Updated GraphicsMagick to 1.3.24.

1.3.24 (May 30, 2016)
==========================

.. _`GCC bug 53967` : http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53967

Special Issues:

* A shell exploit (CVE-2016-5118) was discovered associated with a
filename syntax where file names starting with '|' are intepreted as
shell commands executed via popen().  Insufficient sanitization in
the SVG and MVG renderers allows such filenames to be passed through
from potentially untrusted files.  There might be other ways for
untrusted inputs to produce such filenames.  Due to this issue,
support for the feature is removed entirely.

* A shell exploit was discovered associated with the gnuplot delegate
and which is triggered by the 'gplt' entry in delegates.mgk.  A
remote exploit is possible if the attacker can cause a provided SVG
or MVG file to be rendered (or the user opens a provided file).  The
gnuplot program must be installed in order for the exploit to be
successful.  It is strongly recommended to remove this entry in all
  delegates.mgk files.

* Due to `GCC bug 53967`_, several key agorithms (e.g. convolution)
may execute much faster (e.g. 2-3X) for x86-64 and/or when SSE is
enabled for floating point math (`-mfpmath=sse`) if the GCC option
`-frename-registers` is used. Default 32-bit builds do not
experience the problem since they use '387 math.  It is not clear in
what version of GCC this problem started but it was not noticed by
the developers until the GCC 4.6 timeframe.  Other compilers do not
suffer from this bug.  Please lobby the GCC project to fix this
  embarrassing performance bug.

Security Fixes:

* BLOB: Remove support for reading input from a shell command, or
writing output to a shell command, by prefixing the specified
filename (containing the command) with a '|'.  This feature provided
  a remote shell execution opportunity.

* DIB: Fixed out of bounds reads.  Added more header validations.

* JNG: File size limits are enforced.

* MAT: Fixed denial of service opportunity.  Fix hang on corrupt deflate stream.

* META: Fixed out of bounds reads and writes.

* MIFF: Fixed thrown assertion.

* MSL: Ignore the file extension on MSL files.  It is necessary to add
a "msl:" prefix to MSL files to read the as an image.

* MVG: No longer assume that files ending with extension ".mvg" are
MVG files.  MVG parsing does more validity checking on its input.
Assure that enough PrimitiveInfo structures are allocated in advance
to support a given vector path (heap overflow problem).

* PCX: Fixed unreasonable memory allocation due to intentionally
  corrupt file.

* PDB: Fixed a heap buffer overflow and out of bounds read.

* PICT: Fixed an out of bounds write.

* PS: Ghostscript is now always run with -dSAFER for safer execution.

* PSD: Fixed segmentation violations, heap buffer overflows, and out
  of bounds writes.

* RLE: Fixed out of bounds reads and writes.

* ReadImages(): Fixed a possible infinite recursion due to a crafted input file.

* RotateImage(): Fixed thrown assertion.

* SGI: Fixed out of bounds writes.

* SUN: Fixed out of bounds reads and writes.

* SVG: Fixed heap and stack buffer overflows, as well as segmentation
violations (CVE-2016-2317 and CVE-2016-2318).  Also fixed endless
loop, unexpectedly large memory allocation, divide by zero, and
  recursion issues.

* TIFF: Fixed an assertion while reading.  Fixed benign heap overflow.

* TMP: Adding a "tmp:" prefix to a filename no longer removes the file
  since this seems dangerous.

* VIFF: Fix excessive memory allocation with intentionally corrupted input file.

* XCF: Fixed a heap buffer overflow.

* XPM: Fixed several heap buffer overflows, and out of bound
reads/writes.  Also fixed a case of excessive memory allocation.

* delegate.mgk: The default delegate.mgk file has been pared down in
  order to reduce security exposure.

* gnuplot ('gplt' delegate in delegates.mgk): Support for rendering
gnuplot files is removed since the format is inherently insecure.

* File names: File names starting with a '|' character are no longer
interpreted as shell commands to be executed as input or output.

Bug fixes:

* BMP: Fix reading 24-bit Microsoft BMP which claims to have a
  colormap.

* FILE: `file://` URLs are properly supported now (they never worked
  before).

* JP2: It is now possible to write lossless JPEG 2000 "JP2" format.

* SVG: Support font-size "medium".

