Note update of the "mutt" package to version 1.12.0

(tron)

2019-05-26 08:43:15 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

mutt: Update to version 1.12.0

Changes since version 1.11.4:
! $ssl_use_tlsv1 and $ssl_use_tlsv1_1 now default to unset.
+ $auto_subscribe, when set, automatically adds an email with the List-Post
  header to the subscribe list.
! Fcc now occurs after sending a message.  If the fcc fails, mutt will prompt
to try again, or to try another mailbox.
+ Basic protected header ("memory hole") support added for the Subject header.
  See the config vars: $crypt_protected_headers_read,
  $crypt_protected_headers_save, $crypt_protected_headers_subject,
  and $crypt_protected_headers_write.
! Color names can be prefixed with "light" in addition to "bright".  "bright"
colors are bold face, while "light" are non-bold.
! Color commands can now include an attribute (e.g. bold, underline).
! $pgp_use_gpg_agent defaults set.
+ <descend-directory> in the browser menu allows entering nested maildir
  directories.
+ <group-chat-reply> replies to all, but preserves To recipients in the reply.
+ $include_encrypted, default unset, prevents separately encrypted contents
from being included in a reply.  This helps to prevent a decryption oracle
  attack.
! With gpgme >= 1.11, recipient keys with a trailing '!' now force subkey use,
  as with classic gpg.
! In send mode, %{charset} mailcap expansion uses the current charset of the
  file.
+ $imap_fetch_chunk_size allows fetching new headers in groups of this size.
This might help with timeouts during opening of huge mailboxes.
If you have huge mailboxes, you should also try $imap_qresync.
! <toggle-write> can be invoked from the pager too.
+ The $forward_attachments quadoption allows including attachments in
  inline-forwards (i.e. $mime_forward unset, $forward_decode set.)

Add p5-Mail-AuthenticationResults

(wen)

2019-05-26 03:08:52 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Import Mail-AuthenticationResults-1.20180923 as mail/p5-Mail-AuthenticationResults.

Mail::AuthenticationResults provides object-oriented authentication-results
email headers. This parser copes with most styles of Authentication-Results
header seen in the wild, but is not yet fully RFC7601 compliant.

Differences from RFC7601:
- key/value pairs are parsed when present in the authserv-id section, this is
against RFC but has been seen in headers added by Yahoo!.
- Comments added between key/value pairs will be added after them in the data
  structures and when stringified.

SDL_netbsdaudio.c:

* Rework the NetBSD audio driver significantly. Use blocking i/o as
suggested on the SDL bug tracker. Rework the intialization steps

doc: Updated mail/maildrop to 3.0.0

(hauke)

2019-05-24 13:17:58 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Upgrade mail/maildrop to v3.0.0

o new dependencies: courier-unicode (split out library), libidn
o install text READMe files over html ones
o add options.mk
  - optionally authenticate against dovecot user db
  - make locking configurable (I have seen locking rows between
dovecot and mailfilter that lead to delivery failures)
o re-work patches

From the upstream changelog (yes, it's been eight years):

3.0.0

2018-07-31  Sam Varshavchik  <mrsam@courier-mta.com>

        * rfc2045/reformime: parse utf-8 address types in DSNs.

2018-07-30  Sam Varshavchik  <mrsam@courier-mta.com>

        * maildrop: explicitly require libidn to build maildrop.

2018-07-29  Sam Varshavchik  <mrsam@courier-mta.com>

        * mailbot: generate message/global, message/global-delivery-status,
and message/global-headers, when needed, when formatting autoreplies.

        * reformime: -m option uses message/global instead of message/rfc822
        for UTF8 messages.

2018-06-25  Sam Varshavchik  <mrsam@courier-mta.com>

py-astor: updated to 0.8.0

0.8.0:

New features
Support ast.Constant nodes being emitted by Python 3.8 (and initially created in Python 3.6).
Support Python 3.8's assignment expressions.
Support Python 3.8's f-string debugging syntax.
:func:astor.to_source now has a source_generator_class parameter to customize source code generation.
The :class:~SourceGenerator class can now be imported from the :mod:astor package directly. Previously, the astor.code_gen submodule was needed to be imported.
Support Python 3.8's positional only arguments. See PEP 570 for more details.

Bug fixes
Fix string parsing when there is a newline inside an f-string.
Fixed code generation with escaped braces in f-strings.
Fixed code generation with attributes of integer literals, and with u-prefixed string literals.
Fixed code generation with very large integers.
Fixed :class:astor.tree_walk.TreeWalk when attempting to access attributes created by Python's type system (such as __dict__ and __weakref__)

Changelog:
New
Firefox 67 demonstrates improved performance thanks to a number of changes such as:
Lowering priority of setTimeout during page load
Delayed component initialization until after start up
Painting sooner during page load but less often
        Suspending unused tabs

Learn more about our approach to performance in 67 in the Mozilla blog.

