example that shows how to configure 2-way-SSL in Pyro and how to do certificate verification on both sides.
added cloudpickle serialization support (https://github.com/cloudpipe/cloudpickle/)
added a small extended-pickle example that shows what dill and cloudpickle can do (send actual functions)
daemon is now more resilient to exceptions occurring with socket communications (it logs them but is otherwise not interrupted) (this was required to avoid errors occurring in the SSL layer stopping the server)
some small bugs fixed (crash when logging certain errors in thread server, invalid protected members showing up on pypy3)
the raise data line in a traceback coming from Pyro now has a comment after it, telling you that you probably should inspect the remote traceback as well.
note: if you窶决e using Python 3 only and are interested in a modernized version of Pyro, have a look at Pyro5: https://github.com/irmen/Pyro5 It窶冱 experimental work in progress, but it works pretty well.
note: Pyro4 is reaching a state where I consider it 窶彷eature complete窶: I窶冦 considering not adding more new features but only doing bug-fixes. New features (if any) will then appear only in Pyro5.

py-foolscap: update to 0.12.7

Release 0.12.7:
This is a minor bugfix release to help Tahoe-LAFS.

It depends upon a newer version of I2P, which should handle Tahoe storage
servers that listen on I2P sockets (the Tahoe executable makes an outbound
connection to the local I2P daemon, however it then accepts inbound TLS
connections on that same socket, which confuses the TLS negotiation because
both sides appear to be "clients", and TLS requires exactly one "client" and
one "server").

It also fixes a minor Tub shutdown behavior to let unit tests work more
reliably.

py-ZopeConfiguration: update to 4.1.0

4.1.0:
- Drop support for Python 2.6 and 3.2.
- Add support for Python 3.5 and 3.6.
- Fix the ``domain`` of MessageID fields to be a native string.
Previously on Python 3 they were bytes, which meant that they
couldn't be used to find translation utilities registered by
  zope.i18n.

17.2.0:
- ``structlog.stdlib.ProcessorFormatter`` now accepts *keep_exc_info* and *keep_stack_info* arguments to control what to do with this information on log records.
Most likely you want them both to be ``False`` therefore it's the default.
- ``structlog.stdlib.add_logger_name()`` now works in ``structlog.stdlib.ProcessorFormatter``'s ``foreign_pre_chain``.
- Clear log record args in ``structlog.stdlib.ProcessorFormatter`` after rendering.
This fix is for you if you tried to use it and got ``TypeError: not all arguments converted during string formatting`` exceptions.

mkvtoolnix: update to 16.0.0

Version 16.0.0 "Protest":

New features and enhancements

* mkvmerge: MP4 reader: added support for Vorbis.

Bug fixes

* configure: the checks for libEBML and libMatroska have been fixed to require
libEBML 1.3.5 and libMatroska 1.4.7 as intended.

* mkvmerge: AAC reader: mkvmerge will now emit an error message for AAC files
whose header fields imply a sampling frequency or number of channels
  of 0.
* mkvmerge: AVC/h.264 ES parser: fixed the calculation of reference
information for P and B frames. This also fixes some P frames being marked
as B frames and vice versa.
* mkvmerge: AVC/h.264 ES parser: only non-key frames that have the NALU header
field `nal_ref_idc` set to 0 will be marked as "discardable" in
  `SimpleBlock` elements.
* mkvmerge: HEVC/h.265: the generation of the HEVCC structure stored in
`CodecPrivate` was wrong in two places: 1. the position of the number of
sub-layers was swapped with reserved bits and 2. the VPS/SPS/PPS/SEI lists
did not start with a reserved 1 bit.
* mkvmerge: output: the `doc type version` will be set at least to 2 if
certain elements are written (`CodecState`, `CueCodecState`,
  `FlagInterlaced`).
* mkvmerge: output: the track header attributes `MinCache` and `MaxCache` will not be
  written anymore.
* mkvmerge: Matroska reader: the "key" and "discardable" flags of SimpleBlock
elements will be kept as they are.
* mkvmerge: Matroska reader: if present in the file, the "white colour
coordinate x" track header attribute was written to both "white colour
coordinate x" and "white colour coordinate y" in the output file.
* mkvmerge: Opus output: mkvmerge will now put all frames with discard padding
  into their own block group.
* MKVToolNix GUI: header editor: removed the check for external modification
  when saving the file.
* MKVToolNix GUI: job queue: fixed calculation of total progress when
automatic removal of completed is enabled.