New Features:

* Blob I/O C APIs: Added signed versions of short and long Read/Write
  functions.

* FILE: `file://` URLs are properly supported now (they never worked
  before).

* MAT: Matlab V4 is now partially supported.

* Magick++: Added double-precision xResolution() and yResolution()
methods to support setting the horizontal and vertical resolution
  with double floating point precision.

* Mogrify now supports a -preserve-timestamp option to preserve file
  access and modification timestamps.

Feature improvements:

Windows Delegate Updates/Additions:

* Updated bundled libpng to release 1.6.19.

* Updated bundled libwebp to release 0.4.4.

* Update bundled libxml2 to release 2.9.3.

* Update bundled freetype to release 2.6.2.

Build Changes:

* Added ``--enable-broken-coders`` configure option to enable file
format support which may be broken or cause security issues.  The
PSD format is now classified as "broken" (until it is fixed).

Behavior Changes:

* PSD format is not included in the build by default.

* Files ending with ".mvg" and ".msl" are not assumed to be image
  files by default.

* File names starting with '|' are no longer treated as shell
  commands.

* Gnuplot and POV delegate support is removed from the default
  delegate.mgk file.

Ensure that IO::Socket::IP is DESTROY'd before can_bind returns

        be316f1f worked around a core perl bug[1] which causes Perl < 5.24.0
to DESTROY the IO::Socket::IP object too late, causing the empty port
to not actually be empty if it was used immediately.

Unfortunately, this change was lost in ba745fd1, which again put the
return of `can_bind` on the stack along with the actual return value,
        re-instating the bug.

Split the statement across two statements again, and add a comment on
        the importance of preserving it.

Updated devel/p5-Date-Manip to 6.54
  -------------------------------------
  (From: perldoc Date::Manip::Changes6)
  -------------------------------------
VERSION 6.54  2016-05-31
    Deprecation of Date::Manip 5.xx tests
By default, the Date::Manip 5.xx tests will no longer run. Changes to
the timezone data can cause failures. Since Date::Manip 5.xx is no
longer supported in any way, these tests will no longer run on a
system where 6.xx can be run. Richard Jelinek.

    Deprecation of TZ postponed
The deprecation of the TZ variable has been postponed to March 2017. I
decided that 1 year was not enough notice (especially since not
everyone will have updated Date::Manip since March 2015 when the
        warning was added.

    Bug fixes
Changed requirement for ExtUtils::MakeMaker to 6.67_01. RT 112286

Fixed a bug where a timezone abbreviation was not parsed correctly
when passed in as a value to the SetDate, ForceDate, or TZ config
variables. Based on a report in perlmonks.org.

    Time zone fixes
        Newest zoneinfo data (tzdata 2016d)

Made some improvements to how I handled the timezone data which
resulted in a few of the default timezones being changed.

    Documentation fixes
Fixed one more typo. RT 114095

Clarified the Config document. Based on a report in perlmonks.org.

Updated cad/eagle to 7.6.0, ( Following is from doc/UPDATE_en)
--------------------------
Release notes for EAGLE 7.6.0
=============================
* Platforms:

  - Since EAGLE requires OS X 10.8 or higher on MAC which are all 64 bit OS,
we are no longer providing the 32 bit version for MAC.

* EDIT command:
  - Now the EDIT command allows changing to the proper editor window with
'edit .sch' and 'edit .brd' even in the library editor.

* USE command:
  - Extended syntax for USE to unuse a specific library (use -a.lbr).
  - The USE command can now also be called in the library editor (although the
list of used libraries is only relevant in schematic or board editor).