Users can block known cryptominers and fingerprinters in the Custom settings of their Content Blocking preferences.

Keyboard accessibility has improved in the latest version of Firefox. Toolbar and toolbar overflow menu are both fully keyboard accessible: keyboard users can now access add-ons, the downloads panel, the overflow, Page actions and Firefox menus, and much more.

Private Browsing sees both usability and security improvements:
Save passwords in private browsing mode
Choose which extensions to exclude from private tabs

A myriad of new features help make Firefox easier to use:
We窶况e added a toolbar menu for your Firefox Account to provide more transparency for when you are synced, sharing data across devices and with Firefox. Personalize the appearance of the menu with your own avatar
Tabs can now be pinned from the Page Actions menu in the address bar
Firefox will highlight useful features (like Pin Tabs) when users are most likely to benefit from them.
Easier access to your list of saved logins from the main menu and login autocomplete. Learn about all the ways you can manage your passwords in Firefox.
The Import Data from Another Browser feature is now also available from the File menu
Users will be able to run different Firefox installs side by side by default so that you can run the beta and release versions simultaneously

Firefox will now protect you against running older versions of the browser which can lead to data corruption and stability issues

Firefox is upgrading to the newer, higher performance, AV1 decoder known as 窶賄av1d窶

WebRender is gradually enabled by default on Windows 10 desktops with NVIDIA graphics cards

Mozilla窶冱 highest performing JavaScript compiler now supports ARM64 Windows devices.

Enable FIDO U2F API, and permit registrations for Google Accounts

Some users will see experiments with an improved Pocket experience in Firefox Home with different layouts and more topical content.

doc: Updated devel/py-mercurial to 5.0

(wiz)

2019-05-21 20:55:02 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

mercurial: update to 5.0

Still building with python-2.7 only, but this version has beta support
for python 3.x.

Mercurial 5.0 release

This is an overview of the 5.0 release.

1. New Features

ui.relative-paths option for getting relative path output from most commands. This is enabled when ui.tweakdefaults is enabled.

expectsize() revset errors out if revset has unexpected number of elements.

config() template function for getting a config value.

{negrev} template keyword shows the negative revision number. This is convenient because it is usually shorter than the positive number, but note that it is less stable.

hg uncommit now has an --allow-dirty-working-copy option.

hg shelve now has --keep option, which shelves but also leaves the working directory unchanged.

hg diff will now include specified files in subrepos.

hg recover now has a --no-verify option

1.1. Python 3 Support (Beta)

Mercurial 5.0 has beta level support for running on Python 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7. The Mercurial distribution itself and all extensions bundled with it should work on these Python versions.

To use Mercurial with Python 3, invoke setup.py with a Python 3 interpreter or set the PYTHON variable to a Python 3 interpreter when invoking the Makefile. e.g. python3.7 setup.py install or make install-home PYTHON=python3.7.

3rd party extensions will likely need to be ported to support running on Python 3 and attempts to run many existing extensions with a Python 3 powered Mercurial will result in extension loading failures. See the Python3 page for more.

While the Mercurial test suite has a >99% pass rate when running with Python 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7, we anticipate that there are still many Python 3 bugs lingering in Mercurial. Please report Python 3 issues using the instructions at BugTracker.

If you package Mercurial or distribute it to users, we do not recommend making Python 3 the default at this time.

Python 3 is not yet very well tested on Windows and there are likely several more lingering issues on Windows compared to Linux, macOS, and other UNIX-like platforms.

1.2. Updated Windows Installers

Windows installer packaging has been transitioned away from ad-hoc processes employed on individual contributors' personal machines to occurring in reproducible infrastructure driven by code in the Mercurial repository itself. This transition should enable Windows packaging and releasing to be more reliable and reproducible.

As part of this transition, there are changes to the Windows installers.

1.2.1. Inno Setup .exe Installer Changes

Python has been upgraded from 2.7.15 to 2.7.16
add_path.exe has been removed and the Inno installer now updates PATH via a Pascal script that is part of the installer
The dulwich package has been upgraded from version 0.18.3 to 0.19.11
The keyring package has been upgraded to version 18.0.1
The pygments package has been upgraded to version 2.3.1
The urllib3 package is now included
The MSVC Runtime DLLs (msvcm90.dll, msvcp90.dll, and msvcr90.dll) have been upgraded from version 9.0.21022.8 to 9.0.30729.9518
Various tcl/tk Python packages are now included (making the Python distribution more complete)
The pywin32 package is no longer included (pywin32 has not been required by Mercurial for years)
Known issue: the distutils package is broken
(x86 only) Python .pyd and .dll extension modules and support libraries are now installed as standalone files instead of bundled in the library.zip file. This behavior is now consistent with 64-bit installers.