openjpeg: update to 2.3.0

OpenJPEG 2.3.0:

No API/ABI break compared to v2.2.0 but additional symbols for subset of components decoding (hence the MINOR version bump).

* Sub-tile decoding: when setting a window of interest through the API function opj_set_decode_area(), only codeblocks that intersect this window are now decoded (i.e. MCT, IDWT, and entropy decoding are only done on the window of interest). Moreover, memory allocation now depends on the size of the window of interest (instead of the full tile size).

* Ability to decode only a subset of components. This adds the following function opj_set_decoded_components(opj_codec_t p_codec, OPJ_UINT32 numcomps, const OPJ_UINT32 comps_indices, OPJ_BOOL apply_color_transforms) and equivalent opj_decompress -c compno[,compno]* option.

* Many bug fixes (including security fixes)

Update Go to 1.9.1 (security fix).

Two security-related issues were recently reported.
To address this issue, we have just released Go 1.8.4 and Go 1.9.1.

We recommend that all users update to one of these releases (if you're not sure
which, choose Go 1.9.1).

The issues addressed by these releases are:

By nesting a git checkout inside another version control repository, it was
possible for an attacker to trick the "go get" command into executing arbitrary
code. The go command now refuses to use version control checkouts found inside
other version control systems, with an exception for git submodules (git inside
git).
The issue is tracked as https://golang.org/issue/22125 (Go 1.8.4) and
https://golang.org/issue/22131 (Go 1.9.1). Fixes are linked from the issues.
Thanks to Simon Rawet for the report.

In the smtp package, PlainAuth is documented as sending credentials only over
authenticated, encrypted TLS connections, but it was changed in Go 1.1 to also
send credentials on non-TLS connections when the remote server advertises that
PLAIN authentication is supported. The change was meant to allow use of PLAIN
authentication on localhost, but it has the effect of allowing a
man-in-the-middle attacker to harvest credentials. PlainAuth now requires
either TLS or a localhost connection before sending credentials, regardless of
what the remote server claims.
This issue is tracked as https://golang.org/issue/22134 (Go 1.8.4) and
https://golang.org/issue/22133 (Go 1.9.1). Fixes are linked from the issues.
Thanks to Stevie Johnstone for the report.

py-MechanicalSoup: update to 0.8.0

Version 0.8

Main changes:
* `Browser` and `StatefulBrowser` can now be configured to raise a
`LinkNotFound` exception when encountering a 404 Not Found error.
This is activated by passing `raise_on_404=True` to the constructor.
It is disabled by default for backward compatibility, but is highly
  recommanded.
* `Browser` now has a `__del__` method that closes the current session
  when the object is deleted.
* A `Link` object can now be passed to `follow_link`.
* The user agent can now be customized. The default includes
  `MechanicalSoup` and its version.
* There is now a direct interface to the cookiejar in `*Browser`
  classes (`(set|get)_cookiejar` methods).
* This is the last MechanicalSoup version supporting Python 2.6 and
  3.3.

Bug fixes:
* We used to crash on forms without action="..." fields.
* The `choose_submit` method has been fixed, and the `btnName`
argument of `StatefulBrowser.submit_selected` is now a shortcut for
  using `choose_submit`.
* Arguments to `open_relative` were not properly forwarded.

