Update to nabud-1.3.3.  Upstream changes:

* Added support for flexibile transmission timeouts in NHACP. The spec
  says 1 second, but there are systems out in the wild with slower
  transmission speeds that are now using NHACP. We now calculate the
  timeout based on how long it would take to transmit an MTU-sized frame
  at the connection's baud rate, rounding up to the next whole second.

* Fix a source code management mistake in nabud-1.3.2's off_t changes that
  caused odd behavior on platforms that required the change.

Update the Commander X16 emulator and ROM to verison R47.  This is a major
release with several features and fixes, including 65C816 CPU support in
the emulator and KERNAL.  Due to a change in the ROM signature location
(to avoid conflict with the 65C816 vector table), both the emulator and
ROM must be updated together, even if you don't intend to use 65C816
support in the emulator.

The Yosys Open SYnthesis Suite is a framework for RTL synthesis tools. It
currently has extensive Verilog-2005 support and provides a basic set of
synthesis algorithms for various application domains.

Together with nextpnr-ice40 and icestorm, this forms a toolchain that can
be used to synthesize and program designs for Lattice iCE40-family FPGAs.

On Darwin, add gsed to USE_TOOLS and patch the icestorm Makefile to
stop working around a behavioral difference in the Darwin sed(1) -i
option relative to other sed implementations.

If textproc/nbsed supported the -i option, the USE_TOOLS change would
not be necessary.  But since the Darwin system sed(1) is not used in
pkgsrc at the moment, the Makefile patch would still be required.

Two small fixes:
- Explicitly set GITHUB_PROJECT so that downloads work correctly in the face
  of the other shenanigans engaged in due to how the nextpnr releases are
  tagged (this mistake was masked when I refactored this into nextpnr and
  nextpnr-ice40 by virtue of having already downloaded the distfile).
- Pass -DCURRENT_GIT_VERSION=${NEXTPNR_VERSION} in the CMAKE_ARGS so that
  the binary has the correct version in the usage message.

No revision bump since this doesn't change the meat of the package really.

Pluck the following patch from upstream:

tools/fiptool: Fix UUID parsing in blob handling
Commit 0336486 ("Make TF UUID RFC 4122 compliant") changed the scanf
parsing string to handle endianness correctly.
However that changed the number of items sscanf handles, without
adjusting the sanity check just below.

Increase the expected return value from 11 to 16 to let fiptool handle
UUIDs given as blob parameters correctly again.