2. New Experimental Features

3. Other Notable Features

4. Other Improvements

Improved color scheme for histedit's curses interface, making it more consistent with the curses hunk selector.

5. Bug Fixes

Histedit's curse interface has improved support for non ascii characters.

6. Backwards Compatibility Changes

color: change color of grep.rev label (BC)
commit: if interactive, look elsewhere for whitespace settings (BC)

diff: make sure we output stat even when --git is not passed (issue4037) (BC)
uncommit: abort if an explicitly given file cannot be uncommitted (BC)
The Windows Inno installers no longer ship the pywin32 package. This package was being bundled for historical reasons. Mercurial stopped using pywin32 several years ago and the disappearance of this package should not have any meaningful impact.
The 32-bit Windows Inno installers no longer distribute w9xpopen.exe. This should only impact people running Mercurial on Windows 95, 98, or ME.
The Windows MSI installers no longer include the Python sphinx package and its various dependencies.
The Windows MSI installers no longer include the pywin32 Python package.
The Windows MSI installers no longer include the enum and future Python packages.

7. Internal API Changes

add: pass around uipathfn and use instead of m.rel() (API)
addremove: pass around uipathfn and use instead of m.uipath() (API)
    branchmap: drop branchcache.setdefault() (API)
branchmap: remove the dict interface from the branchcache class (API)
forget: pass around uipathfn and use instead of m.rel() (API)
largefiles: use uipathfn instead of match.{rel,uipath}() (API)
    match: delete unused abs() (API)
    match: delete unused rel() (API)
match: delete unused root and cwd arguments from {always,never,exact}() (API)
match: delete unused root and cwd arguments to constructors (API)
match: delete unused uipath() and _uipathrelative (API)
match: remove unused "exact" argument (API)
memctx: rename constructor argument "copied" to "copysource" (API)
patch: accept second matcher that applies only to copy sources (API)
patch: let caller pass in root-filtering matcher (API)
patch: pass in context objects into diffhunks() (API)
patch: replace "prefix" and "relroot" arguments by "pathfn" (API)
remove: pass around uipathfn and use instead of m.rel() (API)
revset: leverage getintrange() helper in relation-subscript operation (API)
    scmutil: delete now-unused origpath() (API)
scmutil: remove special handling of pats==("",) in matchandpats() (API)
subrepo: adjust subrepo prefix before calling subrepo.add() (API)
subrepo: adjust subrepo prefix before calling subrepo.addremove() (API)

(adam)

2019-05-21 08:26:21 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

py-markdown: updated to 3.1.1

v3.1:

Backwards-incompatible changes

markdown.version and markdown.version_info deprecated

Historically, version numbers were acquired via the attributes
markdown.version and markdown.version_info. As of 3.0, a more standardized
approach is being followed and versions are acquired via the
markdown.__version__ and markdown.__version_info__ attributes.  As of 3.1
the legacy attributes will raise a DeprecationWarning if they are accessed. In
a future release the legacy attributes will be removed.

New features

The following new features have been included in the release:

* A [Contributing Guide](../contributing.md) has been added.

* A new configuration option to set the footnote separator has been added. Also,
the rel and rev attributes have been removed from footnotes as they are
not valid in HTML5. The refs and backrefs classes already exist and
  serve the same purpose.

* A new option for toc_depth to set not only the bottom section level,
but also the top section level. A string consisting of two digits
separated by a hyphen in between ("2-5"), defines the top (t) and the
bottom (b) (<ht>..<hb>). A single integer still defines the bottom
  section level (<h1>..<hb>) only..

Bug fixes

The following bug fixes are included in the 3.1 release:

* Update CLI to support PyYAML 5.1.
* Overlapping raw HTML matches no longer leave placeholders behind.
* Emphasis patterns now recognize newline characters as whitespace.
* Version format had been updated to be PEP 440 compliant.
* Block level elements are defined per instance, not as class attributes
.
* Double escaping of block code has been eliminated.
* Problems with newlines in references has been fixed.
* Escaped # are now handled in header syntax.

py-setuptools_scm: updated to 3.3.3

v3.3.3
* add eggs for python3.7 and 3.8 to the deploy

v3.3.2
* fix 335 - fix python3.8 support and add builds for up to python3.8

v3.3.1
* fix 333 (regression from 198) - use a specific fallback root when calling fallbacks. Remove old
hack that resets the root when fallback entrypoints are present.

v3.3.0
* fix 198 by adding the fallback_version option, which sets the version to be used when everything else fails.