* Miscellaneous:
  - Ensuring the requested precision on linear dimension values even if there
    are trailing zeroes.
  - Now the net class is copied if a signal polygon is renamed to a new signal.
  - Termination of EAGLE by watchdog if the improper 'eagle.exe' is used together
with the CAM processor option '-X'.
  - The User Language dialog object dlgTabWidget now accepts a parameter 'Index';
it has to be an integer variable and can be used to set the initial
dlgTabPage and to get the index of the current dlgTabPage.
  - Added a note to help about eaglecon.exe including a warning regarding
    the closing of it.
  - Avoiding unintended deletion of several MUST gates w/o using Shift+Left.
  - Added a 'save-brd-variants.ulp' which can be used to save a board file for
each assembly variant (may be used to prepare CAM output).
  - Added entry 'DXF' to File/Import sub menu of the library editor in package
    or symbol edit mode.
  - The color entries #7 (DARKGRAY) of the white and the colored palette
have been changed to darker values; the same applies to 'defaultcolors.scr'.
  - Changed UPDATE behavior for variable attributes: retaining changes in
    schematic and board.
  - Added an option to textually display the via length. It can be set in the
Settings dialog under 'Misc' or with 'SET Option.ViaLength 1|0'.
  - Improved support for high DPI displays: providing the high
resolution for enlarged icons and dialog texts.
  - Added a note to help for COPY of library objects regarding paths.
  - Improved error message when a CAM job or section is tried to start but no
    board or schematic is loaded.
  - Added auto connection of ports if MOVEing them on each other.
  - Added exp-palette.ulp for exporting the color palettes to an EAGLE script.
  - Improved construction of a polygon: now the last wire piece can be removed
    with the escape key.
  - Avoiding drag&drop in Control Panel by unintended click of the mouse wheel
    button.
  - Added a warning about connections from a contact to several signals while
loading a board (there's no known way to achieve this illegal state within
    EAGLE, though).
  - Now the OPTIMIZE command is available in all drawing editor types apart from
    the device editor.
  - The groupwise moving of smashed texts of a locked element is now inhibited
only if the element is included in the moved group, too.
  - Added cross probing (highlighting) of signals to a module net that has
    generated the corresponding signal(s) completely.
  - CAM Processor: when running 'Process Job' it is being checked if the job covers
    the Layer Setup.

* Bugfixes:
  - Taking into account connected ports to avoid 'Only one pin on net' ERC
    error messages.
  - Added Use and Un-Use buttons (with tool tips) in the ADD dialog to
countervail the (since V7.3) missing Drop button.
  - Fix for wrong splitter position in device edit mode that could appear after
switching between different edit modes in library editor.
  - Fix for EAGLE in command line mode: it could happen that a given command
sequence (option -C) was executed in the wrong editor window.
  - Made the return key in Control Panel work again for activation of
    tree entries.
  - Fix for a parse error if in a CAM job description the sequence '="' was used.
  - Avoiding references to ports of wrong type in bus or net segments.
  - Fix to avoid pending file locks if EAGLE is closed over 'close all windows'
    in the taskbar.
  - Marking lock files as hidden also on Windows.
  - Fix for window positions and other project settings not stored on MAC if
EAGLE was closed with 'Quit' in the application menu.
  - Fixed drawing SMDs with roundness, if printing with option ROTATE.
  - Avoiding temporary (not intended) mirroring of gates with the middle mouse
button when moving them in the device editor.
  - Ensuring the proper device (package variant), if automatically changing into
the invoke mode while adding a device.
  - bom.ulp: Fixed handling descriptions containing TAB characters.
  - Changed handling of package names in the UPDATE command used in a library
to case insensitive (syntax 'UPDATE package_name@library_name').
  - Added validation of bus name when it is changed by command line with
    'NAME newBusName'.
  - Ensuring proper cap style if constructing a new ARC.
  - Made the popup menus for parameterbar, toolbar and commandbar buttons work
    again on MAC.
  - Denying renaming or deletion of a file in the Control Panel if a corresponding
    lock file exists.
  - Printing: fixed possibly missing caption and offsetted image on Windows.
  - Fixed a possible inconsistency after library update with device sets involved
that couldn't be found in the new library and other special conditions.
  - Fixed possible graphical artefacts when copying parts or elements by
GROUP/CUT/PASTE or COPY of a group.
  - Fix for printing of non solid color fill styles to PDF.
  - Made printing of non solid fill styles work again on Linux; clearer
    output also on MAC.
  - Fixed ADD dialog: no longer ignoring the first selection after clearing
    the search field.
  - Ensuring that only a schematic is imported into an existing module
(PASTE from file). It was possible to import a schematic/board pair
    which lead to inconsistency.
  - Fixed ULP filesize function for non existing files (now 0 is returned).
  - Fixed dlgListView to execute the statement only if a valid item was
    doubleclicked.
  - Now dlgListView sets the parameter 'Selected' to -1 if nothing is selected
    (see help).
  - Avoiding a crash if trying to ROTATE a locked element with Click&Drag.
  - Avoiding a locked element to become invisible if trying to MOVE it by
    name (input e.g. 'move X10').
  - Fixed f/b annotation if deleting a connection to a power pin and the gate
of this pin is placed in a module.
  - Fixed unjustified ERC error message regarding an incompatibility of HIZ
pins on a net which is exported by a module with a PWR port.
  - Avoiding a file locking conflict (timing issue) during library export.
  - Fixed loss of the net wire if moving already connected ports on each other and
    separating them again.
  - Avoiding a too early deactivation of automatic confirmation mode during QUIT
(to avoid an undesired message stopping QUIT).
  - Fixed generation of net wires if changing a module with direct connection
of port to port or pin.
  - Fixed saving XML texts in drawings: drop invalid characters entered as texts
    or descriptions (e.g by copy&paste).
  - Improved validation of the port name if setting up a new port.
  - Made UPDATEing libraries work with several dots like 'abc.ok.lbr'.
  - Fixed drawing of mirrored or rotated frames.
  - Changed handling of signal names in the OPTIMIZE command to case insensitive.
  - Fixed ROUTE command with differential pairs; sometimes the initial wire
    width was wrong.
  - Avoiding a stuck progress bar if terminating a ULP with an exit code
    within a script.
  - Fixed possibly wrong window positions in case of a multi monitor setup on
Windows; improved handling of window restoration for multi monitor setup.
  - Fixed a misinterpretation of colons in a sheet description; switching to
such a sheet with the sheet combobox didn't work.
  - Fixed vanishing of smashed texts during MOVE of a group if the associated
    element is locked.
  - Fixed update of sheet thumbnails after adding a PORT.
  - Fixed WINDOW FIT due to wrong calculation of the bounding box regarding
the cross-reference display area on MUST gates; only gates with text place-
holder '>XREF' are taken into account.
  - Avoiding use of the colon for modules and module prefixes. It is reserved
    as hierarchical name separator.
  - Fixed net renaming issue: Renaming a net with segments on several sheets
over the INFO dialog could lead to inconsistency and empty net names.