Internal changes:
* The testsuite has been greatly improved. It now uses the pytest API
(not only the `pytest` launcher) for more concise code.
* The coverage of the testsuite is now measured with codecov.io. The
  results can be viewed on:
  https://codecov.io/gh/hickford/MechanicalSoup
* We now have a requires.io badge to help us tracking issues with
dependencies. The report can be viewed on:
  https://requires.io/github/hickford/MechanicalSoup/requirements/
* The version number now appears in a single place in the source code.

(adam)

2017-10-06 06:22:05 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

apache24: update to 2.4.28

Changes with Apache 2.4.28

*) SECURITY: CVE-2017-9798 (cve.mitre.org)
Corrupted or freed memory access. <Limit[Except]> must now be used in the
main configuration file (httpd.conf) to register HTTP methods before the
  .htaccess files.

*) event: Avoid possible blocking in the listener thread when shutting down
  connections.

*) mod_speling: Don't embed referer data in a link in error page.

*) htdigest: prevent a buffer overflow when a string exceeds the allowed max
  length in a password file.

*) mod_proxy: loadfactor parameter can now be a decimal number (eg: 1.25).

*) mod_proxy_wstunnel: Allow upgrade to any protocol dynamically.

*) mod_watchdog/mod_proxy_hcheck: Time intervals can now be spefified
down to the millisecond. Supports 'mi' (minute), 'ms' (millisecond),
's' (second) and 'hr' (hour!) time suffixes.

*) mod_http2: Fix for stalling when more than 32KB are written to a
  suspended stream.

*) build: allow configuration without APR sources.

*) mod_ssl, ab: Fix compatibility with LibreSSL.

*) core/log: Support use of optional "tag" in syslog entries.

*) mod_proxy: Fix ProxyAddHeaders merging.

*) core: Disallow multiple Listen on the same IP:port when listener buckets
are configured (ListenCoresBucketsRatio > 0), consistently with the single
bucket case (default), thus avoiding the leak of the corresponding socket
  descriptors on graceful restart.

*) event: Avoid listener periodic wake ups by using the pollset wake-ability
  when available.

*) mod_proxy_wstunnel: Fix detection of unresponded request which could have
led to spurious HTTP 502 error messages sent on upgrade connections.

py-bleach: update to 2.1.1

Version 2.1.1:
**Bug fixes**
* Fix ``setup.py`` opening files when ``LANG=``.

Version 2.1:
**Security fixes**
* Convert control characters (backspace particularly) to "?" preventing
  malicious copy-and-paste situations.
  See `<https://github.com/mozilla/bleach/issues/298>`_ for more details.
This affects all previous versions of Bleach. Check the comments on that
issue for ways to alleviate the issue if you can't upgrade to Bleach 2.1.

**Backwards incompatible changes**
* Redid versioning. ``bleach.VERSION`` is no longer available. Use the string
version at ``bleach.__version__`` and parse it with
  ``pkg_resources.parse_version``.
* clean, linkify: linkify and clean should only accept text types
* clean, linkify: accept only unicode or utf-8-encoded str

**Bug fixes**
* ``bleach.clean()`` no longer unescapes entities including ones that are missing
a ``;`` at the end which can happen in urls and other places.
* linkify: fix http links inside of mailto links
* clarify security policy in docs
* fix dependency specification for html5lib 1.0b8, 1.0b9, and 1.0b10
* add Bleach vs. html5lib comparison to README
* fix KeyError exceptions on tags without href attr
* add test website and scripts to test ``bleach.clean()`` output in browser

Bug Fixes
* Fix crash in tab completion when no prefix is given.
* The equality checking function (__eq__) of MarkDecorator returns False if one object is not an instance of MarkDecorator.
* When running pytest --fixtures-per-test: don窶冲 crash if an item has no _fixtureinfo attribute (e.g. doctests)

Improved Documentation
* In help text of -k option, add example of using not to not select certain tests whose names match the provided expression.
* Add note in parametrize.rst about calling metafunc.parametrize multiple times.

Trivial/Internal Changes
* Set xfail_strict=True in pytest窶冱 own test suite to catch expected failures as soon as they start to pass.
* Fix typo in example of passing a callable to markers (in example/markers.rst)