Update to 1.10.6

Changelog:
Changes from Ant 1.10.5 TO Ant 1.10.6
=====================================

Changes that could break older environments:
-------------------------------------------

* image task no longer works on Java 9+ because internal classes
supporting Java Advanced Imaging are removed; imageio task (based on
ImageIO and AWT) is provided as a replacement.

* junitlauncher task has changed the class names and package names of
the task as well as some of the supporting classes of that task. If
any code depended on these class or package names, they will have to
be updated to reference these newly named classes. This however,
doesn't impact build scripts if their reference to junitlauncher task
was merely through the use of the <junitlauncher> element.

* ClearCase#runS has been augmented by a two arg-version and the
one-arg version will no longer be called. This may affect
  subclasses that have overridden runS.

Fixed bugs:
-----------

* fetch.xml must retrieve runtime rather than compile dependencies for
  mail task.
  Bugzilla Report 62621

* Fixes an issue in junitreport task, which used to throw a
java.net.MalformedURLException when saxon was used on Windows OS.
  Bugzilla Report 62594

* augment task now throws a BuildException (as noted in its manual)
instead of a IllegalStateException in the absence of the "id" attribute.
  Bugzilla Report 62655

* org.apache.tools.zip.ZipOutputStream would sometimes potentially use
an incorrect compression level for a zip entry. This is now fixed.
  Bugzilla Report 62686

* sync task, in some cases on case insensitive file systems, would consider
a file in a destination directory to be orphaned and would delete it.
This task has now been fixed to infer the case sensitivity of the filesystem
  of the destination directory.
  Bugzilla Report 62890

* Fixes a potential java.util.ConcurrentModificationException in
  org.apache.tools.ant.Project#getCopyOfReferences.
  Github Pull Request #81

* cccheckout would ignore an error of the "ls checkout" command even
if failOnError was set to false.
  Bugzilla Report 63071

* The isreachable condition could in some cases return true even if the
actual address could potentially be unreachable. This is now fixed
and the resolved address is actually checked for reachability.

* Fixes an issue where scp transfer completion tracking wasn't being
  triggered for 100% completion.
  Github Pull Request #91

Other changes:
--------------
* generatekey task now supports SubjectAlternativeName during key
  generation.

* the <modified> selector has a new built-in algorithm 'lastmodified'
which computes a value based upon the lastmodified time of the file.

* junitlauncher task now supports running tests in a forked JVM. More
details available in the junitlauncher task manual.

* signjar and verifyjar now support the -providerName, -providerClass
and -providerArg command line options of keytool via new attributes.
  Bugzilla Report 65234

* signjar and verifyjar now supported nested <arg> elements for
command line arguments that are not supported explicitly by the
  tasks via attributes.

* added several attributes to <javadoc> that support modules.
  Bugzilla Report 62424

* properties used or set by BuildFileTask/BuildFileRule are documented
in MagicTestNames. A new magic property, ant.test.basedir.ignore, is
introduced for cases where Ant projects set up for test purposes
must ignore basedir set externally by test harness.

* a new CharSet type is provided for encoding or charset attributes in
tasks that must deal with different character encodings in files,
file names and other string resources.

* org.apache.tools.ant.AntClassLoader is now multi-release jar aware.
Starting Java 9, jar files can be packaged as multi-release jars,
AntClassLoader now recognizes such multi-release jar files while
loading resources at runtime in Java 9+ runtime environments.
  Bugzilla Report 62952

* Added jmod and link tasks, to support jmod and jlink tools of JDK 9+.
  Github Pull Request #80

* Jsch library dependency has now been upgraded to 0.1.55. Jsch is
the library behind the sshexec and scp Ant tasks.
  Github Pull Request #84

* The "http" condition, now has a "readTimeout" attribute which can be
used to control the amount of time to wait for the read to complete.
  Bugzilla Report 63193

* ftp task manual has been updated to mention that the remote listing of
  files honours the followsymlinks attribute.
  Bugzilla Report 63226

Updated www/hugo to 0.55.6

2019-05-20 13:32:18 UTC MAIN commitmail json YAML

Update to 0.55.6

Changelog:
This is a bug-fix release with one important fix. There have been
reports about infrequent paginator crashes when running the Hugo
server since 0.55.0. The reason have been narrowed down to that of
parallel rebuilds. This isn't a new thing, but the changes in 0.55.0
made it extra important to serialize the page initialization. This
release fixes that by protecting the Build method with a lock when
running in server mode. 95ce2a40 @bep #5885#5968