- Hide internals: the POD parser is moved to a private package and
the Pod::Spell package now only exposes the public interface.
This is a first step towards rewriting the parser using Pod::Simple
  (planned for Pod-Spell-2.0).
- 'parse_from_file' and 'parse_from_filehandle' are now explicitely

Changelog:
2.1.2
Improvements

    Effects
        Noise Reduction defaults changed.

    Interface

We've made several improvements to the spectrogram view of tracks which are particularly valuable for vocal work.

New option 'Spectral Reassignment'. This algorithm deduces a 'finer' spectrogram for vocal work.
            Four new Spectrogram scales.
Improvement to the Pitch (EAC) algorithm  -  cleaner (sharper) display.
Spectrogram Settings are now available per-track.

    Other Changes
Upgraded from wxWidgets 2.8.12 to wxWidgets 3.0.2.
        Restructuring of the Preferences Menu
Restructuring of the Track Dropdown Menu (for the Spectrograms)
The Noise Reduction "Frequency smoothing" default has been increased to 3 to help avoid metallic artifacts. Resetting Preferences or deleting audacity.cfg will set the new default.
(Windows) The location of Audacity's work-in-progress folder has been changed, to avoid problems where certain disk cleaners treated them as deletable temporary files.

Bug Fixes

    Crashes
Crashes on reading .wav files with many channels (CVE-2016-2540) and corrupt .mp2 files (CVE-2016-2541) have been fixed. Thanks to Chris Navarrete from Fortinet's FortiGuard Labs for notifying us of these bugs and associated security risk.

Added audio/suil version 0.8.2

(ryoon)

2016-06-05 00:46:25 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Import suil-0.8.2 as audio/suil.

iSuil is a lightweight C library for loading and wrapping LV2 plugin
UIs.

Suil makes it possible to load a UI of any toolkit in a host using
any other toolkit (assuming the toolkits are both supported by
Suil). Hosts do not need to build against or link to foreign toolkit
libraries to use UIs written with that toolkit; all the necessary
magic is performed by dynamically loaded modules. The API is designed
such that hosts do not need to explicitly support specific toolkits
at all - if Suil supports a particular toolkit, then UIs in that
toolkit will work in all hosts that use Suil automatically.

Added audio/libsoxr version 0.1.2

(ryoon)

2016-06-05 00:43:33 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Import libsoxr-0.1.2 as audio/libsoxr.

The SoX Resampler library 'libsoxr' performs one-dimensional
sample-rate conversion - it may be used, for example, to resample
PCM-encoded audio.

It aims to give fast and high quality results for any constant
(rational or irrational) resampling ratio. Phase-response, preserved
bandwidth, aliasing, and rejection level parameters are all
configurable; alternatively, simple `preset' configurations may be
selected. An experimental, variable-rate resampling mode of operation
is also included.

2016-06-05 00:02:21 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Add z-push 2.2.10 to pkgsrc.

Z-Push is an open-source implementation of the Microsoft ActiveSync protocol.
It can be used to synchronize emails (including push notifications), personal
contacts and calendar items between a central HTTP server and a mobile device.
It supports a wide range of IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV servers.

It provides a way to push mails to a mobile phone through ActiveSync
including iOS devices.

XXX This requires a specific PHP module from project Zarafa (PHP-MAPI) at
run time. This will be provided in another package.

Updated net/powerdns* to 3.4.9

(fhajny)

2016-06-03 11:45:34 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update net/powerdns (and modules) to 3.4.9.

PowerDNS Authoritative Server 3.4.9
===================================

This is a minor bugfix and performance release. Two contributions
by Kees Monshouwer make 3.4.9 fully compatible with the new single
key ECDSA default that is coming in version 4.0.0.

Changes since 3.4.8:
- use OpenSSL for ECDSA signing where available (Kees Monshouwer)
- allow common signing key (Kees Monshouwer)
- Add a disable-syslog setting
- fix SOA caching with multiple backends (Kees Monshouwer)
- whitespace-related zone parsing fixes ticket #3568
- bindbackend: fix, set domain in list() (Kees Monshouwer)

PowerDNS Authoritative Server 3.4.8
===================================

This is a small bugfix release. Additionally, the deb/RPM packages
on downloads.powerdns.com (those with -static in the name) for
3.4.8 have been built against Botan 1.10.11 instead of Botan
1.10.3 like previous packages. Please see the Botan Security page
for more information on the fixes in Botan 1.10.11. As a PowerDNS
user, these issues only affect you if you ran our -static packages
and allowed your users to upload private keys to your
configuration.

Changes since 3.4.7:
- Use AC_SEARCH_LIBS (Ruben Kerkhof)
- Check for inet_aton in libresolv (Ruben Kerkhof)
- Remove hardcoded -lresolv, -lnsl and -lsocket (Ruben Kerkhof)
- pdnssec: don't check disabled records (Pieter Lexis)
- pdnssec: check all records (including disabled ones) only in
  verbose mode (Kees Monshouwer)
- traling dot in DNAME content (Kees Monshouwer)
- Fix luabackend compilation on FreeBSD i386 (RvdE)
- silence g++ 6.0 warnings and error (Kees Monshouwer)
- add gcc 5.3 and 6.0 support to boost.m4 (Kees Monshouwer)

PowerDNS Authoritative Server 3.4.7
===================================

This is a security release fixing Security Advisory 2015-03

Bug fixes:
- Ignore invalid/empty TKEY and TSIG records (Christian
  Hofstaedtler)
- Don't reply to truncated queries (Christian Hofstaedtler)
- don't log out-of-zone ents during AXFR in (Kees Monshouwer)
- Prevent XSS by escaping user input. Thanks to Pierre Jaury and
Damien Cauquil at Sysdream for pointing this out.
- Handle NULL and boolean properly in gPGSql (Aki Tuomi)
- Improve negative caching (Kees Monshouwer)
- Do not divide timeout twice (Aki Tuomi)
- Correctly sort records with a priority.

Improvements:
- Direct query answers and correct zone-rectification in the GeoIP
  backend (Aki Tuomi)
- Use token names to identify PKCS#11 keys (Aki Tuomi)
- Fix typo in an error message (Arjen Zonneveld)
- limit NSEC3 iterations in bindbackend (Kees Monshouwer)
- Initialize minbody (Aki Tuomi)

New features:
- OPENPGPKEY record-type (James Cloos and Kees Monshouwer)
- add global soa-edit settings (Kees Monshouwer)

Updated databases/py-sqlalchemy to 1.0.13

(adam)

2016-06-02 10:29:03 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Changes 1.0.13

Fixed bug in evaluate strategy of Query.update() and Query.delete() which would fail to accommodate a bound parameter with a callable value, as which occurs when filtering by a many-to-one equality expression along a relationship.

Fixed bug whereby the event listeners used for backrefs could be inadvertently applied multiple times, when using a deep class inheritance hierarchy in conjunction with mutiple mapper configuration steps.

Fixed bug whereby passing a text() construct to the Query.group_by() method would raise an error, instead of intepreting the object as a SQL fragment.

Anonymous labeling is applied to a func construct that is passed to column_property(), so that if the same attribute is referred to as a column expression twice the names are de-duped, thus avoiding ambiguous column errors. Previously, the .label(None) would need to be applied in order for the name to be de-anonymized.

Fixed regression appearing in the 1.0 series in ORM loading where the exception raised for an expected column missing would incorrectly be a NoneType error, rather than the expected NoSuchColumnError.

Update audio/mpg321 to 0.3.2.

pkgsrc changes:

  * Add options.mk to support ALSA.
  * Pull in fix contributed by Keith M Wesolowski in joyent/pkgsrc#29
to fix core dump on exit.
  * Add patch comments and use standard naming scheme.

Upstream changes (taken from Debian changelog):

mpg321 (0.3.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fixed bugs to stdout-output (remove garbage in buffer from wrong
stdout fprintf's, it should have been stderr instead)
  * Fixed bug when closing the stream of AO device that caused wrong
header to the output buffer for the normal operation. Buffered output
    has no problem with that.

mpg321 (0.3.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fixed typo ("lighweight") in the man page.

mpg321 (0.3.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fixed trailing "/" when printint directory.
    Bug reported from Erik (Gentoo).
  * Fixed mistake for '--cdr' option. It should be 'cdr file'
    than 'wave file' in output.
  * mpg321 now supports multiprocessing buffering.Check '-b' option.
    (Closes: Bug#113405).
  * Added '-3' or '--restart' option in man file.
  * Added ALSA volume control when using output buffer.
  * Added Mute/unmute into Basic Keys functionality.

2016-06-01 21:05:46 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update py-flask to 0.11.

Version 0.11
------------

Released on May 29th 2016, codename Absinthe.

- Added support to serializing top-level arrays to :func:`flask.jsonify`. This
introduces a security risk in ancient browsers. See
  :ref:`json-security` for details.
- Added before_render_template signal.
- Added `**kwargs` to :meth:`flask.Test.test_client` to support passing
additional keyword arguments to the constructor of
  :attr:`flask.Flask.test_client_class`.
- Added ``SESSION_REFRESH_EACH_REQUEST`` config key that controls the
set-cookie behavior.  If set to ``True`` a permanent session will be
refreshed each request and get their lifetime extended, if set to
``False`` it will only be modified if the session actually modifies.
Non permanent sessions are not affected by this and will always
expire if the browser window closes.
- Made Flask support custom JSON mimetypes for incoming data.
- Added support for returning tuples in the form ``(response, headers)``
  from a view function.
- Added :meth:`flask.Config.from_json`.
- Added :attr:`flask.Flask.config_class`.
- Added :meth:`flask.config.Config.get_namespace`.
- Templates are no longer automatically reloaded outside of debug mode. This
can be configured with the new ``TEMPLATES_AUTO_RELOAD`` config key.
- Added a workaround for a limitation in Python 3.3's namespace loader.
- Added support for explicit root paths when using Python 3.3's namespace
  packages.
- Added :command:`flask` and the ``flask.cli`` module to start the local
debug server through the click CLI system.  This is recommended over the old
``flask.run()`` method as it works faster and more reliable due to a
different design and also replaces ``Flask-Script``.
- Error handlers that match specific classes are now checked first,
thereby allowing catching exceptions that are subclasses of HTTP
exceptions (in ``werkzeug.exceptions``).  This makes it possible
for an extension author to create exceptions that will by default
result in the HTTP error of their choosing, but may be caught with
a custom error handler if desired.
- Added :meth:`flask.Config.from_mapping`.
- Flask will now log by default even if debug is disabled.  The log format is
now hardcoded but the default log handling can be disabled through the
  ``LOGGER_HANDLER_POLICY`` configuration key.
- Removed deprecated module functionality.
- Added the ``EXPLAIN_TEMPLATE_LOADING`` config flag which when enabled will
instruct Flask to explain how it locates templates.  This should help
users debug when the wrong templates are loaded.
- Enforce blueprint handling in the order they were registered for template
  loading.
- Ported test suite to py.test.
- Deprecated ``request.json`` in favour of ``request.get_json()``.
- Add "pretty" and "compressed" separators definitions in jsonify() method.
Reduces JSON response size when JSONIFY_PRETTYPRINT_REGULAR=False by removing
unnecessary white space included by default after separators.
- JSON responses are now terminated with a newline character, because it is a
convention that UNIX text files end with a newline and some clients don't
deal well when this newline is missing. See
https://github.com/pallets/flask/pull/1262 -- this came up originally as a
  part of https://github.com/kennethreitz/httpbin/issues/168
- The automatically provided ``OPTIONS`` method is now correctly disabled if
the user registered an overriding rule with the lowercase-version
  ``options`` (issue ``#1288``).
- ``flask.json.jsonify`` now supports the ``datetime.date`` type (pull request
  ``#1326``).
- Don't leak exception info of already catched exceptions to context teardown
  handlers (pull request ``#1393``).
- Allow custom Jinja environment subclasses (pull request ``#1422``).
- ``flask.g`` now has ``pop()`` and ``setdefault`` methods.
- Turn on autoescape for ``flask.templating.render_template_string`` by default
  (pull request ``#1515``).
- ``flask.ext`` is now deprecated (pull request ``#1484``).
- ``send_from_directory`` now raises BadRequest if the filename is invalid on
the server OS (pull request ``#1763``).
- Added the ``JSONIFY_MIMETYPE`` configuration variable (pull request ``#1728``).
- Exceptions during teardown handling will no longer leave bad application
  contexts lingering around.

Updated net/syncthing to 0.13.4

(gdt)

2016-06-01 18:46:01 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to 0.13.4.

Tested with syncthing-android 0.7.18 (syncthing 0.13.0).
Packaging changes: increase GOPATH hackery.

Upstream changes: bug and security fixes, plus a major version upgrade
with an incompatible protocol.

Syncthing v0.13.0 "Copper Cockroach"
Upgrade Notes

v0.13 is not protocol compatible with v0.12.

The database format has changed. It will be migrated without rescan
on first startup, but the first startup may take longer than usual.

Major Changes Since v0.12

Devices now announce files that are in progress of being downloaded,
in addition to those that are already complete. This means a device
can serve parts of a file to other devices before it has completed
  the download itself.

Folder labels are now distinct from the folder ID. The intention is
for the label to be human readable and for the ID to be machine
readable and unique. When upgrading, folder IDs are not
changed. However when creating new folders Syncthing will suggest a
  random, unique folder ID.

When receiving a connection attempt from an unknown device Syncthing
will now show the name of that device, not only it's ID.

Syncthing will now manage port mappings on NAT-PMP compliant routers,
in addition to the existing UPnP support.  Minor Changes and
  Improvements

Ignored files can now be tagged with the prefix (?d) to indicate that
Syncthing may delete these files if they remain when deleting a
directory. Ignore patterns use less memory by default.

The address for sync connections, both the listening side and for
remote devices, can now be made IPv4- or IPv6-only. Use the tcp4:// or
tcp6:// schemes to specify one or the other. The default tcp:// is
still dual stack. Additionally, relays are now treated as listen
addresses and set in the same configuration setting.

The folder settings dialog has been cleaned up.

The environment variable ALL_PROXY_NO_FALLBACK can be set to disable
falling back to direct connections in the absence of a working proxy.

  Many, many bug fixes.

Known Issues

The "Syncing" complete percentage for remote devices may erroneously
display more than 100% (i.e. 156% or 297%) while a remote device is
  still synchronizing.
